A method for realizing a positioning, placing, classifying and throwing system for bagged garbage is characterized in that a plurality of reusable household garbage collecting devices with color marks are placed in each household house in a community, each household garbage collecting device throws garbage of one type, one or more centralized throwing rooms are arranged in the community, when the household garbage collecting devices are fully collected, one or more garbage collecting bags are lifted by residents and put into corresponding lattices of a guide frame at the entrance of a garbage collecting bag carrying track of the centralized throwing rooms, and the positioning, placing, positioning, classifying and throwing of the bagged garbage are realized by a main controller, an electric appliance device and a connecting rod automatic throwing mechanism in the centralized throwing rooms, and the system has the following characteristics:
each refuse collection bag having a locating formation disposed in the sash;
the guide frame is divided into 3 lattices with different lengths by the partition board, blank spaces are arranged between the lattices, garbage of the garbage collection bag in the 3 lattices is thrown in at one time, the blank spaces are used for avoiding mixed throwing, and the inner wall and the outer wall of each lattice are sprayed with garbage type identification colors;
the garbage disposal track is divided into two sections, namely a throwing track and a guide track, the planes of the two sections of tracks are mutually connected, and a lead screw nut pair is driven by a stepping motor or a servo motor of the guide track to realize the movement of the garbage collection bag on the guide track;
setting a guide track and setting a running positioning reference device of a stepping motor or a servo motor, and determining the moving position of each sash in the guide frame;
and a connecting rod throwing mechanism is arranged on the left side surface of the throwing frame on the throwing track and the track.

the position of the community garbage throwing room is set to meet the requirement that residents do not travel too far, and if the frame is full, the community garbage throwing room can be temporarily placed at other places and then is thrown by managers in a fixed time;
appointing a centralized throwing room to relate to equipment and components of position description, wherein the garbage collecting bags are all positioned at the setting state of the centralized throwing room, and the direction description is the direction of the centralized throwing room when viewed from the front;
the household garbage collection device consists of a plastic barrel and a garbage collection bag, wherein the garbage collection bag consists of a plastic bag and a metal frame, the plastic barrel is used for placing the garbage collection bag, and the garbage collection bag is used for transporting and loading garbage to a centralized throwing place;

all corners of the metal frame are welded with reinforcing strips, a round iron sheet is welded below the intersection of the bottoms of the two U-shaped frames, the plane of the round iron sheet is parallel to the plane of the rectangular frame and used for supporting, and the height of the metal frame is consistent with that of the sash and the plastic barrel;
the plastic bag is customized into a tubular film semi-finished product by using a polyethylene plastic film, one opening end of the tubular film is fixed on 4 edges of the rectangular frame of the metal frame to form 4 sections of supporting sealing strips, the other end of the tubular film is made into a sealing edge, and a section of the sealing edge is reserved on any bottom edge of the U-shaped frame in a heat sealing manner;
each garbage collection bag is provided with a positioning structure placed in the sash, the positioning structure is that the outer walls of two sides of each garbage collection bag are respectively provided with a vertical semicircular groove, and when the garbage collection bag is placed in the sash of the guide frame at the entrance of the carrying track of the community garbage centralized throwing room, the garbage collection bag corresponds to the vertical semicircular ribs on the two sides of the corresponding type identification color sash of the garbage collection bag frame and is used for positioning;
the top edge of the front side wall of each sash position of the throwing frame and the guide frame and the top edge of the front side of the rectangular frame in the garbage collection bag are centered at a position 30mm away from the right end point of the edge, the throwing frame and the guide frame are both provided with openings 5mm wide and 5mm high, and a groove with corresponding size is arranged at the corresponding position of the rectangular frame and matched with the barrel push-pull type electromagnet for preventing the garbage collection bag from falling off;
the middle part of the top edge of the front side wall of each sash of the throwing frame is provided with a push-pull electromagnet, the central line of a slide rod of the push-pull electromagnet is 2.5mm away from the top edge, the diameter of the slide rod of the push-pull electromagnet is 4mm, and the slide rod extends into the groove of the garbage collection bag when extending out and is used for locking the garbage collection bag;
3 garbage storage and transportation barrels of different types are placed at the throwing positions in the community garbage centralized throwing room, the width of each garbage storage and transportation barrel is 40cm, the garbage storage and transportation barrels are arranged side by side in a straight line in the width direction of each garbage storage and transportation barrel, and the arrangement sequence of the garbage storage and transportation barrels is uniformly arranged with the main controller according to the lattice sequence of the guide frame;
the garbage storage and transportation device is characterized in that a garbage disposal track is arranged on the garbage storage and transportation barrels in parallel and used for conveying garbage collection bags, the garbage disposal track is divided into two sections, namely a throwing track and a guide track, the planes of the two sections of tracks are mutually connected, and a throwing frame only makes throwing rotation on the throwing track and does not move along the throwing track;

a guide frame is reserved on the right outer side track of the community garbage centralized throwing room and used for a householder to place a garbage collecting bag;
after a garbage collection bag is placed on the guide frame at the rightmost end of the guide rail, a round iron sheet at the bottom edge of the U-shaped frame touches a sash micro-motion in the guide frame to close a switch, an LED indicator lamp is on, if 3 LED indicator lamps are all on, a centralized throwing main controller starts a throwing program, otherwise, when only 1 to 2 LED indicator lamps are on, the throwing program needs to be started through a manual button or automatically started after time delay, at the moment, the main controller drives a guide rail stepping motor to enable a stop block positioned at the rightmost end of the guide rail to push the guide frame to advance, when the stop block moves to the leftmost end of the guide rail, the guide frame is pushed into the throwing frame of the throwing position of the throwing rail, and a barrel push-pull electromagnet does the stretching action of a push-pull rod to lock the garbage collection bag;

a metal hook is fixed on the right side surface of the guide frame and sleeved in a metal ring on a screw nut stop block of the guide rail, so that the guide frame is driven to move on the guide rail, after the guide frame is pushed to a throwing frame positioned on the throwing rail, when the throwing frame rotates in a throwing mode or the reset reversal of the throwing program is finished, the metal hook fixed on the guide frame performs corresponding circular motion along with the guide frame, so that the metal hook is sleeved in the metal ring when being separated or reset in the throwing mode, and the guide rail stepping motor drives the guide frame and a garbage collection bag to move again;
two ends of a bottom corner on the rear side surface of the throwing frame are respectively fixed with a shaft sleeve, a gap is reserved between the shaft sleeve and the nearest position of the throwing track, a hole of the shaft sleeve is movably matched with a sliding shaft, the sliding shaft is parallel to the track and is as long as the track, and two ends of the head and the tail of the sliding shaft are respectively fixed with a support;

the garbage throwing process: in a throwing preparation state, the side, closest to the ground, of the throwing frame leans against a supporting guide plate of the supporting frame and touches a micro switch on the supporting guide plate to act so as to cut off a power supply of an electric push rod, so that the throwing frame is in a relaxed state on the supporting guide plate, at the moment, the garbage of a garbage collecting bag in a sash is unloaded under the action of a vibration motor of the supporting frame, after a proper time delay, a push-pull electromagnet of the throwing frame acts, a push-pull rod in the push-pull electromagnet retracts, the garbage collecting bag is unloaded along an inclined slideway under the action of the vibration motor on the supporting frame, and the inclined slideway consists of parallel optical axes;
under the drive of the electric push rod, after the throwing frame is reset and rotated from the throwing state, the metal hook fixed on the guide frame simultaneously makes corresponding circular motion along with the throwing frame, so that the metal hook is sleeved in the metal circular ring on the screw nut stop block of the guide rail, and therefore when the stepping motor of the guide rail acts, the guide frame is pulled to move to the end part of the guide rail on the guide rail to receive the next group of garbage collection bags.
