SWIFT operates a worldwide financial messaging network and banks and other financial institutions complete financial transactions by exchanging messages with the same industry. At present, each large bank and the like are added into SWIFT organization, and SWIFT network system is opened. And the cross-country enterprises send SWIFT messages through banks to realize cross-border financial settlement.
The inventor finds that in the process of implementing the disclosure, the cross-border payoff salary function is mainly implemented through SWIFT payment message MT101 (representing single payment) and pain001 (representing batch payment), but the SWIFT payment message is not provided with a message specification for issuing salary alone, and no specific message node and field distinguish whether the payment belongs to the payoff salary service or not, so that the cross-country enterprise cannot distinguish the payoff salary type message from the common payment message.
Furthermore, the inventor also finds that in the process of realizing the disclosure, in the aspect of enterprise internal management, when large-scale nationwide enterprises manage payroll, personnel and financial rights separation is hoped to be realized, namely, staff with personnel rights of the enterprises have the right to check the payroll details of all staff and only the right to submit payroll files when submitting payroll files, and staff with financial rights of the enterprises have the right to audit payroll instructions, but cannot check the payroll details of the staff and only the summarized gold amount can be checked. The requirement of the split right management cannot be realized based on the current transaction information.
Therefore, there is a need for a method for differentiating payroll types in SWIFT payment messages to solve the rights problem of enterprises having different query payroll details for different rights departments.
In view of the foregoing, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method, system, computer system, and computer-readable storage medium for implementing differentiated display of enterprise salary information. Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flowchart of a method of implementing differentiated display of enterprise salary information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes operations S201 to S203.
In operation S201, a login account role of a user of the login account detail query system is determined, wherein the login account role has a display authority for a transaction detail of transaction information of the user, and different login account roles have different display authorities.
The system comprises a bank, an account detail inquiring system, a bank management system and a bank management system, wherein the account detail inquiring system is a functional system which is provided for enterprise staff by the bank and is used for realizing fund inquiring and other business service management related to the enterprise, the functional system exists in a large enterprise network banking system, and a login account role of a user logging in the account detail inquiring system is a login account role of the enterprise network banking system. According to the scheme provided by the disclosure, the requirements of enterprise staff on the inquiry of transaction details of transaction information in the enterprise are mainly met, and the user is mainly met with respect to the enterprise staff, and the corresponding login account roles are account roles divided according to different staff roles or occupation requirements. The transaction information of the user comprises all transaction information causing account funds flow to change, especially salary transaction information. The display rights include display details for the transaction information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a user selects a login account role suitable for the user according to the available functions and the use rights of the user in the enterprise at the beginning of registering the enterprise internet banking system, wherein different login account roles have different service rights and different management rights for the same service. In this embodiment, the business is transaction information related to the enterprise, and the different management authorities for the business are whether the transaction details about the transaction information need to be displayed completely.
Transaction information with salary identification associated with the user is obtained from the account detail query system in operation S202.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after a user logs in to the account detail query system through the enterprise internet banking system, the system provides service with related authorities or content presentation based on the related authorities of some services for the user according to the login account role of the user. In this embodiment, the service is mainly aimed at the salary information service display service, and the service content mainly includes whether to further display details of the salary information.
In operation S203, according to the display authority corresponding to the user' S login account role, the transaction details of the transaction information with salary identification are differentially displayed.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, based on the login account role of the user of the login account detail inquiring system and the authority distributed by the system for the account role, transaction information which is displayed in a differentiated mode is obtained. In this embodiment, the transaction information is transaction information with salary identification, and the differentiated display includes, for example, displaying only the total amount of the transaction information with salary identification and not displaying the detail thereof, or displaying the total amount of the transaction information with salary identification and the detail thereof simultaneously.
Through the above embodiment, the bank can more conveniently and rapidly solve the problem that different authority departments of the enterprise have different inquiry authorities for transaction information (salary information in the embodiment) of a specific type because the bank finishes marking the type of the transaction information in advance, so that the satisfaction degree of the banking industry to the customer service is greatly improved.
The method shown in fig. 2 is further described below with reference to fig. 3-5 in conjunction with the exemplary embodiment.
It should be noted in advance that, according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the user logging in the account detail query system, the corresponding login account roles are respectively a personnel role and a financial role, and have different service management authorities, mainly aiming at personnel and finance in enterprise staff.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flowchart of acquiring transaction information with salary identification in a method for implementing differentiated display of enterprise salary information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the method includes operations S301 to S303.
In operation S301, a transaction message with a salary type identifier is acquired.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the transaction message is primarily a payment message generated for an enterprise to issue salary. Firstly, the payroll information of payroll type is filled in ERP (enterprise resource planning system) by personnel of enterprise, payroll files are uploaded, and then the payroll files are audited by financial staff. And after the financial staff passes the examination and verification of the payroll file, SWIFT Alliance (global banking and financial telecommunication association) generates MT101 and pain001 payment messages with salary class identifiers according to ERP filling information.
In operation S302, a transaction processing operation is performed according to the transaction message, so as to obtain a transaction result.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the transaction processing operation includes the enterprise sending an MT101, pin 001 payment message with salary identification to the bank where the payment account is located through the SWIFT channel, instructing the bank to pay for the external payment. The transaction result is the latest transaction result after the bank pays the payment.
In operation S303, the transaction result is recorded as transaction information having salary type identification.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the operation result for the payment message is marked as payment information with salary identification.
Fig. 4 schematically illustrates a flowchart of a transaction processing operation according to a transaction message in a method for implementing differentiated display of salary information of an enterprise according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the method includes operations S401 to S402.
In operation S401, it is determined whether the user opens a service authority capable of combining payroll.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, consolidated payroll includes simultaneously opening a centralized payment, globally issuing payroll, and consolidated billing service.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, firstly, a MT101 and pain001 payment message of a customer identifier SALA is received by a bank SWIFT Alliance through a SWIFT channel and sent to a bank enterprise interconnection front-end. And then, after the bank and enterprise interconnection front-end identifies the payment type, marking the payment as payment of issuing salary type, and calling a bank global cash management system to determine whether the enterprise client opens related services such as centralized payment, global salary, account drawing and the like.
In operation S402, a transaction processing operation is performed on the transaction message under the condition that the service authority is opened.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the enterprise client is determined to have opened related services such as centralized payment, global payroll, account-drawing and the like, the centralized payment interface is called to carry out external payment operation.
It should be noted that, the call centralized payment interface performs an external payment operation, and more specifically, further includes: the bank peer clearing and interconnecting system converts the MT101 and pain001 payment messages of the enterprise clients into a bank peer clearing MT103 (representing single funds transfer) remittance message, and sends the remittance message to the intermediate. Then, after the subsequent intermediate line remits the payment, the payee checks in the payment, an MT199 (representing the inquiry electricity for the remittance of MT 103) and a pain002 (representing the payment status feedback) payment status message are generated, and the status is uploaded to a SWIFT Tracker (SWIFT tracking path) in real time, and the payment line obtains the MT199 and pain002 payment status message from the SWIFT Tracker and updates the payment status.
By combining the specific embodiments, the method for realizing differential display of enterprise salary information in the embodiment of the disclosure comprises the following steps:
firstly, generating SWIFT payment messages MT101 and pain001 by enterprise clients to send to a bank where a payment account is located, and indicating the payment to pay by a payment line, wherein SALA is marked at a specific position field of the MT101 and pain001 messages in the embodiment of the disclosure to distinguish the message types as the messages with payroll types.
And then the payment bank receives and analyzes the payment message of the enterprise client, identifies and marks the payment of the payroll type, invokes the bank global cash management system to check the payment protocol of the enterprise, and invokes the payment interface to pay outwards, and converts the MT101 and pain001 payment message of the client into the same-industry clear message of the MT103 and sends the same-industry clear message to the middle bank.
Finally, the enterprise client logs in the account detail inquiring system through enterprise network certificate id to inquire the account detail, the system inquires the user role and authority according to the enterprise network certificate id of the logged-in user, and accordingly, differential display is carried out on the enterprise network, personnel and financial authority separation is achieved, and only the personnel role can inquire the detail of the issued salary in the account detail inquiring system.
Through the above embodiment, since the message type is marked as the message for issuing the salary type in the SWIFT payment message, the limitation that the message type cannot be distinguished in the conventional SWIFT payment message is broken, so that the information carries the salary type identifier from the message stage, and the message processing result can be directly and definitely determined as the transaction information with the salary type identifier when the transaction information is formed later, thereby providing convenience for the management of the transaction information later.
Based on the above specific embodiment, referring to fig. 5 to fig. 6, further description will be made below on acquiring a transaction message with a salary identifier in the above embodiment.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a method of generating a transaction message with salary identification according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the method includes operations S501 to S502.
