The APP at the fleet end comprises 'internal management' and displays the management of internal employees of a user: administrators, financial staff, captain, dispatchers, drivers; "external management" shows information management of users and other enterprises: customer, receiving unit; the "vehicle management" displays the user's internal vehicle information registration and status management.
And forming a data list by the APP through the information of each node in the logistics, and displaying and inquiring the logistics and commodity flow in real time.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a logistics supply chain online tracking management system, where the system includes:
the first user client is used for receiving order information input by a first user and sending the order information to the background management terminal;
the second user client is used for receiving order information sent by the background management terminal so that the second user can distribute a third user and a vehicle for transporting goods;
the third user client is used for receiving the receipt information input by the third user and sending the receipt information to the background management terminal;
the fourth user client is used for receiving the auditing result input by the fourth user and sending the auditing result to the background management terminal;
the background management terminal is used for determining a second user according to the order information after the order information is acquired, and sending the order information to a second user client;
the fourth user is used for determining a fourth user for checking the bill information according to the order information and sending the bill information to a fourth user client so that the fourth user can check the bill information;
and the fourth user is used for determining whether the order is finished according to the result of the examination of the bill information by the fourth user.
The contents in the above method embodiments are all applicable to the present system embodiment, the functions specifically implemented by the present system embodiment are the same as those in the above method embodiment, and the beneficial effects achieved by the present system embodiment are also the same as those achieved by the above method embodiment.

Claims (7)

1. A logistics supply chain online tracking management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s100, a first user client receives order information input by a first user and sends the order information to a background management terminal;
step S200, after the background management terminal acquires the order information, determining a second user according to the order information, and sending the order information to a second user client so that the second user can distribute a third user and a vehicle for transporting goods;
step S300, a third user client receives receipt information input by a third user and sends the receipt information to a background management terminal;
step S400, the background management terminal determines a fourth user for checking the bill information according to the order information, and sends the bill information to a fourth user client so that the fourth user can check the bill information;
step S500, the fourth user client receives an audit result input by the fourth user and sends the audit result to the background management terminal;
and S600, the background management terminal determines whether the order is finished according to the examination result of the fourth user on the receipt information.
2. The logistics supply chain online tracking management method according to claim 1, wherein the step S200 comprises:
step S210, the background management terminal acquires the order information;
step S220, establishing a corresponding relation between the first user and the second user according to the order information;
step S230, the first user client identifies a second user client corresponding to the second user, and sends order information to the second user client; the first user is a dealer salesman or a supplier salesman, and the second user is one of a dealer captain, an external captain and a supplier captain; the third user is a driver; the fourth user includes: at least one of a dealer financier, an outside fleet financier, a supplier financier;
step S240, if the second user is a dealer fleet leader, the dealer fleet leader selects whether to take an order through the second user client, if so, the second user client reads a third user and a vehicle for transporting goods selected by the dealer fleet leader, and sends the third user and the vehicle selected by the dealer fleet leader to the background management terminal, and the background management terminal sends the order information to the third user client, otherwise, step S270 is executed;
step 250, if the second user is an external fleet leader, the external fleet leader selects whether to take an order through the second user client, if so, the background management terminal matches the dispatcher according to the order information, receives a third user and a vehicle for transporting goods distributed by the dispatcher, and sends the order information to the third user client, otherwise, step 270 is executed;
step S260, if the second user is the supplier fleet leader, the supplier fleet leader selects whether to take the order through the second user client, if so, the second user client reads a third user and a vehicle for transporting goods selected by the supplier fleet leader, sends the third user and the vehicle selected by the supplier fleet leader to the background management terminal, and the background management terminal sends the order information to the third user client;
step S270, sending the information of the returned order to the background management terminal through the second user client, and sending the information of the returned order to the first user client by the background management terminal so that the first user can reselect the second user.
3. The online tracking management method for the logistics supply chain according to claim 2, wherein in step S250, the background management terminal matches the dispatcher according to the order information, and the method comprises:
step S251, extracting a goods supply address and a goods receiving address in the order information;
step S252, determining a supply area to which a supply address belongs;
and step S253, determining a dispatcher of the supply area according to the supply area.
4. The logistics supply chain online tracking management method of claim 3, wherein the step S400 comprises:
if the supply unit is a dealer and the delivery fleet is a dealer fleet, determining that the fourth user is a dealer financial staff, and sending the bill information to a fourth user client of the dealer financial staff by the background management terminal so that the dealer financial staff can check the bill information;
if the supply unit is a dealer and the delivery fleet is an external fleet, determining whether a first user of the external fleet is a dealer operator or a provider operator;
if the first user is a dealer salesman, determining that the fourth user is an external fleet financial worker and a dealer financial worker, and sending the receipt information to fourth user clients of the external fleet financial worker and the dealer financial worker by the background management terminal so that the external fleet financial worker and the dealer financial worker can check the receipt information in sequence;
if the first user is a provider operator, determining that the fourth user is an external fleet financial worker, a dealer financial worker and a provider financial worker, and sending the document information to fourth user clients of the external fleet financial worker, the dealer financial worker and the provider financial worker by the background management terminal so that the external fleet financial worker, the dealer financial worker and the provider financial worker can check the document information in sequence;
if the supply unit is a provider and the delivery fleet is a provider fleet, determining that the fourth user is a provider financial staff, and sending the receipt information to a fourth user client of the provider financial staff by the background management terminal so that the provider financial staff can audit the receipt information;
if the supply unit is a provider and the delivery fleet is an external fleet, determining whether a first user of the external fleet is a dealer operator or a provider operator;
if the first user is a dealer salesman, determining that the fourth user is an external fleet financial worker, a dealer financial worker and a supplier financial worker, and sending the bill information to fourth user clients of the external fleet financial worker, the dealer financial worker and the supplier financial worker by the background management terminal so that the external fleet financial worker, the dealer financial worker and the supplier financial worker can check the bill information in sequence;
and if the first user is a supplier salesman, determining that the fourth user is an external fleet financial officer and a supplier financial officer, and sending the receipt information to fourth user clients of the external fleet financial officer and the supplier financial officer by the background management terminal so that the external fleet financial officer and the supplier financial officer can check the receipt information in sequence.
5. The logistics supply chain online tracking management method of claim 4, wherein the step S500 comprises:
step S510, if the supply unit is a dealer and the delivery motorcade is the dealer motorcade, executing step S540; if the supply unit is a dealer, the first user is a dealer operator, and the delivery fleet is an external fleet, then step S520 and step S530 are sequentially executed; if the supply unit is a dealer, the first user is a provider operator, and the delivery fleet is an external fleet, then steps S520 to S540 are sequentially performed;
if the supplier is the supplier and the delivery fleet is the supplier fleet, go to step S540; if the supplier is the provider, the first user is the dealer operator, and the delivery fleet is the external fleet, then steps S520 to S540 are sequentially executed; if the supply unit is a provider, the first user is a provider operator, and the delivery fleet is an external fleet, then step S520 and step S540 are sequentially executed;
step S520, the external fleet finance operator audits the receipt information, if the audit is not passed, first classification information is uploaded to the background management terminal through a fourth user client of the external fleet finance operator, and the first classification information is input to the fourth user client by the external fleet finance operator; if the document information passes the verification, the document information is directly uploaded to a background management terminal through a fourth user client of an external fleet financial staff; the background management terminal sends the first classification information or the receipt information to a fourth user client of a dealer financial staff;
step S530, the dealer financial staff audits the first classification information or the receipt information, if the audit is not passed, third classification information is uploaded to the background management terminal through a fourth user client of the dealer financial staff, and the third classification information is input to the fourth user client of the dealer financial staff by the dealer financial staff; if the document information passes the verification, the document information is directly uploaded to a background management terminal through a fourth user client of a dealer financial staff;
