When in throwing, the unloading stepping motor acts to drive the gear and the inner half gear ring, so that the throwing frame rotates to a throwing preparation state with a left-right inclination angle of 45 degrees with the ground.
The garbage throwing process: in the throwing preparation state, the side of the throwing frame closest to the ground leans against a supporting guide plate of the supporting frame and touches a micro switch on the supporting guide plate to act so as to cut off the power of the unloading stepping motor, and therefore the throwing frame is in a loosening state on the supporting guide plate. When the garbage in another sash in the throwing frame needs to be unloaded, the moving position enters the throwing position of the sash garbage type set by the main controller, the unloading stepping motor acts to place the throwing frame in the throwing state on the supporting guide plate, and the garbage throwing process is repeated.
After the throwing frame finishes throwing the garbage of the garbage collection bags in the lattices of all the guide frames, the throwing frame is kept in a throwing state, the cover plate is kept in a fully opened state, the unloading stepping motor acts to enable the throwing frame to be in a moving position state, and then the throwing track stepping motor is driven to enable the throwing frame to move to a track left end water spraying and unloading position. The water spray and discharge position has an inclined ramp plane perpendicular to the track for discharge. The main control unit starts the electric water gun, and after the electric water gun additionally provided with the water spray nozzle to spray the garbage collection bag, the push-pull rod in the push-pull electromagnet of the garbage can moves back, the garbage collection bag is lifted off along the inclined slide plane under the action of the vibration motor on the support rack, and the garbage collection bag is sprayed and washed with water and lifted off.

as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3, the automatic classification and feeding and monitoring system for the bagged garbage in the community comprises a garbage collection bag with different garbage classification standard colors, wherein each household in the community places the garbage collection bag, the garbage collection bag is composed of a plastic bag and a metal frame, the top of the metal frame is a rectangular frame, a U-shaped frame is welded on the inner sides of the middle of two opposite edges of the rectangular frame respectively, and a round iron sheet is welded at the bottom of the U-shaped frame. The garbage collection bags are provided with RFID electronic tags, readers and writers of the RFID electronic tags are installed beside the guide tracks and at the center of the house, and a resident places the garbage collection bags filled with classified garbage in the guide frame at the entrance of the guide track G01 in the centralized throwing room W00.
A garbage storage and transportation barrel T00 is arranged in the centralized throwing room W00, a guide rail G01 and a throwing rail G02 are installed on the garbage storage and transportation barrel T00, a guide rail screw nut pair, a guide rail stepping motor 10 and a driver of the guide rail G01 are installed below the guide rail G01, and a throwing rail screw nut pair, a throwing rail stepping motor and a driver of the throwing rail G02 are installed at the bottom of the throwing rail G02.
The guide rail G01 is used by its guide rail lead screw nut stop 11 to transport the guide frame and refuse collection bags placed thereon to the chute 22 on the chute G02.
The throwing frame 22 is arranged in the transmission frame 33, the left side face of the throwing frame is provided with the gear ring assembly 16 for driving the gear 26 on the transmission frame 33 and the inner half gear ring 20 on the throwing frame 22 combined with the gear 26 to rotate to generate a garbage throwing action when the unloading stepping motor and the driver thereof drive the gear to generate the garbage throwing action, the gear ring ear 21 of the inner half gear ring 20 is fixed on the throwing frame 22 through screws, and the guide block 27 on the transmission frame 33 is used for supporting the inner half gear ring 20 to rotate in the guide block 27. The length of the guide rail G01 is 1.3 meters, a guide rail screw nut pair with the length of 1.3 meters and the outer diameter of a guide rail screw rod of 28mm is arranged at the bottom of the guide rail G01 along the center line of the conveying direction, and the nut is fixed on the stop block 11.
The length of the throwing track G02 is 3 meters, and a throwing track screw rod nut pair with the length of 2 meters and the outer diameter of a throwing track screw rod of 40mm is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the throwing track G02. when the guide frame is pushed onto the guide rail to place the frame, the bottom of the placing frame is also provided with a transmission frame, the transmission frame is arranged on the placing rail, and a nut on a screw rod nut of the placing rail is fixed at the bottom of the transmission frame;
the guide frame is divided into 4 lattices with the same length by partition plates, and each lattice can be used for placing garbage collection bags with different garbage types;
the height of the throwing frame is 4mm to 6mm higher than that of the guide frame, the height of a right baffle plate of the throwing frame is 4mm to 6mm, the right baffle plate is 3mm thick, the throwing frame is arranged at the top of the throwing frame, so that the guide frame can be pushed into the throwing frame, when the throwing frame rotates and throws, a stop block with the thickness of 7mm and the length of 10mm is welded at a position 10mm away from the edge of the top end of the guide frame, and the throwing frame is prevented from being separated from the throwing frame during unloading;

an opening is formed in the top edge of the side wall of each sash of the throwing frame and the guiding frame, and a push rod for a push-pull type electromagnet of the barrel penetrates into the opening to lock the garbage collection bag to prevent the garbage collection bag from falling off;
the top of each guide frame sash in the throwing frame is provided with a sash cover plate made of aluminum alloy with the corresponding size of the sash for preventing garbage leakage, and the cover plate is hinged outside the throwing frame at the center line of each sash position of the throwing frame, and the center of an upper cover plate hinge hole is 20 mm-26 mm away from the edge of the throwing frame;
an inner semi-gear ring is fixed on the side surface of the throwing frame, a gear, an unloading stepping motor and a driver thereof which are combined with the inner semi-gear ring are fixed on the side surface of the transmission frame, and the unloading stepping motor drives the moving gear and the semi-circular gear ring during throwing to enable the throwing frame to rotate to do throwing action;
when the unloading step motor is thrown, the side of the throwing frame closest to the ground leans against a supporting guide plate of the supporting frame and touches a micro switch on the supporting guide plate to act so as to cut off the power of the unloading step motor.
