In order to solve the problems of low user participation degree, low task completion degree, risk of capital loss and the like of the conventional frequency increasing tool, the invention provides a shared-before-paid frequency increasing system, method, medium, merchant terminal and user terminal to effectively solve the technical problems. Some exemplary embodiments of the invention have been described for illustrative purposes, and it is to be understood that the invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a credit-based pay-before-use frequency enhancing system according to an embodiment of the present invention. It should be understood that the credit-based sharing-before-paying type frequency enhancing system refers to a system for enhancing the performance of a user in completing a corresponding task index within a certain period, and the sharing-before-paying type frequency enhancing system 100 provided by this embodiment mainly includes a periodic task module 101, an incentive configuration module 102, a credit authorization module 103, and a task settlement module 104.
The periodic task module 101 is configured to set a periodic task, for example, specify a user to complete a task key behavior by a task type, and specify a number of times that the task needs to be completed in a preset task period. In this embodiment, the task attribute of the periodic task at least includes one or more combinations of a task name, a task type, a task period, and a task number.
For convenience of understanding, the periodic task module is further explained with reference to fig. 2, in the background setting, input boxes such as "task name", "task type", "task period", and "task frequency" may be set, and the merchant may perform task setting after inputting in advance. It should be understood that the dimension unit of the task cycle can define the time limit, such as day/month/year, etc., and the task cycle has a cycle attribute, so that at least 2 days are needed when setting. In addition, it is also necessary to define the behavior key nodes for completing the task, and to agree whether the action is reversible, to confirm the influence of the reverse behavior on the completion condition of the task frequency, for example, some behaviors may be set to reverse without influencing the task frequency, and some behaviors may be set to reverse with influencing the task frequency, etc.
The excitation configuration module 102 is configured to configure corresponding excitation for each of the periodic tasks.
In some examples, the incentive forms of the incentive include, but are not limited to, any one or combination of points accumulation, cashback, coupon distribution, item redemption, and service redemption, and virtually any item or service having a certain actual monetary value may be used as an incentive, which is not limited to this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, an example in which the incentive configuration module takes an incentive as an incentive for the prize is shown, and the incentive configuration module is provided with input boxes such as "prize name", "prize type", "production line", "preferential lot", and "number of pieces", and is used for inputting the name, type, production line, lot, and number of prizes, respectively. Since the incentive forms are various, only the prize incentive is taken as an example and is not listed.
And the credit authorization module 103 is used for the user to obtain the periodic task after credit evaluation and fee deduction authorization are performed through a third-party platform. It should be noted that the third-party platform refers to a platform with credit evaluation and payment functions, for example, the third-party platform may be a payment bank, a WeChat, a bank APP, digital currency, and the like, and the embodiment is not particularly limited.
In some examples, the credit authorization module 103 provides the user party with authorization content for the third-party platform, including any one or more of a maximum deductible amount, a settlement mode, and a subscription template. When a user receives a task, the user needs to authorize the maximum deductible amount to a third party, and the subscription information corresponds to the task and the reward one by one. Thus, the credit authorization module 103 is provided with input boxes such as "contract template", "authorization amount", "settlement method", and the like, for setting information such as the contract template, the amount, the settlement method, and the like, as shown in fig. 4.
The task settlement module 104 is configured to issue a corresponding incentive to the user party after the user party picks up the periodic task, and perform an equivalent fee deduction on for the incentive enjoyed by the user party in a task execution process through the third-party platform when the user party does not complete the periodic task. Therefore, the incentive can be verified in the process of actually completing the task, the user side receives the task after credit authorization of the third-party platform, the merchant side directly issues the incentive when the task starts, and if the user side does not complete the task within the specified period, the equivalent cost of the incentive enjoyed in the task period can be deducted from the payment account of the user side through credit deduction.
It should be understood that the equivalent deduction described in this embodiment means that the deduction amount is associated with the extent of the incentive enjoyed by the user, so when the user does not complete the periodic task, the actual amount of the incentive of the task used by the user in the task period is calculated first, and then the corresponding amount is deducted from the payment account of the user, thereby avoiding the fund loss.
For example, a user receives a task of "planting fruit trees" that requires the customer to water the fruit trees within APP at least 3 times a day for a week, the incentive for the task being a 50-generation coupon; the user receives the 50-element voucher immediately after receiving the task and redeems the 30-element voucher; but the user does not complete the task of watering the fruit tree within APP at least 3 times a day for a week, and then after a week the third party platform deducts an equivalent amount of 30 dollars from the user's payment account.
It should be noted that the merchant side involved in this embodiment refers to a platform for issuing tasks, such as a shared travel platform (e.g., carane travel, drip travel, and click travel), a shared bicycle platform (e.g., carane and little yellow car), a shopping platform (e.g., panning, tianmao, jindong, and duo), a takeaway platform (e.g., hungry, beauty group, and dingdong buy dish), a game platform (e.g., Teng., leisure and entertainment platform (e.g., tremble, express), and a knowledge payment platform (e.g., himalaya), which is not limited in this embodiment. The user side in this embodiment refers to a side that takes a task from a merchant side and then executes the task.
In addition, different business parties can make different tasks according to the characteristics of the platform of the business parties. For example, the shared travel platform may set a task that is completed multiple travels within a specified time period (e.g., a task that is completed by at least 3 shared bicycles in one week), the takeout platform may set a task that is completed by multiple takeout ordering services within a specified time period, the shopping platform may set a task that is completed by multiple shopping services within a specified time period, and the knowledge payment platform sets a task that is completed by multiple payment learning within a specified time period.
The credit-based first-share and second-pay frequency extraction system is essentially different from the traditional frequency extraction tool in that the traditional frequency extraction tool issues the incentive after the user receives and completes the task, but the invention issues the incentive after the user receives the task, and stimulates the user to better participate in the task execution process by utilizing the loss aversive psychology that the uncompleted task can be deducted from the user account.
In some examples, the pay-before-share frequency boosting system 100 further includes a ladder task module 105. The step task module 105 is configured to deliver tasks of different steps according to different user types, including delivering a common task to a user who does not pick up a task and delivering an advanced challenge task to a user who has completed a task. The ladder task module 105 is used for realizing task ladder management, supporting advanced challenge management for users who have completed tasks, forming a closed loop in a consumption scene, and more effectively utilizing flow resources.
In some examples, the pay-before-share frequency enhancement system 100 further includes a schedule transparent module 106. The progress transparent transmission module 106 is used for transparent transmission of the task progress and/or incentive sharing situation in the process of executing the task by the user side. The user transparently transmits the motivation use condition, the task residual condition and the like in the task completion process so as to strengthen and improve the user experience, for example, the sense of urgency of task completion and the pleasure of the use rights and interests of the user in the whole experience process are increased.
It should be understood that the division of the modules of the above system is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the task settlement module may be a processing element separately set up, or may be implemented by being integrated into a chip of the apparatus, or may be stored in a memory of the apparatus in the form of program code, and a function of the task calculation module may be called and executed by a processing element of the apparatus. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a participation flow of a user-oriented party in an embodiment of the present invention. In the process page, from left to right, a pre-participation activity launching landing page, a third party evaluation authorization page and a post-participation activity progress detail query page are respectively.
Firstly, the pre-participation activity launching landing page comprises sub-pages such as a page title, an activity head portrait, reward information, a signing operation, an activity participation flow, an activity rule description and the like, and after a user knows the activity information on the sub-page, the user enters a third-party evaluation authorization page through the signing operation.
Secondly, after entering a third-party evaluation authorization page, the user side performs specific credit evaluation, withholding authorization and other matters, and receives specific tasks after the credit evaluation and the withholding authorization are completed.
Finally, the user enters a post-participation activity progress detail query page, at which stage the user has picked up the corresponding incentives and begins to participate in the task challenge at this time. After participation, the activity progress detail query page mainly comprises sub-pages such as a page title, an activity state description (opening and whether to complete a task), a task completion progress, a rights and interests use condition, a guidance completion task, a task completion record, an activity rule, a user protocol and the like.
It should be understood that the above examples are provided for illustrative purposes and should not be construed as limiting. Likewise, the system may additionally or alternatively include other features or include fewer features without departing from the scope of the invention.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a credit-based pay-before-use frequency enhancing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which mainly includes steps S61-S63.
In this embodiment, the sharing-before-paying frequency enhancing method is applied to the merchant, that is, a platform for issuing tasks to the user, for example, a shared travel platform (e.g., for caraway, drip travel, and click travel), a shared bicycle platform (e.g., for caraway, and sallow), a shopping platform (e.g., for panning, heaven, and king, etc.), a takeaway platform (e.g., for hungry, beauty group, and dingdong buy vegetables), a game platform (e.g., for Teng., a vacation), a leisure and entertainment platform (e.g., for tremble, express hand, etc.), and a knowledge payment platform (e.g., himalaya, etc.), which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The hardware carrier for specifically executing the method may be a server, and the server may be arranged on one or more entity servers according to various factors such as functions, loads and the like, and may also be formed by a distributed or centralized server cluster.
Step S61: and setting a periodic task. For example, a user is specified to complete a task critical behavior through a task type, and the number of times that the task needs to be completed in a preset task period is stipulated. In this embodiment, the task attribute of the periodic task at least includes one or more combinations of a task name, a task type, a task period, and a task number.
It should be noted that different business parties can make different tasks according to the characteristics of their own platforms.
Specifically, in the background setting, input boxes such as "task name", "task type", "task period", and "task frequency" may be set, and the business side may set the task after inputting the input boxes in advance. It should be understood that the dimension unit of the task cycle can define the time limit, such as day/month/year, etc., and the task cycle has a cycle attribute, so that at least 2 days are needed when setting.
Step S62: and configuring corresponding excitation for each periodic task.
The incentive forms include, but are not limited to, any one or combination of points accumulation, cashback, coupon distribution, item exchange and service exchange, and virtually any item or service with a certain actual currency value may be used as an incentive, and the embodiment is not limited thereto. For example, the incentive to share the travel platform may be cashback, issuing travel coupons, point accumulation, free travel redemption, prize redemption, etc.; as another example, the incentive for the shopping platform may be cashback, issuance of take-away coupons, point accumulation, free take-away redemption, item redemption, etc., which are not listed again.
Specifically, the background may be provided with input boxes such as "prize name", "prize type", "production line", "preferential lot", and "number of pieces", for inputting the name, type, production line, lot, and number of prizes. Since the incentive forms are various, only the prize incentive is taken as an example and is not listed.
Step S63: after being triggered by the periodic task received by the user, corresponding incentive is issued to the user, and when the user does not complete the periodic task, the incentive enjoyed by the user in the task execution process is equivalently deducted through a third-party platform.
In the background setting, a specific settlement form can be set, and input boxes such as a signing template, an authorized amount, a settlement mode and the like are set for setting information such as the signing template, the amount, the settlement mode and the like.
The third-party platform is a platform with credit evaluation and payment functions, for example, it may be a payment bank, WeChat, bank APP, digital currency, etc., and is used for performing credit evaluation and deduction authorization on the user side.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a credit-based pay-before-you-go frequency enhancing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which mainly includes steps S71 and S72.
In this embodiment, the credit-based sharing-before-paying frequency extraction method is applied to the user side, that is, the side that receives the task from the merchant side and then executes the task. A hardware carrier that particularly carries out the above-described methods can be a computer that includes components such as memory, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), a peripheral interface, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, speakers, a microphone, an input/output (I/O) subsystem, a display screen, other output or control devices, and external ports; the computer includes, but is not limited to, personal computers such as smart phones, tablet computers, smart wearable devices (such as smart bracelets, smart watches, smart helmets, smart glasses, etc.), desktop computers, notebook computers, smart televisions, etc.
Step S71: and performing credit evaluation and deduction authorization through a third-party platform.
In some examples, the user party sets the authorization content for the third party platform, including any one or more of a maximum deductible amount, a settlement mode, and a subscription template. When a user receives a task, the user needs to authorize the maximum deductible amount to a third party, and the subscription information corresponds to the task and the reward one by one.
Step S72: picking up periodic tasks from a merchant party and obtaining corresponding incentives; and if the acquired periodic task is not finished, the third-party platform performs equivalent deduction on the incentive enjoyed by the user party in the task execution process.
The merchant in this embodiment refers to a platform for issuing tasks, for example, a shared travel platform (e.g., carane travel, drip travel, and click travel), a shared bicycle platform (e.g., carane bicycle, pony bicycle), a shopping platform (e.g., panning, skatecat, jindong, and many spells), a takeaway platform (e.g., hungry, beauty group, dingdong buy-vegetables), a game platform (e.g., Tencent), a leisure and entertainment platform (e.g., tremble, express hand, etc.), and a knowledge payment platform (e.g., himalaya, etc.), which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be further understood that the equivalent deduction described in this embodiment means that the deduction amount is associated with the extent of the incentive enjoyed by the user, so that when the user does not complete the periodic task, the actual amount of the incentive of the task used by the user in the task period is first calculated, and then the corresponding amount is deducted from the payment account of the user, thereby avoiding the fund loss. The third-party platform is a platform with credit evaluation and payment functions, for example, it may be a payment bank, WeChat, bank APP, digital currency, etc., and is used for performing credit evaluation and deduction authorization on the user side.
