Step 205: and when payment completion information fed back for the payment request is received, sending a tax refund request carrying the transaction information of the commodity to a tax refund system, wherein the tax refund request is used for requesting the tax refund system to carry out tax refund processing according to the transaction information of the commodity, so as to obtain a tax refund processing result.
In the embodiment of the present specification, if the purchase request includes a payment selection for the tax-containing price of the commodity, a tax refund request may be directly sent to a tax refund system.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the payment request includes a payment selection for the commodity tax free price, before sending the tax refund request carrying the transaction information of the commodity to the tax refund system, the tax refund processing method may further include:
sending a tax refund guarantee authorization request carrying a guarantee amount to the user;
and when tax refund guarantee authorization information fed back by the user side according to the tax refund guarantee authorization request is received, executing the freezing operation of the guarantee amount.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the tax refund guarantee authorization information may include authorization account information, a guarantee amount. And when the merchant receives the freezing completion information sent by the tax return system, executing the freezing operation of the vouching amount in the authorized account.
The tax refund guarantee request is used for requesting the user side to provide a guarantee for the tax refund of the current commodity, and aims to deduct the tax refund amount from the guarantee amount if the tax refund fails in the future, otherwise, defreeze the guarantee amount and not deduct the tax refund amount any more if the tax refund is successful in the future.
The refund amount may be determined by the commodity additional tax, and the refund amount may be equal to or less than the commodity additional tax. The vouching amount may be equal to or greater than the refund amount. In the embodiment of the specification, the tax refund amount can be determined by the merchant terminal according to the tax refund standard, and can be displayed in the detail information of the commodity. In another application example, the refund amount may be obtained by the merchant from the refund system, not specifically limited herein.
The tax refund guaranty request is used for requesting the user side to confirm and authorize specific guaranty account information and guaranty amount of the user, and the guaranty account information can be bank card numbers, third party payment accounts and the like, and is not limited in detail herein. The vouch-for account information may be payment account information in the payment process, which is referred to above, and the user may perform authorization confirmation through the user side.
In the embodiment of the present specification, performing the freezing operation on the vouch-for amount may include:
and sending the tax refund guarantee authorization information to a tax refund system, wherein the tax refund guarantee authorization information is used for the tax refund system to request a frozen guarantee amount from a payment system. The tax refund validity authentication end is a third party system with tax refund validity authentication qualification, and can be a customs platform or a tax refund system or other platforms with authentication qualification, so that tax refund validity authentication is realized.
If the merchant terminal has tax refund legality authentication qualification, the tax refund legality authentication can be directly carried out.
The tax refund validity authentication is performed according to the user identifier, which may specifically be to determine whether the user identity meets the tax refund subject condition. In one example of application, if a user holding a foreign passport purchases a commodity in the home country, the user passport information and the commodity transaction information are acquired from the commodity transaction information, and tax refund validity authentication is performed.
In such an application scenario, the tax refund subject needs to hold foreign passports and/or travel information.
In addition, tax refund legitimacy authentication is carried out according to the commodity identification, and specifically whether the current commodity meets the tax refund object condition is judged. In one application example, if a user purchases a foreign commodity, the foreign commodity carries a tax refund identifier for enjoying a tax refund service in the home country, tax refund validity authentication can be performed according to the tax refund identifier and commodity transaction information of the current transaction.
In such an application scenario, there may be no necessary requirement for the tax refund subject, and when the commodity itself conforms to the tax refund rule, tax refund may be performed.
In the embodiment of the specification, the tax refund system carries out tax refund processing according to the transaction information of the commodity, and the obtained tax refund processing results are success and failure.
If the payment information of the tax-containing price of the user is obtained from the transaction information of the commodity, the tax refund system can refund the tax refund amount to the tax refund account of the user. The user tax return account may be obtained from the transaction information and may also be obtained from the payment system, not specifically limited herein.
Specifically, the tax refund system may refund the tax immediately or after confirming that the user leaves the country (this case is specific to foreign tourists purchasing tax refund commodity in the home country). In the process, the tax refund operation is not needed to be carried out by the counter of the tax refund mechanism for the user, so that the user experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the merchant end performs the freezing operation on the guaranteed amount, the merchant end may perform the thawing operation on the frozen guaranteed amount when receiving the tax refund processing result that the tax refund is successful.
Specifically, performing a defrost operation on the frozen vouched-for amount may include:
a defrost request for the frozen guarantee amount is sent to the payment system, the defrost request including the guarantee amount freeze information (see for details the freeze operation performed above).
In another example, if the tax return system freezes the tax return guarantee amount in advance, the tax return system may send a defrost request for the guarantee amount to the payment system.
In the embodiment of the present specification, if the tax refund processing result is a tax refund failure, a refund operation of the frozen guaranteed amount is performed. Specifically, the merchant terminal may send a deduction request for the frozen guarantee amount to the payment system, where the deduction request may be a request for the payment system to pay the deduction to the refund system as an additional tax for the payment.
In another scenario, if the tax return system freezes the tax return guarantee amount in advance, when the tax return fails, the tax return system may directly request the payment system to deduct the frozen guarantee amount as the additional tax.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the merchant receives the tax refund processing result sent by the tax refund processing system, the tax refund processing result may be sent to the user side.
The tax refund processing method disclosed by the embodiment of the specification can realize online shopping and payment, can meet the increasing online shopping and tax refund demands, and has good user experience.

and when payment completion information fed back for the payment request is received, sending a tax refund request carrying the transaction information of the commodity to a tax refund system, wherein the tax refund request is used for requesting the tax refund system to carry out tax refund processing according to the transaction information of the commodity, so as to obtain a tax refund processing result.
The other functions of the processor may also be referred to the content described in the above embodiments, which is not described herein.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present embodiments also provide a computer-readable storage medium including a program for use with an electronic device, the program being executable by a processor to perform the steps of:
receiving a purchase request of a commodity sent by a user terminal;
sending a payment request for the commodity to a payment system according to the received purchase request;
and when payment completion information fed back for the payment request is received, sending a tax refund request carrying the transaction information of the commodity to a tax refund system, wherein the tax refund request is used for requesting the tax refund system to carry out tax refund processing according to the transaction information of the commodity, so as to obtain a tax refund processing result.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements to one technology could clearly be distinguished as improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements to circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) or software (improvements to the process flow). However, with the development of technology, many improvements of the current method flows can be regarded as direct improvements of hardware circuit structures. Designers almost always obtain corresponding hardware circuit structures by programming improved method flows into hardware circuits. Therefore, an improvement of a method flow cannot be said to be realized by a hardware entity module. For example, a programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD) (e.g., field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)) is an integrated circuit whose logic function is determined by the programming of the device by a user. A designer programs to "integrate" a digital system onto a PLD without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Moreover, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing integrated circuit chips, such programming is mostly implemented by using "logic compiler" software, which is similar to the software compiler used in program development and writing, and the original code before the compiling is also written in a specific programming language, which is called hardware description language (Hardware Description Language, HDL), but not just one of the hdds, but a plurality of kinds, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language), AHDL (Altera Hardware Description Language), confluence, CUPL (Cornell University Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), lava, lola, myHDL, PALASM, RHDL (Ruby Hardware Description Language), etc., VHDL (Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) and Verilog are currently most commonly used. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that a hardware circuit implementing the logic method flow can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flow into an integrated circuit using several of the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer readable medium storing computer readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), programmable logic controllers, and embedded microcontrollers, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic of the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller in a pure computer readable program code, it is well possible to implement the same functionality by logically programming the method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers, etc. Such a controller may thus be regarded as a kind of hardware component, and means for performing various functions included therein may also be regarded as structures within the hardware component. Or even means for achieving the various functions may be regarded as either software modules implementing the methods or structures within hardware components.
The system, apparatus, module or unit set forth in the above embodiments may be implemented in particular by a computer chip or entity, or by a product having a certain function. One typical implementation is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
