And a connecting rod throwing support connected with the rack is arranged on the side of the throwing track close to the left side surface of the wall, an electric push rod is installed on the connecting rod throwing support, the central line of a shaft of the electric push rod is parallel to the left side surface of the wall and is close to the left side surface of the wall, and the electric push rod is purchased or customized. The end part of the push rod and one end of the connecting rod are respectively connected with the shaft in a movable fit manner, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the bearing seat in a movable fit manner through the shaft, and the central line of the connecting rod and the central line of the push rod are on the same plane to form a connecting rod throwing mechanism.
And 1-3 holes with the diameter of 13mm are drilled in the center of the wall, and 1-3 shafts with the diameter of 10mm are installed at the corresponding positions of the left side surface of the throwing frame. The shaft may extend out of the hole when the drop frame is moved on the drop rail to abut the wall. The wall and the throwing frame are combined, overturned and operated separately. The electric push rod drives the main controller to control, when the main controller starts the electric push rod, the push rod of the electric push rod extends out, the wall and the throwing frame are pushed by the connecting rod to rotate by an angle along the sliding shaft, and the throwing frame rotates to a throwing preparation state forming a 45-degree left and right inclination angle with the ground.
In a throwing preparation state, the edge of the wall closest to the ground and the pulley on the edge of the throwing frame closest to the ground lean against the support guide rail of the frame, and the edge of the wall closest to the ground touches the wall to act on the support guide rail through a microswitch so as to cut off the power of the electric push rod. The support guide rail is arranged on the frame and is parallel to the throwing track and has the same length.
And the connecting rod releasing mechanism is powered off, so that the wall is in a relaxed state on the supporting guide rail. When the throwing frame moves along the sliding shaft and the supporting guide rail under the driving of the sliding shaft stepping motor, the shaft on the throwing frame can stretch into or separate from the hole on the wall, and in the throwing preparation state, the throwing frame keeps a left-right inclination angle of 45 degrees with the ground and moves to a throwing position of a garbage type.
The garbage throwing process: at the moment, a cover push-pull type electromagnet of the sash needing to unload the garbage acts, a push-pull rod retracts, a corresponding sash cover plate is opened, the cover plate is in a free sagging state under the action of the gravity of the cover plate, the vibration motor is started after the cover plate is opened, and the garbage of a garbage collection bag in the sash is unloaded under the action of the vibration motor of the support rack.
When the garbage in the other sash of the throwing frame needs to be unloaded, the throwing frame keeps a throwing preparation state with a left and right inclination angle of 45 degrees with the ground, the throwing frame is driven by the sliding shaft stepping motor to move along the sliding shaft and the support guide rail to enter a throwing position of the sash garbage type set by the main controller, and the garbage throwing process is repeated.
After the throwing frame finishes throwing garbage in the garbage collection bags in the lattices of all the guide frames, the cover plate is kept in a fully opened state, and then the sliding shaft stepping motor is driven to enable the throwing frame to move to a water spraying and unloading position. The water spray and discharge position has an inclined ramp plane perpendicular to the track for discharge. The main control unit starts the electric water gun, and after the electric water gun additionally provided with the water spray nozzle to spray the garbage collection bag, the push-pull electromagnet of the bucket acts, the push-pull rod retracts, and the garbage collection bag is detached along the inclined slide plane under the action of the vibration motor and the water gun on the support rack. Then, when the sliding shaft stepping motor is driven to enable the throwing frame to move to be close to the wall, the shaft extends out of the hole in the wall, the main controller starts the electric push rod to perform retraction and reset actions, the wall and the throwing frame perform reset and reverse rotation along the sliding shaft, the cover plate is automatically closed under the action of gravity after reset, the throwing frame is horizontally placed on the throwing track after reset, and the cover push-pull type electromagnet performs push-pull rod extending action to lock the cover plate. Then, under the drive of a stepping motor of a sliding shaft, the throwing frame moves along the throwing track to return to the throwing initial position at the joint of the throwing track and the guide track, at the moment, a push-pull electromagnet fixed on the guide frame acts, a push rod extends into a metal ring on a screw nut stop block of the guide track, the throwing frame stops moving, at the moment, the stepping motor of the guide track acts, and the guide frame is pulled to move to the end part of the guide track on the guide track to receive the next group of garbage collection bags.

as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, an automatic push rod dropping system for sorting bagged garbage comprises:
the guide frame 32 is divided into 4 lattices with different lengths by partition boards, each lattice is used for placing garbage collection bags with different garbage types and the sizes of the lattices are matched, and the inner wall and the outer wall of each lattice are sprayed with garbage type identification colors. The householder places the garbage collection bag filled with garbage in the sash of the guide frame 32 at the entrance of the guide rail G01. 4 side-by-side garbage storage and transportation barrels T00 are placed in the centralized throwing room W00, the upper parts of the garbage storage and transportation barrels are provided with guide rails G01 and throwing rails G02, and the guide rails G01 are used for conveying the guide frames 22 and the garbage collection bags to the throwing frames 22 on the throwing rails G02 through the stoppers 12 on the guide rail screw nuts.
A wall 16 for throwing and overturning is installed at the left end of the throwing track G02, and the wall 16 is composed of an iron plate and a connecting rod throwing mechanism. A wall shaft sleeve is arranged at the corner of the lower edge of the rear side of the iron plate, a bearing seat is arranged on the left side surface of the wall 16, a connecting rod throwing support is arranged on the side of a throwing track G02, an electric push rod 17 is arranged on the connecting rod throwing support and is movably connected with one end of a connecting rod 18, and the other end of the connecting rod 18 is connected with the bearing seat to form a connecting rod throwing mechanism. A shaft sleeve 33 is fixed at each end of the bottom corner of the rear side of the dropping frame 22.
The top of each sash of the guide frame 32 in the throwing frame 22 is provided with a sash cover plate 24 made of aluminum alloy with the corresponding size of the sash for preventing garbage leakage, a cover plate hinge 23 is arranged at the position of each sash on the side of the throwing frame 22, the center of a hole of the cover plate hinge 23 is arranged outside the side of the throwing frame 22, the distance from the side of the throwing frame 22 is 20mm to 26mm, and the sash cover plate 24 is opened during throwing.
Before throwing, the link rod throwing mechanism acts, the link rod 18 pushes the wall 16 and the throwing frame 22 to turn over, the pulley 25 on the edge of the wall 16 closest to the ground and the edge of the throwing frame 22 closest to the ground leans against the support guide rail 26 of the frame, and the electric push rod 17 is powered off. Under the drive of the sliding shaft stepping motor, the throwing frame 22 moves to a garbage throwing position or a water spraying and unloading position along the sliding shaft 38, garbage is unloaded under the action of the vibration motor on the support frame, or an electric water gun is started to additionally install a water spray head to spray and wash a garbage collecting bag after all garbage is thrown in, and the garbage collecting bag is unloaded along the inclined slideway plane 15 by the action of the push-pull type electromagnet 10 of the bucket. Then when the throwing frame 22 moves to be close to the wall 16, the connecting rod throwing mechanism acts to reset the throwing frame, the cover push-pull electromagnet 21 acts as a push-pull rod to extend out to lock the sash cover plate 24, the throwing frame 22 moves back to the initial position of the throwing track G02, the push-pull electromagnet fixed on the guide frame 32 acts, the push rod extends into the metal ring of the stop 12 of the guide track screw nut, and the guide track stepping motor 11 drives the stop to return to the end part of the guide track G01 to receive the next group of garbage collection bags. The nut 36 on the feed screw nut of the throwing track is fixed on the sliding block, two shifting forks are arranged on the sliding block 35, and the shifting forks are sleeved on the sliding shaft 38 in a semicircular shape.
The height of the garbage storage and transportation barrel is 1 m. The length of the guide rail G01 is 1.3 meters, a guide rail screw nut pair with the length of 1.3 meters and the outer diameter of a guide rail screw rod of 28mm is arranged at the bottom of the guide rail G01 along the center line of the conveying direction, and the nut is fixed on the stop block 12.
The length of the throwing track G02 is 3 meters, and a throwing track screw rod nut pair with the length of 2 meters and the outer diameter of the throwing track screw rod 37 of 40mm is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the throwing track G02. The sliding shaft 38 is aligned with the throwing track G02 in parallel, and two supports are respectively fixed at the head end and the tail end of the sliding shaft 38, the diameter of each support is 40mm, and the length of each support is 3 meters.
The driver of the stepping motor is controlled by the I/O port of the microcontroller, and the driving circuits of other push-pull type electromagnets, the vibration motor, the electric water gun, the electric push rod, each microswitch, the LED indicator light and the like are also controlled by the I/O port of the microcontroller.

Claims (3)

1. A method for realizing an automatic push rod throwing system for sorting bagged garbage is characterized in that a plurality of reusable garbage collecting bags with color marks are placed in each house in a community, each garbage collecting bag throws garbage of one type, one or more centralized throwing rooms are arranged in the community, when the garbage collecting bags are fully collected, one or more garbage collecting bags are lifted by a resident and put into corresponding lattices in a guide frame at the entrance of a garbage collecting bag carrying track of the centralized throwing room, and a main controller, an electric device and a connecting rod automatic throwing mechanism in the centralized throwing room realize automatic push rod throwing of sorting bagged garbage, and have the following characteristics:
each refuse collection bag having a locating formation disposed in the sash;
the garbage disposal track is divided into two sections, namely a throwing track and a guide track, the planes of the two sections of tracks are mutually connected, and a lead screw nut pair is driven by a stepping motor or a servo motor to realize the movement of the garbage collection bag on the track;
the throwing track and the guide track are provided with a step motor or a servo motor operation positioning reference device to determine the moving position of each sash in the guide frame;
the automatic throwing mechanism of the connecting rod comprises a wall which is thrown in an overturning way, the wall is composed of an iron plate and the throwing mechanism of the connecting rod, and the wall and the throwing frame are mechanisms which can be combined to overturn and can also run separately.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the automatic push rod feeding for sorting the bagged refuse is specifically as follows:
the guide frame is divided into 4 lattices with different lengths by the partition board, each lattice is used for placing a garbage collection bag with different garbage types and the size of the lattice is matched with that of the lattice, and the inner wall and the outer wall of each lattice are sprayed with garbage type identification colors;
the top edge of the front side wall of each sash of the throwing frame and the guide frame and the top edge of the front side of the rectangular frame in the garbage collection bag are centered at a position 30mm away from the right end point of the edge, the throwing frame and the guide frame are both provided with openings 5mm wide and 5mm high, and a groove with corresponding size is arranged at the corresponding position of the rectangular frame and matched with the barrel push-pull type electromagnet to prevent the garbage collection bag from falling off;
the position of the community garbage throwing room is set to meet the requirement that residents do not travel too far, community garbage is mainly kitchen garbage and is secondly other garbage, and if the frame is full, the community garbage throwing room can be temporarily placed at other positions and is thrown by managers at fixed times;
appointing a centralized throwing room to relate to equipment and components of position description, wherein the equipment comprises garbage collecting bags which are arranged at the setting state positions of the centralized throwing room, and the direction description of the garbage collecting bags is the direction of the centralized throwing room when the garbage collecting bags are seen from the front;
the household garbage collecting device consists of a plastic barrel and a garbage collecting bag, wherein the garbage collecting bag consists of a plastic bag and a metal frame, and the plastic barrel is used for placing the garbage collecting bag;
the metal frame is formed by welding metal iron wires, the top part is a rectangular frame and is formed by welding the metal iron wires in a surrounding way, the rectangular frames of different garbage types have different lengths and same width, and the metal frame and the frame lattice have the same size and are provided with gaps so as to be easily placed;
respectively welding a U-shaped frame at the inner side between two opposite sides of the rectangular frame, welding the intersection of the bottom of the U-shaped frame, respectively welding a spherical welding spot at the outer side of the vertical side away from the bottom edges 2/3 and 1/3 of the U-shaped frame at the upper end of the U-shaped frame, corresponding to the spherical welding spot, processing a vertical semicircular groove in the middle of the rear inner side wall of the 4 sashes of the guide frame, and similarly arranging a vertical semicircular groove on the corresponding inner side wall in the household plastic bucket for positioning;
all corners of the metal frame are welded with reinforcing strips, so that positions after welding form right-angled triangles respectively, a round iron sheet is welded below the intersection of the bottoms of the two U-shaped frames, the plane of the round iron sheet is parallel to the plane of the rectangular frame and used for supporting, and the height of the metal frame is consistent with the height of the sash and the height of the plastic barrel;
the plastic bag is characterized in that a cylindrical film is customized by a polyethylene plastic film and is arranged in a rectangular frame and a U-shaped frame of a metal frame, one opening end of the cylindrical film is fixed on 4 edges of the rectangular frame of the metal frame to form 4 sections of supporting sealing strips, and the other end of the cylindrical film is made into a sealing edge and is reserved with one section of bottom edge which is thermally sealed on any one side of the U-shaped frame;
4 garbage storage and transportation barrels of different types are placed at the throwing positions in the community garbage centralized throwing room and are arranged in a straight line in parallel according to the width direction of the garbage storage and transportation barrels, the arrangement sequence is uniformly arranged according to a main controller, and the total width of the 4 garbage storage and transportation barrels after being arranged in parallel plus the length of the water spraying position of the garbage collection bag is the same as the length of the throwing track;
arranging a garbage disposal track on the garbage storage and transportation barrels in parallel for conveying garbage collection bags, wherein the garbage disposal track is divided into two sections, namely a throwing track and a guide track, and the planes of the two sections of tracks are mutually connected;
a guide track screw rod nut pair is arranged at the bottom of the guide track along the central line of the conveying direction, wherein the nut is fixed on a stop block, the right end of a screw rod is connected with a guide track stepping motor and a driver thereof, the operation of the guide track stepping motor is controlled by a main controller to drive the stop block to move leftwards or rightwards, so that a guide frame placed on the guide track is pushed to move, a garbage collection bag is placed on the guide frame, and the stepping motor can also adopt a servo motor;
the left end and the right end of the garbage disposal track are respectively provided with a guide frame, the left end is arranged at a position close to a throwing wall and used for water spray washing and unloading of garbage collection bags along an inclined slideway, the water spray washing is completed by controlling an electric water gun to add water spray heads through a main controller, the centralized throwing outdoor side at the right end is used for households to place the garbage collection bags, a vibration motor is arranged on a support frame, and unloading is completed under the action of the vibration motor;
after the garbage collection bag is placed in the guide frame at the rightmost end of the guide rail, the sash micro-switches in the sashes of the corresponding inlet guide frame are closed, the LED indicator lamps are on, if 4 LED indicator lamps are all on, the main controller of the centralized throwing room starts the throwing program, otherwise, only 1 to 3 LED indicator lamps are on, the throwing program needs to be started by a manual button or automatically started after time delay, at this time, the main controller drives the guide rail stepping motor to make the stop block positioned at the rightmost end of the guide rail push the guide frame to move forward, when the stop block moves to the leftmost end of the guide track, the guide frame is pushed into the throwing frame of the throwing track at the initial throwing position, the barrel push-pull type electromagnet makes a push-pull rod extend out to lock the garbage collection bag, and the position of a throwing frame at the rightmost end of the throwing track is a throwing initial position, so that the garbage collection bag is conveyed to enter the throwing track;
the throwing frame receives the guide frame and the garbage collection bags on the guide frame, the height of the plane of the throwing track is lower than that of the plane of the guide track by the thickness of a base plate of the throwing frame, so that the guide frame smoothly enters the throwing track from the guide track, the size along the conveying direction of the throwing track is called as the length, the length of the throwing frame is 3mm to 5mm longer than that of the guide frame, the guide frame is not easy to separate from the throwing frame in the throwing frame, and reinforcing ribs are welded at the diagonal positions of the outer walls of the three sides of the throwing frame;

the central part of the wall is drilled with 1 to 3 holes, 1 to 3 shafts are arranged at corresponding positions on the left side surface of the throwing frame, when the throwing frame moves on the throwing guide rail to be close to the wall, the shafts can extend out of the holes, the wall and the throwing frame are mechanisms which can be combined with and turned over and can also run separately, an electric push rod drives the main controller to control, when the main controller starts the electric push rod, the push rod of the electric push rod extends out, the wall and the throwing frame are pushed by a connecting rod to rotate for an angle along a sliding shaft, and the throwing frame is rotated to a throwing preparation state which forms an inclination angle of 45 degrees with the ground;
in a throwing preparation state, the edge of the wall closest to the ground and the pulley on the edge of the throwing frame closest to the ground lean against the support guide rail of the frame, and the edge of the wall closest to the ground touches the wall to act on the support guide rail through a microswitch so as to cut off the power of the electric push rod; the support guide rail is arranged on the rack and is parallel to the throwing track and has the same length with the throwing track;

3. An automatic push rod throwing system for sorting bagged garbage is characterized in that 4 garbage storage and transportation barrels which are linear and in different types are arranged in a throwing position in a community garbage centralized throwing room, and garbage disposal rails are arranged on the garbage storage and transportation barrels which are arranged in parallel;
the garbage disposal track is divided into two sections, namely a throwing track and a guide track, the planes of the two sections of tracks are mutually connected, a guide track screw nut pair is arranged below the bottom of the guide track, wherein the right end of a screw rod is connected with a guide track stepping motor and a driver thereof, and the nut is fixed on a stop block;
the garbage collection bag consists of a plastic bag and a metal frame, wherein the top of the metal frame is a rectangular frame, the inner sides of the middle of two opposite edges of the rectangular frame are respectively welded with a U-shaped frame, and the bottom of the U-shaped frame is welded with a round iron sheet;
the guide frame is divided into 4 lattices with different lengths by the partition board, each lattice is used for placing a garbage collection bag with different garbage types and the size of the lattice is matched with that of the lattice, and the inner wall and the outer wall of each lattice are sprayed with garbage type identification colors;
the height of the throwing frame is 4mm to 6mm higher than that of the guide frame, the height of a right baffle plate of the throwing frame is 4mm to 6mm, the right baffle plate is 3mm thick and is arranged at the top of the throwing frame, so that the guide frame can be pushed into the throwing frame, when the throwing frame rotates and throws, a stop block with the thickness of 7mm and the length of 10mm is welded at a position 10mm away from the edge of the top end of the guide frame, and the throwing frame is prevented from being separated from the throwing frame during unloading;
the throwing track and the guide track adopt a touch microswitch in operation as a positioning reference device for setting the operation of a stepping motor or a servo motor, determine the operation position of each sash in the guide frame, and identify the operation position of each sash in the guide frame through calculation of a moving distance;
an opening is formed in the top edge of the side wall of each sash of the throwing frame and the guiding frame, and a push rod for a barrel push-pull type electromagnet penetrates into the opening to lock the garbage collection bag to prevent the garbage collection bag from falling off;
the top of each guide frame sash in the throwing frame is provided with a sash cover plate made of aluminum alloy with the corresponding size of the sash for preventing garbage leakage, and the cover plate is hinged outside the throwing frame at the center line of each sash position of the throwing frame, and the center of an upper cover plate hinge hole is 20 mm-26 mm away from the edge of the throwing frame;
driving a sliding shaft stepping motor to enable the throwing frame to move on the throwing track, wherein the sliding shaft is parallel to the track and is as long as the track;
a throwing track screw rod nut pair is arranged below the sliding shaft, the nut is fixed on a sliding block, two shifting forks are arranged on the sliding block, the shifting forks are sleeved on the sliding shaft in a semicircular shape and are positioned on the left side and the right side of a shaft sleeve at the right end of the throwing frame, and the throwing frame is driven to move on the throwing track;
each sash cover plate of the throwing frame is positioned at two sides of the center, one side is provided with a cover push-pull electromagnet for locking the sash cover plate, and the other side is provided with a barrel push-pull electromagnet for locking the garbage collection bag;
the automatic connecting rod throwing mechanism comprises a wall which is thrown in an overturning way, the wall consists of an iron plate and a connecting rod throwing mechanism, and the wall and the throwing frame are a mechanism which can be overturned in a combined way and can also run separately, and the shaft axis of the left side face of the throwing frame of the wall can extend out of the hole;
when the wall is placed, the connecting rod placing mechanism acts to enable the edges, closest to the ground, of the wall and the placing frame and the pulleys, closest to the ground, of the placing frame to lean against the support guide rails of the rack, and the electric push rod is powered off;
after the throwing is finished, resetting is carried out, a push-pull type electromagnet on the guide frame acts, and a push rod extends into a metal ring on a screw nut stop block of the guide rail to pull the guide frame to move forwards on the guide rail.
