The embodiment of the bill processing method provided by the specification comprises the following steps:
according to the bill processing method, data cleaning is carried out on bill data in a current checking period in a checking period to obtain a reference bill set of the current checking period, an abnormal bill in a previous checking period is added to the reference bill set to obtain an increment bill set of the current checking period, and the increment bill set of the current checking period is checked with a corresponding bill set to be checked, so that the checking of the bill set to be checked is realized by means of the increment bill set, the abnormal bill in the current checking period is obtained, and the bill checking efficiency and accuracy are improved; furthermore, the abnormal bill obtained by checking and processing is added to the abnormal bill set, data preparation is provided for bill auditing of the current account period, so that bill auditing can be carried out according to the bill summarizing result of the increment bill set and the bill in the current account period after the current account period is finished, and corresponding bill application is carried out after the auditing is passed, so that bill application is realized on the basis of the bill on the basis of more accurate bill data, and the process of bill application is more convenient and effective.
And S102, carrying out data cleaning on bill data in a checking period in the billing period to obtain a reference bill set.
The checking period in the account period in this embodiment refers to a time period for checking bills in one account period, for example, each day in the account period is taken as a checking and account checking period, this embodiment takes any one checking period (current checking period) in the account period as an example for explanation, the implementation of other checking periods in the account period is similar to the current checking period, and this embodiment is not described in detail again. The bill data refers to the bill data of the full-volume transaction performed in the checking period; the reference bill set refers to a bill set formed by remaining bills after cleaning a specific bill in the bill data of the full-volume transaction, specifically, the specific bill refers to a bill which is not related to the bill to be checked in the bill to be checked set, and the remaining bills after cleaning are related or related to the bill to be checked in the bill to be checked set.
In this embodiment, because the bill data includes the bill data of the full-volume transaction performed in the verification period, the purpose of data cleaning is to clean the bill, which is irrelevant to the bill to be verified in the bill to be verified set, in the bill data, and to reserve the bill relevant to the bill to be verified for the subsequent verification processing of the bill to be verified in the bill to be verified set.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the performing data cleaning on the bill data in the reconciliation period to obtain the reference bill set includes:
reading the type tag of each bill in the bill data; the type tags include a first tag corresponding to institution code payments and a second tag corresponding to non-institution code payments;
and cleaning bills of the second label in the bill data to obtain the benchmark bill set consisting of the bills of the first label.
The mechanism code payment refers to payment processing by using a mechanism code, the mechanism code refers to a payment code or an identification code which is set for payment, invoicing amount or reimbursement of a mechanism member, the mechanism code can uniquely identify the mechanism, and the existence form of the mechanism code can be two-dimensional codes, bar codes, sound codes and other identification codes. The non-mechanism code payment refers to payment processing performed by other payment methods, such as payment processing performed by the user's own payment code or payment processing performed by the merchant's collection code, without using the mechanism code.
It should be noted that, in addition to the implementation manner of performing data cleaning on the bill data in the verification period provided above, in the process of performing data cleaning on the bill data in the verification period, bills other than institution code bills in the bill data may also be cleaned, so as to obtain the reference bill set composed of institution code bills.
And step S104, adding the abnormal bill of the previous checking period to the reference bill set to obtain the incremental bill set of the checking period.
In specific implementation, the method ensures the completeness and effectiveness of the reference data which is relied on for checking the bill set to be checked in a way of adding the abnormal bill of the previous checking period to the reference bill set of the current checking period, and by analogy, the abnormal bill of the current checking period is added to the reference bill set of the next checking period to form the incremental bill set of the next checking period, so as to ensure the accuracy and the comprehensiveness of bill checking.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the abnormal bill of the previous checking period is obtained by the following method: and checking the incremental bill set of the previous checking period and the corresponding bill set to be checked to obtain the abnormal bill of the previous checking period.
Here, the process of performing the checking process on the incremental invoice set of the previous checking period and the corresponding to-be-checked invoice set is similar to the process of performing the checking process on the incremental invoice set of the current checking period and the corresponding to-be-checked invoice set, which is provided below, and reference may be made to the following implementation manner of the checking process, which is not described herein again.
The above-mentioned data cleaning and the adding of the abnormal bill in the previous checking period to the reference bill set in the current checking period provided in this embodiment obtain an incremental bill set, and the purpose is to perform checking processing on the bill set to be checked corresponding to the incremental bill set, that is: optionally, the bill to be checked in the bill to be checked set includes an institution code bill, and correspondingly, the bill to be checked set is composed of institution code bills; the institution code bill is generated after payment processing is carried out on the basis of institution codes of institutions.
On the basis that the bill set to be checked is composed of institution code bills, the bill set to be checked corresponding to the incremental bill set refers to a bill set to be checked (a bill set to be checked corresponding to the current checking period) composed of institution code bills corresponding to the current checking period, optionally, the bill set to be checked corresponding to the current checking period is included in bill summarizing results in the billing period, and the bill set to be checked corresponding to the current checking period can be read from bill summarizing results in the billing period.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the bill summarizing result is determined in the following manner: summarizing the institution code bills related to the bill period to obtain a bill summarizing result; the institution code bill is associated with the billing period after being computationally determined to be attributable to the billing period.
Optionally, the summarizing process is implemented by using at least one of the following methods: and aggregating the institution code bills associated with the account period according to the checking period to obtain a bill set to be checked consisting of the institution code bills of each checking period, calculating the total bill amount of each checking period according to the bill amount of the institution code bills of each checking period in the account period, calculating the total billing amount of each checking period based on the institution code bills of each checking period, and calculating the bill number of the institution code bills of each checking period.
Optionally, the bill summary result includes at least one of the following: and in the account period, the total bill amount obtained by calculating the bill amount of the mechanism code bill in each checking period, the total sum of invoices in each checking period and the bill number of the mechanism code bill in each checking period are used as the account to be checked set consisting of the mechanism code bills in each checking period.
In practical application, the processing process of bill auditing and bill application provided by this embodiment needs to be performed when checking processing of each checking period is completed in the billing period, and for this purpose, in order to improve the processing efficiency and processing timeliness of bill auditing and bill application, the processing process of performing data cleaning and adding an abnormal bill of a previous checking period to a reference bill set of a current checking period to obtain an incremental bill set, and the processing process of performing checking processing on the incremental bill set of the current checking period and a corresponding bill set to be checked provided by this embodiment can be performed based on an offline system, so that bill auditing and bill application are performed on the basis of an abnormal bill set obtained by calculation in advance according to the offline system.
And S106, checking the incremental bill set and the corresponding bill set to be checked to obtain abnormal bills in the checking period and adding the abnormal bills to the abnormal bill set for bill checking.
In specific implementation, in the process of performing checking processing on the to-be-checked bill set corresponding to the checking period by using the incremental bill set of the checking period, in order to improve accuracy and effectiveness of the checking processing performed on the to-be-checked bill set, the to-be-checked bill set is checked from at least one checking dimension, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the incremental bill set and the corresponding to-be-checked bill set are checked, and an abnormal bill of the checking period is obtained and added to the abnormal bill set, which includes:
checking the bill in the incremental bill set and the bill to be checked in the bill to be checked set in at least one checking dimension;
and adding the abnormal bill of each checking dimension obtained by checking processing to the abnormal bill set.
Wherein the checking dimension comprises: and checking whether the whole bill is consistent or the corresponding bill checking dimension at the bill level, and/or checking whether the bill amount is consistent or not at the bill amount level.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the checking, in at least one checking dimension, a bill in the incremental bill set and a bill to be checked in the bill to be checked set includes:
checking whether the bill in the incremental bill set has a corresponding bill to be checked in the bill set to be checked, and taking the bill which does not have the corresponding bill to be checked in the incremental bill set as an abnormal bill of a bill checking dimension according to a checking result;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and checking whether the bill amount of the incremental bill set bill is consistent with the bill amount of the bill to be checked corresponding to the bill to be checked set or not, and taking the bill with inconsistent bill amount as an abnormal bill with amount checking dimensionality according to a checking result.
Here, through checking the consistency of the bill to be checked set corresponding to the current checking period and the increment bill set of the current checking period on the bill level, the inconsistent bills which do not exist in the bill to be checked set and exist in the increment bill set are used as abnormal bills, the problem that the bill audit cannot pass and the bill application cannot be carried out due to data delay or bill loss in the bill application process is avoided, and the execution smoothness of the bill application is guaranteed. In addition, the consistency of the bill set to be checked corresponding to the current checking period and the increment bill set of the current checking period on the bill amount level is checked, and the bill with inconsistent bill amount is taken as an abnormal bill, so that the bill application error is avoided.
In addition, in order to further improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of bill checking, the bill to be checked corresponding to the current checking period can be checked from the total bill amount of the bill to be checked in the bill to be checked set corresponding to the current checking period, so that the error probability of the bill to be checked in the bill auditing or bill application link is reduced; checking the total bill amount with the total bill amount of the checking period contained in the bill summarizing result; after the checking result is obtained, if the checking result is that the total bills amount of the two bill sets are inconsistent, the checking process can be carried out by executing the incremental bill set and the corresponding bill set to be checked; if the check result is that the total bills amount of the two bills are consistent, the two bills are not processed, or the accuracy and the comprehensiveness of bill check are further improved by executing the check processing process of the incremental bill set and the corresponding bill set to be checked.
In practical application, after the incremental bill set and the corresponding bill set to be checked are checked to obtain an abnormal bill, corresponding processing, such as reconciliation processing, can be performed on the abnormal bill according to the requirement on account consistency and the subsequent data requirement on bill review and bill application, so as to ensure that the account consistency and the bill review and bill application can be smoothly performed; and updating the abnormal bill in the abnormal bill set according to the reconciliation data generated after the reconciliation task is executed.
In this embodiment, the incremental bill set and the corresponding bill set to be checked are checked to obtain the abnormal bill in the check period and added to the abnormal bill set, and the purpose is to perform bill review on the basis of the obtained abnormal bill set, so that a bill application is performed when the bill review is passed.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the bill audit is implemented by adopting the following manner:
and checking whether the incremental bill set of each checking period in the bill period and the checking pair processing of the corresponding bill set to be checked are finished or not, namely: checking whether the bill set to be checked corresponding to each checking period in the account period is checked;
if yes, checking whether the abnormal bill in each checking period is empty (or checking whether the abnormal bill set after checking is empty), and if so, executing the bill application; if not, checking whether the bill state of the abnormal bill in the abnormal bill set is in a billed state, if so, executing the bill application, and if not, generating a billing reminding of the abnormal bill in the unsettled state or not processing the abnormal bill;
if the check period in which the incremental bill set and the corresponding check-to-bill set are not finished in the check-to-process exists in the bill, the check is not required, or the process of checking whether the abnormal bill in each check period is empty is executed under the condition that the check-to-process of the incremental bill set in each check period and the corresponding check-to-bill set in the bill is finished.
Besides the above-mentioned implementation modes of bill auditing, the bill auditing can also be implemented by any one of the following three implementation modes:
checking whether the bill set to be checked corresponding to each checking period in the account period is checked; if so, checking whether the bill state of the abnormal bill in the abnormal bill set is the adjusted bill state, and if so, executing the bill application; if the bill is in the unregulated state, generating an abnormal bill regulation reminder in the unregulated state or not processing the abnormal bill;
or, checking whether the bill set to be checked corresponding to each checking period in the account period is checked; if yes, checking whether the processed abnormal bill set is empty, and if so, executing the bill application;
or checking whether the bill state of the abnormal bill in the abnormal bill set after checking by the bill set to be checked corresponding to each checking period in the bill period is the checked state, and if the bill state is the checked state, executing the bill application; and if the bill is in the unregulated state, generating an abnormal bill regulation prompt in the unregulated state or not processing the abnormal bill.
In a specific execution process, there is often a need to merge application bills for different bills in a bill application scene, so that on one hand, the workload of bill application by the bill application party can be reduced, and on the other hand, the processing amount of bill issuing by the bill issuing party can also be reduced, for this reason, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the bill application is implemented in the following manner: and merging the bill sets to be checked in each checking period in the account period, and applying bills according to merging processing results.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, merging the to-be-checked bill sets in each checking period in the account period, and applying for a bill according to a result of the merging processing includes:
according to the payment mechanism corresponding to the bill, combining the bills to be checked of the payment mechanisms in the bill to be checked set in the account period to obtain a first total bill of each payment mechanism in the account period, and calling a bill application interface to make a bill of the first total bill; the payment mechanism is a mechanism for funding the centralized bill to be checked by the pointer for payment processing; under the condition that the bills to be checked in the bill to be checked set are the bills with the institution codes, the payment institution is the institution to which the institution codes belong;
or,
according to the merchants corresponding to the bills, combining the bills to be checked of the merchants in the bill to be checked concentration in the account period to obtain a second total bill of each merchant in the account period, and calling bill application interfaces of the merchants to bill the total bills;
or,
and according to the bill application period of the bills, merging the bills to be checked in each bill application period to obtain a third total bill of each bill application period, and calling a bill application interface to make bill issuing of the total bill.
It should be noted that the three specific implementation manners for processing the ticket application provided above can be combined according to actual needs in specific applications, for example, the ticket application is implemented in the following manner: and combining the bills to be checked of the payment mechanisms and the merchants in the bill to be checked set in the account period to obtain the total bill of each payment mechanism for each merchant in the account period, and calling a bill application interface of each merchant to bill the total bill.
Under the condition that the bill to be checked is the organization code bill, different organization employees of the organization pay by using the organization codes to obtain the organization code bill, and for the organization, in the bill application process, the organization code bills of different organization employees who consume and pay at the same merchant can be combined, and one invoice is made for the same merchant, so that the number of times of bill application performed by the organization can be greatly saved, and the bill application efficiency is improved.
Besides the above-mentioned method of merging the bill sets to be checked in each checking period in the billing period and performing bill application processing according to the merged processing result, the bill application can also be realized in the following manner: and merging the bill sets to be checked in each checking period in the account period according to the bill application dimension, and applying for the bills according to the merging processing result. The bill application dimension refers to a data dimension for applying bills by using which data as a core in a bill application process, and is optional, and the bill application dimension includes a payment mechanism dimension, a merchant dimension and a bill application period dimension. For example, in the bill application process, when a payment mechanism is used as a data core to apply bills, bills of the same payment mechanism are merged, then the merged bills are used for applying bills, and the bill application dimension of the current bill application is the payment mechanism dimension.
It should be noted that, in the above description, the incremental invoice set and the corresponding to-be-checked invoice set are checked to obtain the abnormal invoice in the check period and added to the abnormal invoice set for invoice check, and may be replaced by checking the incremental invoice set and the corresponding to-be-checked invoice set to obtain the abnormal invoice in the check period and adding the abnormal invoice to the abnormal invoice set, and correspondingly, the invoice check is performed based on the aggregated invoice result in the abnormal invoice set and the invoice set after the invoice check is completed, and a invoice application is performed after the audit is passed, and may also be replaced by: if the checking of the bill set to be checked corresponding to each checking period in the account period is completed and the checked abnormal bill set is empty, applying for the bill; or replaced by: and if the checking of the bill set to be checked corresponding to each checking period in the billing period is completed, and the bill state of the abnormal bill in the checked abnormal bill set is the checked state, applying for the bill.
The following takes an application of the bill processing method provided in this embodiment in an institution code scenario as an example, and further describes the bill processing method provided in this embodiment with reference to fig. 2 and fig. 3, and with reference to fig. 3, the bill processing method applied in the institution code scenario specifically includes the following steps.
Referring to fig. 2, in the offline system, the bills (non-institution code bills) except the institution code bills in the bill data of the current checking period are cleaned to obtain a reference bill set composed of institution code bills, the abnormal bills of the previous checking period are added to the reference bill set in the offline system to obtain an incremental bill set of the current checking period, then the bills in the incremental bill set are checked with the institution code bills in the institution code bill set to obtain the abnormal bills, and the abnormal bills are added to the abnormal bill set; generating a reconciliation task aiming at the abnormal bill in the abnormal bill set, distributing the task, and updating the corresponding abnormal bill according to the reconciliation data; after the account period is finished, bill auditing is carried out according to a bill summarizing result and an abnormal bill set which are obtained in advance, bill application is carried out on the checked bill set after the auditing is passed, and specifically, in the bill application process, the checked bill set is subjected to merging processing and bill application is carried out according to a merging processing result.
Step S302, the bills except the institution code bills in the bill data of the current checking period in the bill period are cleaned, and a reference bill set consisting of the institution code bills is obtained.
And step S304, adding the abnormal bill of the previous checking period to the reference bill set to obtain the incremental bill set of the current checking period.
And S306, checking the bill in the incremental bill set and the institution code bill in the institution code bill set in at least one checking dimension.
And step S308, adding the abnormal bill of each checking dimension obtained by checking processing to an abnormal bill set for bill auditing.
And the bill auditing is carried out based on the abnormal bill set and the bill summarizing result in the billing period after the billing period is finished, and bill application is carried out after the auditing is passed. Specifically, the bill audit is realized by adopting the following method: and checking whether the bill state of the abnormal bills in the abnormal bill set after the bill set to be checked corresponding to each checking period in the checking period is checked to be the checked state, and if the bill state is the checked state, taking the bill set to be checked corresponding to each checking period in the checking period as the checked bill set and applying for the bills. The foregoing description has been directed to specific embodiments of this disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain a corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development, but the original code before compiling is also written in a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and the HDL is not only one kind but many kinds, such as abll (Advanced boot Expression Language), AHDL (alternate hard Description Language), traffic, CUPL (computer universal Programming Language), HDCal (Java hard Description Language), lava, lola, HDL, PALASM, software, rhydl (Hardware Description Language), and vhul-Language (vhyg-Language), which is currently used in the field. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller in purely computer readable program code means, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functions of the units may be implemented in the same software and/or hardware or in multiple software and/or hardware when implementing the embodiments of the present description.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising a … …" does not exclude the presence of another identical element in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
