技术领域
本公开涉及一种吸收性物品用伸缩性片以及使用了该吸收性物品用伸缩性片的吸收性物品,该吸收性物品包括一次性尿布、生理用卫生巾等。
背景技术
以往,吸收性物品用伸缩性片是公知的。例如,在专利文献1中公开了一种包括第1纤维层、第2纤维层以及在第1纤维层与第2纤维层之间以伸长状态能够收缩地安装的多条弹性体的伸缩性片。第1纤维层和第2纤维层借助涂布于多条弹性体的整周的粘接剂相互接合。

发明要解决的问题
专利文献1所公开的发明的伸缩性片通过适当控制构成第1纤维层和第2纤维层的纤维无纺布的刚度值、弹性体的节距以及涂布于弹性体的整周的粘接剂的涂布量,从而具有相对于穿着者的肌肤的良好的贴合性,并且,整体上比较薄,柔软性优异,在配置于吸收性物品的肌肤肤相对面侧的情况下,可赋予良好的触感。
然而,在该伸缩性片中,在片表面整体大致均匀地形成有具有0.5mm~10mm的厚度尺寸的褶裥,具有审美性优异的外观,另一方面,褶裥与肌肤接触而咬入,从而可能导致在肌肤残留有褶裥痕迹。在为了抑制褶裥相对于肌肤的咬入而增大弹性体之间的节距的情况下,相对于肌肤的贴合性可能降低,在为了降低纤维无纺布的刚度而减少涂布于弹性体的整周的粘接剂的涂布量的情况下,可能导致在吸收性物品的穿着过程中弹性体的固定被解除。
本公开的本发明的课题在于以往的伸缩性片的改进,提供一种具有相对于穿着者的肌肤的良好的贴合性并且能够抑制在肌肤形成褶裥痕迹的吸收性物品用伸缩性片以及使用了该吸收性物品用伸缩性片的吸收性物品。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明的第1形态(first aspect)是一种吸收性物品用伸缩性片,其中,该吸收性物品用伸缩性片具有第1面和其相反侧的第2面,包括由热塑性树脂的连续纤维构成的位于所述第1面的第1纤维层和位于所述第2面的第2纤维层,在所述第1纤维层与所述第2纤维层之间以能够收缩的方式固定有多条弹性体,所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层在互为相邻的所述弹性体之间沿与所述弹性体延伸的方向交叉的方向形成有多个褶裥,所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层的基于KES法的弯曲刚度的平均值为0.0035N·m2/m×10-4~0.022N·m2/m×10-4,并且在基于KES法的压缩载荷对所述褶裥进行压缩时,所述褶裥的厚度尺寸为0.22mm~1.5mm。
在本发明的第1形态的吸收性物品用伸缩性片的实施方式(embodiment)之一中,在对所述褶裥进行压缩的压缩载荷下,所述褶裥的KES法的压缩比功为0.236N·m/m2~5.0N·m/m2,所述褶裥的KES法的压缩回弹率为19%~36%。
在该吸收性物品用伸缩性片中,压缩比功WC和压缩回弹率RC均是比较低的数值,凸部20易于在外力的作用下容易被压缩,可以说压缩后的形状复原性较低。因而,凸部20在与穿着者的肌肤接触时容易被压缩,并且,压缩后的形状复原性较低,因此相对于肌肤回弹的力较低,与接触压力的分散相辅相成,能够抑制在肌肤形成褶裥痕迹。
在本发明的第1形态的吸收性物品用伸缩性片的另一实施方式之一中,所述第1纤维层利用由聚乙烯纤维构成的纺熔无纺布形成,所述第2纤维层由至少一部分包含聚烯烃纤维的纺熔无纺布形成。
在该吸收性物品用伸缩性片中,第1纤维层相比于第2纤维层刚度较低,柔软性优异,因此肌肤相对面的褶裥具有相比于非肌肤相对面的褶裥平缓地隆起的形状,在穿着吸收性物品时,相对于肌肤的接触压力被分散,能够抑制在肌肤残留有褶裥痕迹。
在本发明的第1形态的吸收性物品伸缩性片的又一实施方式之一中,所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层利用由聚乙烯纤维构成的纺熔无纺布形成。
在该吸收性物品用伸缩性片中,第1纤维层和第2纤维层均具有良好的柔软性,因此形成凹凸程度更小的褶裥,能够进一步抑制在肌肤残留有褶裥痕迹。
在本发明的第1形态的吸收性物品伸缩性片的又一实施方式之一中,所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层具有所述连续纤维熔接的多个熔接部分,所述第2纤维层的所述熔接部分与非熔接部分的刚度差比所述第1纤维层的所述熔接部分与所述非熔接部分的刚度差大。
在该吸收性物品用伸缩性片中,第1纤维层整体上相比于第2纤维层柔软性优异,成为在多条弹性体的收缩作用下以较小的起伏反复的形态。由此,肌肤相对面侧的褶裥的厚度尺寸比非肌肤相对面的褶裥的厚度尺寸小,能够抑制褶裥痕迹残留于肌肤。
在本发明的第1形态的吸收性物品用伸缩性片的又一实施方式之一中,所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层的克重分别为10g/m2~30g/m2,所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层的表观密度分别为0.04g/cm3~0.15g/cm3,沿所述交叉的方向排列的所述多条弹性体之间的节距为2.0mm~12.0mm。
在本发明的第1形态的吸收性物品用伸缩性片的又一实施方式之一中,所述聚乙烯纤维的纤度为1.5dtex~4.0dtex,所述聚丙烯纤维的纤度为0.9dtex~2.5dtex。
在本发明的第1形态的吸收性物品用伸缩性片的又一实施方式之一中,所述伸缩性片具有肌肤相对面和其相反侧的非肌肤相对面,所述第1面对应于所述肌肤相对面,所述第2面对应于所述非肌肤相对面。
本发明的第2形态(second aspect)是一种使用了伸缩性片的吸收性物品。
在本发明的第2形态的吸收性物品的实施方式之一中,所述吸收性物品是具有前腰部区域、后腰部区域以及裆部区域的一次性尿布,用于形成所述前腰部区域和所述后腰部区域的腰部弹性片、在所述裆部区域沿着腿部开口缘配置的腿部弹性片以及从所述裆部区域延伸至所述前腰部区域和所述后腰部区域的防漏翼片中的至少1个片由所述伸缩性片形成。
发明的效果
本发明的吸收性物品用伸缩性片由于弹性体的收缩力而具有相对于肌肤的良好的贴合性,并且,第1纤维层和第2纤维层的基于KES法的弯曲刚度的平均值为0.0035N·m2/m×10-4~0.022N·m2/m×10-4,并且,相对于褶裥的基于KES法的压缩载荷下的厚度尺寸为0.22mm~1.5mm,因此伸缩性片具有优异的柔软性,在压缩时褶裥被压溃而能够抑制褶裥痕迹残留于肌肤,特别是对于实际用作一次性尿布、生理用卫生巾用伸缩性片,另外实际用作使用了该片的一次性尿布、生理用卫生巾,是有益的。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图3,本发明的实施方式的吸收性物品用伸缩性片10具有第1方向Y、与第1方向Y交叉的第2方向X、与第1方向Y和第2方向X交叉的厚度方向Z,并包括:第1面11和位于其相反侧的第2面12;第1纤维层2,其位于第1面11;第2纤维层3,其位于第2面12;以及多条弹性体4,其在沿第1方向并列地伸长的状态下以能够收缩的方式固定在第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3之间。伸缩性片10的第1面11、第2面12分别与吸收性物品的肌肤相对面、非肌肤相对面相对应。弹性体4利用涂布于其整周的优选热熔粘接剂(未图示)固定于第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3。第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3利用该粘接剂相互接合为一体。本发明的实施方式的吸收性物品除一次性尿布、生理用卫生巾之外,还包含包括护垫、吸尿垫在内的各种公知的用于吸收、保持体液例如经血、屎尿等排泄物的物品。另外,伸缩性片10能够在吸收性物品中用作与穿着者的肌肤接触的片材料,例如,能够合适地用作包括用于形成腰部带片的腰部片、沿着吸收体的两侧缘沿纵向延伸的防漏壁片、用于形成配置于腿部开口缘部的腿部弹性带的腿部弹性片在内的片材料。
伸缩性片10的第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3由纤维无纺布形成,该纤维无纺布由热塑性树脂的连续纤维构成。作为构成第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3的纤维无纺布,可合适地使用纺熔纤维无纺布,其中可合适地使用纺粘纤维无纺布、SMS(纺粘·熔喷·纺粘)纤维无纺布。另外,构成这些无纺布的连续纤维可合适地使用作为各种公知的合成纤维的包括聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)在内的聚烯烃系的热塑性纤维。在本实施方式中,作为第1纤维层2,使用包含纤度1.5dtex~4.0dtex的聚乙烯纤维的纺粘纤维无纺布,作为第2纤维层3,使用包含纤度0.9dtex~2.5dtex的聚丙烯纤维的纺粘纤维无纺布。特别是,第1纤维层2通过由比聚丙烯纤维软质的聚乙烯纤维构成,从而相比于第2纤维层3刚度较低,柔软性优异。为了使第1纤维层2相比于第2纤维层3刚度低且柔软性高,除了取决于两纤维层2、3的构成纤维的硬挺度之差以外,也能够至少通过纤维无纺布的克重、纤维密度的增减来适当调整。
作为位于第1面11的第1纤维层2,使用由连续纤维构成的纺粘纤维无纺布或者SMS纤维无纺布,从而与由短纤维构成的其他合成纤维相比,在片表面没有起毛,肌肤触感优异,能够赋予光滑的触感。另外,纺粘纤维无纺布与其他纤维无纺布相比,容易控制纤维取向性。因而,例如,在使用人造短纤维(短纤维)纤维无纺布作为第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3中的至少一者的情况下,柔软性和伸长性优异,但片抗拉强度变差,相对于此,通过第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3这两层使用由连续纤维构成的纺粘纤维无纺布,从而能够得到具备所期望的片抗拉强度和伸长率的平衡良好的复合的伸缩性片10。
伸缩性片10在伸长时的克重例如为25g/m2~135g/m2,优选为40g/m2~80g/m2,第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3的克重分别例如为10g/m2~30g/m2,优选为12g/m2~25g/m2。在伸缩性片10的克重小于25g/m2的情况下,虽然柔软性优异,但难以获得充分的抗拉强度。在伸缩性片10的克重超过135g/m2的情况下,能够获得比较高的抗拉强度,但无法获得充分的柔软性,无法沿着穿着者的身体变形,或者对肌肤赋予良好的贴合性。
第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3的厚度尺寸(2.942hpa载荷下)分别为0.10mm~0.60mm,第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3的表观密度分别为0.04g/cm3~0.15g/cm3,优选为0.09g/cm3~0.12g/cm3。在表观密度为0.04g/cm3以下的情况下,有可能由于第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3的熔接部分较少而容易起毛。在表观密度为0.15g/cm3以上的情况下,伸缩性片10的刚度比较高,特别是,在伸缩性片10使用于吸收性物品的与穿着者的鼠蹊部等肌肤较脆弱的部位接触的部位的情况下,有可能向穿着者赋予硬邦邦的触感。
各纤维无纺布的克重基于JISL1096法测定。根据由通过这些测定得到的克重和厚度尺寸计算得到的平均值(N=3)求得表观密度。
多条弹性体4是沿第1方向Y大致并列地延伸并且在第2方向X上隔开间隔的多条丝状、细线状、股线状的弹性材料。多条弹性体4例如在伸长至1.5~3.0倍,优选2.2~2.7倍的状态下安装于第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3之间。另外,例如1.5倍是指,将各弹性体4在非伸长状态下的长度(自然长度)设为1,并且,从其伸长0.5的值加1时的伸长倍率。
作为弹性材料,除天然橡胶之外,能够没有限制地使用苯乙烯系橡胶、聚氨酯系橡胶、酯系橡胶、聚氨酯、聚乙烯等各种公知的合成橡胶。弹性体4的纤度没有特别限制,但为200dtex~1100dtex,优选为300dtex~1000dtex。在纤度为200dtex以下的情况下,有可能在根据弹性体4之间的节距控制褶裥的形状、大小的状态下无法发挥所需的伸缩性。在弹性体4的纤度为1100dtex以上的情况下,容易经由位于吸收性物品的非肌肤相对面侧的第2纤维层3从外部透视弹性体4。在该情况下,特别是在使用伸缩性片10作为形成一次性尿布的外表面的片构件时,有可能乍一看就识别为具备多条弹性体4的尿布,在外观上不理想。
弹性体4的分离尺寸(节距)为了控制形成于伸缩性片10的褶裥的截面形状、包括长度在内的大小而能够适当调整,因此没有特别限制,但为了抑制褶裥相对于肌肤的咬入,例如为2.0mm~12.0mm,优选为4.0mm~10.0mm。另外,本说明书的节距是指,在第2方向X上互为相邻的弹性体4的中心之间的分离距离。
在本实施方式中,第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3借助连续地或者部分地涂布在介于第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3之间的各弹性体4的整周的粘接剂相互接合。因而,弹性体4之间的节距可以说是将第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3相互接合的接合线的分离尺寸(节距)。第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3仅利用涂布于弹性体4的整周的粘接剂相互固定,从而伸缩性片10比较柔软,与第1纤维层2的柔软性相辅相成,肌肤触感更加良好。
与本实施方式不同,第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3也可以不借助涂布于弹性体4的整周的粘接剂,而是借助以各种公知的图案涂布于第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3中的至少一个纤维层2、3的相对面侧的粘接剂相互接合。但是,在该情况下,需要适当调整粘接剂的涂布量,以便不会阻碍弹性体4的伸缩性,另外,在以多条粘接线接合的情况下,粘接线既可以沿弹性体4延伸的方向延伸,也可以沿与延伸的方向正交的方向延伸。接合第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3的粘接剂能够没有限制地使用公知的各种粘接剂,但为了尽量不阻碍伸缩性片10的伸缩性,优选使用橡胶系的热熔粘接剂,例如SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)系、SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯)系的热熔粘接剂。
参照图1~图3,伸缩性片10具有:接合区域7,在该接合区域7,第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3利用涂布于弹性体4的整周的粘接剂相互接合;以及非接合区域8,其位于在第2方向X上相邻的弹性体4之间,在该非接合区域8,第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3未借助热熔粘接剂相互接合。伸缩性片10的非接合区域8在非伸长状态下反复出现褶裥状的凹凸,具有位于比各弹性体4靠肌肤相对面侧的许多凸部20和位于比弹性体4靠非肌肤相对面侧的许多凹部30。非接合区域8的凹部30在从非肌肤相对面侧观察时是凸状的部分,与第1面11同样地,第2面12也通过凹部30而具有凹凸构造。伸缩性片10的褶裥是指由第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3整体的起伏形成的褶裥,其厚度尺寸是指凸部20的顶缘与凹部30的底缘(均包括第1纤维层2、第2纤维层3的厚度)在厚度方向上的分离尺寸。另外,该褶裥的厚度尺寸根据每个褶裥而不同,并不是指伸缩性片10的厚度尺寸。
第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3相比,刚度较低,柔软性优异,因此在伸缩性片10在弹性体4的收缩作用下使凸部20和凹部30在第2方向X上交替布置的形态中,第1纤维层2相比于第2纤维层3以较细的起伏反复。像这样,通过具有第1纤维层2相比于第2纤维层3以较细的起伏反复的形状,凸部20以向厚度方向Z的外侧变形的方式平缓地隆起,与凹部30相比不向厚度方向Z的外侧突出,凸部20的表观厚度(高度)尺寸D1比凹部30的厚度尺寸D2小。凸部20的表观厚度尺寸D1是指从弹性体4到凸部20的顶缘在厚度方向Z上的分离尺寸,凹部30的表观厚度尺寸D2是指从弹性体4到凹部30的底缘在厚度方向Z上的分离尺寸。
如本实施方式这样,在第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3由使用了连续纤维的纺粘纤维无纺布形成的情况下,各纤维层都具有连续纤维在它们的接触部位相互热熔接的熔接部分。在熔接部分,各构成纤维热熔接,不会维持纤维形状而局部发生膜化,与各构成纤维的非熔接部分相比,刚度变高。在第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3中也是,熔接部分具有比非熔接部分高的刚度,但第1纤维层2的构成纤维(聚烯烃,优选为聚乙烯)比第2纤维层3的构成纤维(聚烯烃,优选为聚丙烯)柔软,前者的构成纤维的纤度比后者的构成纤维的纤度大,并且,对于大致相同的片克重,前者的含有根数比后者的含有根数少,因此第1纤维层2的非熔接部分与熔接部分的刚度差比较小,可以说比第2纤维层的非熔接部分与熔接部分的刚度差小。由此,第1纤维层整体上柔软性优异,也可以认为该片特性对凸部20的厚度尺寸D1与凹部30的厚度尺寸D2的不同有影响。
像这样,第1面11与第2面12相比平滑性优异,与穿着者的肌肤接触的接触面积变大,因此与局部接触肌肤的情况相比,由弹性体4的收缩力产生的接触压力被分散,可以说难以产生褶裥痕迹。另外,在本说明书中,褶裥痕迹是指由于伸缩性片10的凸部20而残留于肌肤的压迫痕迹,橡胶弹性痕迹是指由于弹性体4而残留于肌肤的压迫痕迹。
第1纤维层2的弯曲刚度值B1与第2纤维层的弯曲刚度值B2的平均值例如为0.0035N·m2/m×10-4~0.022N·m2/m×10-4。在弯曲刚度值B1、B2的平均值小于0.0035N·m2/m×10-4的情况下,伸缩性片10的抗拉强度变低,有可能在吸收性物品的穿着过程中局部断裂。在超过0.022N·m2/m×10-4的情况下,片刚度变高,难以顺应穿着者的身体形状,相对于身体的贴合性有可能降低。
<弯曲刚度值的测定方法>
第1纤维层2的弯曲刚度值B1与第2纤维层3的弯曲刚度值B2的测定使用加多技术(株)制KES-FB2-AUTO-A弯曲测定试验机进行。首先,分别关于第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3,在形成这些纤维层的纤维无纺布的预定区域,切取10cm×10cm作为样品。接下来,将各样品固定于测定试验机的卡盘之间,以便能够在伸缩性片的第1方向Y上测定。通过如下方式进行:向表面侧弯曲至最大曲率+2.5cm-1,接下来,向背面侧弯曲至最大曲率-2.5cm-1,之后复原。弯曲刚度值B1、B2[N·m2/m×10-4]根据在表面侧开始弯曲而弯曲力矩相对于曲率的斜率大致恒定时的斜率与在背面侧开始弯曲而弯曲力矩相对于曲率的斜率大致恒定时的斜率的平均值计算。对各样品,以N=5测定,对其结果进行平均值计算。
第1纤维层2的弯曲刚度值B1与第2纤维层3的弯曲刚度值B2的平均值根据以下的算式计算。
{(第1纤维层2的弯曲刚度值B1×第1纤维层2的克重)/(第1纤维层2的克重+第2纤维层3的克重)}+{(第2纤维层3的弯曲刚度值B2×第2纤维层3的克重)/(第1纤维层2的克重+第2纤维层3的克重)}
参照图4、图5,以往的伸缩性片100具有:第1面111和位于其相反侧的第2面112;第1纤维层102,其位于第1面111;第2纤维层103,其位于第2面112;以及多条弹性体104,其借助粘接剂安装于第1纤维层102与第2纤维层103之间。第1纤维层102和第2纤维层103借助涂布于各弹性体104的整周的粘接剂相互接合,伸缩性片100具有第1纤维层102和第2纤维层103相互接合的接合区域107以及位于接合区域107之间的非接合区域108。
伸缩性片100使用由克重17.0g/m2的聚丙烯纤维构成的纺粘纤维无纺布作为第1纤维层102,使用由克重17.0g/m2的聚丙烯纤维构成的纺粘纤维无纺布作为第2纤维层103。另外,弹性体104所使用的弹性材料、纤度以及节距等各种条件与配置于本实施方式的伸缩性片10的弹性体4大致是同样的。
参照图2、图4,与本实施方式的伸缩性片10比较,在以往的伸缩性片100形成有大小大致均匀的厚度尺寸比较大的(具有深度的)褶裥状的凹凸部20、30,伸缩性片100的褶裥数量比伸缩性片10的褶裥数量少。这可以说是,由于伸缩性片10的弯曲刚度值比较低,即,第1纤维层2的弯曲刚度值B1与第2纤维层的弯曲刚度值B2的平均值为0.022N·m2/m×10-4以下,因此,成为在弹性体4的收缩作用下沿第2方向X反复起伏的形态,其形状发生变形,形成多个不均匀的厚度尺寸比较小的褶裥。
<褶裥数量的测定>
通过从第1面11或者第2面12侧目测数出凹部20或者凸部30在第1方向Y上的50mm的长度尺寸×弹性体4的节距宽度的范围内的数量,将其平均化(N=2),从而求出伸缩性片10的褶裥的数量。后述的以往的伸缩性片100的褶裥数量也以同样的方法测定。
像这样,如以往的伸缩性片100那样,在凸部120的厚度尺寸比较大且具有均匀的褶裥构造的情况下,外观上的审美性优异,但相比于厚度尺寸较小且具有不均匀的褶裥构造的伸缩性片10,刚度值较高,即使在穿着而被压缩的状态下,凸部120也可能深深地咬入肌肤而留下褶裥痕迹。另一方面,在本实施方式的伸缩性片10的非接合区域8形成有凹凸程度较小的不均匀的多个褶裥,因此第1面11的平滑性较高,第1纤维层2与穿着者的肌肤的接触面积比较多。因而,在穿着者的肌肤与伸缩性片10的第1面11接触时,由于弹性体4的收缩力而产生的接触压力被分散,不会咬入肌肤,因此难以产生由于凸部20导致的褶裥痕迹。
基于KES测定法的、伸缩性片10的凸部20的微小载荷下,即0.49hpa载荷下的各试样的厚度尺寸T0为2.70mm~4.70mm,49.03hpa载荷下的厚度尺寸Tm为0.22mm~1.5mm。
在预定的载荷下,伸缩性片10的凸部20的厚度尺寸Tm小于1.5mm,比较小,并且第1纤维层2的弯曲刚度值B1、第2纤维层3的弯曲刚度值B2的平均值小于0.022N·m2/m×10-4,因此伸缩性片10的褶裥形状可以说易于在外力的作用下容易变形。
另外,基于KES测定法的、伸缩性片10的凸部20的压缩比功WC为0.236N·m/m2~5.0N·m/m2,压缩回弹率RC为19%~36%。压缩比功WC和压缩回弹率RC均是比较低的数值,凸部20易于在外力的作用下容易被压缩,可以说压缩后的形状复原性较低。因而,凸部20在与穿着者的肌肤接触时容易被压缩,并且,压缩后的形状复原性较低,因此相对于肌肤回弹的力较低,与接触压力的分散相辅相成,能够抑制在肌肤形成褶裥痕迹。
伸缩性片10的第1纤维层2与第2纤维层3的良好的柔软性是指,与富有回弹性的包含弹性纤维的弹性伸缩性无纺布、其他纤维无纺布不同,缺乏弹性,回弹性低,在与穿着者的肌肤接触的状态下,褶裥被压扁,在肌肤上只留下浅浅的褶裥痕迹的程度。
例如,在为了提高向身体的贴合性而减小弹性体4之间的节距的情况下,向肌肤的紧固力变高,容易在肌肤产生褶裥痕迹,但伸缩性片10具备基于已述的KES法的弯曲特性和压缩特性,从而不会形成凹凸程度较大的褶裥,而能够抑制褶裥痕迹残留于肌肤。另外,在为了提高弹性体4向第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3的粘接性而增加涂布于弹性体4的整周的热熔粘接剂的涂布量的情况下,片刚度变高,容易在肌肤产生橡胶弹性痕迹,但由于第1纤维层2柔软,因此其刚度不会过度变高,能够抑制橡胶弹性痕迹残留于肌肤。
关于本说明书的基于KES法的各力学的测定,在“手感评价的标准化和分析”第2版(社团法人日本纤维机械学会、手感计量和标准化研究委员会昭和55年7月10日发行)中详细地进行了说明。
<片的厚度尺寸T0、Tm和压缩特定的测定方法>
为了进行片的厚度尺寸的测定,使用加多技术(株)制KES-FB3-AUTO-A压缩试验机。首先,将伸缩性片10切取为10.0cm×10.0cm的大小,作为测定样品,在各片收缩的状态下以使下表面侧成为第2纤维层,使上表面侧(测定面侧)成为第1纤维层的方式固定于金属平面的试验台。用位于上下的圆盘轻轻夹住样品的中心,测定压缩面积(圆盘的面积)为约2.0cm2、载荷0.49hpa下的各试样的厚度尺寸T0。接下来,以加压速度50mm/秒压缩测定样品直至载荷达到49.03hpa下,测定载荷49.03hpa下的厚度尺寸Tm。另外,将从厚度尺寸T0压缩到厚度尺寸Tm时所需要的做功量[N·m/m2]设为WC,将从厚度尺寸Tm恢复到厚度尺寸T0时所需要的做功量设为WC2,基于下述的计算式求出压缩回弹率RC[%]。
RC(%)=WC2/WC×100
本实施方式的伸缩性片10的第1纤维层2由包含聚乙烯纤维的纺粘纤维无纺布形成,第2纤维层3由包含聚丙烯纤维的纺粘无纺布形成,但也可以是,第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3都由包含聚乙烯纤维的纺粘纤维无纺布形成。在该情况下,第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3的柔软性优异,因此与本实施方式的伸缩性片10的平均的弯曲刚度值和载荷下的厚度尺寸Tm相等或者在其以下。另外,第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3这两层均由柔软的纤维无纺布形成,从而可以说形成与本实施方式的伸缩性片10相比凹凸程度较小的褶裥。
表1是在各种各样的条件下制造多个伸缩性片,为了与以往的产品进行比较而评价其特性和性能的表。实施例1~6和比较例1~3的伸缩性片是包含第1纤维层、第2纤维层以及介于第1纤维层与第2纤维层之间被固定的弹性体的复合片,第1纤维层和第2纤维层借助涂布于弹性体的整周的克重0.07g/m的热熔粘接剂相互接合。

表1的弯曲刚度值、压缩比功WC、压缩回弹率RC、初始的厚度尺寸T0、载荷下的厚度尺寸Tm、褶裥数量基于上述测定方法测定。褶裥痕迹的等级的评价结果通过下述评价方法求出。
<褶裥痕迹的等级评价方法>
首先,将各实施例和各比较例的伸缩性片切割为长度尺寸180mm×宽度尺寸100mm的大小。接下来,将切割后的片的两端部相互接合,形成周长140cm的环状的样品。接下来,将环状的样品经由受试者的前臂穿戴30分钟后摘下,通过目测观察确定在前臂产生的褶裥痕迹的等级。以10名受试者(成年男性5名,成年女性5名)为对象进行测定,将10名受试者的褶裥痕迹的等级平均化得到的等级作为各实施例和各比较例的褶裥痕迹等级。
褶裥痕迹等级1~5是指以下的状态。
等级1…没有褶裥痕迹,仅能够视觉确认橡胶弹性痕迹的状态。
等级2…从橡胶弹性痕迹能够确认纵向延伸的褶裥痕迹的状态。
等级3…褶裥痕迹比橡胶弹性痕迹大、显眼,能够确认以橡胶弹性痕迹为起点的1mm~3mm左右的纵向延伸的许多褶裥痕迹的状态。
等级4…除以等级3确认的褶裥痕迹之外,也能够在弹性体之间确认5mm以上的纵向延伸的褶裥痕迹的状态。
等级5…能够在预定范围(200mm×50mm)内确认10根以上以等级4确认的5mm以上的纵向延伸的褶裥痕迹的状态。
<测定结果>
如表1所示,实施例1~6的伸缩性片10的载荷下的厚度尺寸Tm为1.5mm以下,第1纤维层2和第2纤维层3的平均弯曲刚度值为0.022N·m2/m×10-4以下,褶裥痕迹等级为3.0以下。另一方面,比较例1~3的伸缩性片的载荷下的厚度尺寸Tm为1.5mm以上,第1纤维层和第2纤维层的平均弯曲刚度值为0.03以上,褶裥痕迹等级为3.0以上。即,可以说,对于伸缩性片,在载荷下的厚度尺寸Tm及第1纤维层和第2纤维层的平均弯曲刚度值较大的情况下,存在褶裥痕迹等级变高的倾向。
在比较实施例1和实施例3时,若弹性体4的纤度较大,则褶裥痕迹等级也比较大,但维持不会产生比橡胶弹性痕迹显眼的褶裥痕迹的程度的等级。在比较实施例1和实施例5时,通过提高第1纤维层3的克重且减小弹性体4之间的节距,褶裥痕迹等级变高,但即使在该情况下,也至少维持在弹性体4之间不会产生5mm以上的纵向褶皱的程度的等级。像这样,即使在弹性体4的纤度比较大的情况、弹性体4之间的节距比较大的情况下,由于伸缩性片10本身的刚度较低,并且褶裥被压溃而不会强烈地压迫肌肤,因此也不会残留较大的褶裥痕迹。
图6是从内表面侧观察使用了本发明的伸缩性片的吸收性物品的一例的一次性尿布200而观察到的、沿纵向和横向伸展至各弹性体最大伸长时(由于弹性材料的收缩作用引起的褶裥消失的程度)的尿布200的局部剖展开俯视图。
参照图6,尿布200具有纵向P和与纵向P交叉的横向Q,具有:弹性腰部带片210,其沿腰围方向呈环状延伸;吸收性带片220,其安装于弹性腰部带片210的内表面;前腰部区域211;后腰部区域212;以及裆部区域213,其位于前腰部区域211与后腰部区域212之间。弹性腰部带片210由形成前腰部区域211的前腰部带片230和形成后腰部区域212的后腰部带片240构成。前腰部带片230的两侧缘部和后腰部带片240的两侧缘部相互重合,由沿纵向Y间断地设置的边缝215连结,划分形成腰部开口和一对腿部开口。
前腰部带片230、后腰部带片240由配置有沿横向Q延伸的多条腰部弹性体251的腰部弹性片250形成,在腿部开口缘部配置有具有在腿部开口周围延伸的多条腿部弹性体261的腿部弹性片260。吸收带片220包括:吸液构造体221,其具有体液吸收性;以及一对防漏翼片270,其在吸液构造体的横向X的两侧沿纵向Y延伸。防漏翼片270具有安装于自由缘部的沿纵向Y延伸的多条翼片弹性体271。
在尿布200中,使用伸缩性片10作为腰部弹性片250、腿部弹性片260以及防漏翼片270中的至少1个片。即,在使用伸缩性片10作为这些片250、260、270的情况下,腰部弹性体251、腿部弹性体261以及翼片弹性体271分别与伸缩性片10的弹性体4相对应。另外,在该情况下,优选将伸缩性片10的第1面11设为与穿着者的肌肤相对的肌肤相对面侧,将第2面12设为位于其相反侧的非肌肤相对面侧。
在使用伸缩性片10作为腰部弹性片250时,即使在腰部弹性体251具有使前腰部区域211、后腰部区域212发挥所需的保持力的程度的伸长应力的情况下,由于通过伸缩性片10的第1面11与肌肤接触,从而在腰部开口缘部,由腰部弹性体251的收缩力产生的接触压力被分散,不会咬入肌肤,因此难以产生由凸部20造成的褶裥痕迹。在使用伸缩性片10作为腿部弹性体片260和防漏翼片270时也能够发挥同样的技术效果,但特别是这些片260、270由于与相比于穿着者的腰部部分肌肤较脆弱的大腿周围和鼠蹊部接触,因此更容易产生褶裥痕迹,通过使用伸缩性片10,能够抑制产生较深的褶裥痕迹。

该吸收性物品用伸缩性片具有第1面和其相反侧的第2面,包括由热塑性树脂的连续纤维构成的位于所述第1面的第1纤维层和位于所述第2面的第2纤维层,
所述第1纤维层利用由聚乙烯纤维构成的纺熔无纺布形成,所述第2纤维层由至少一部分包含聚烯烃纤维的纺熔无纺布形成,
在所述第1纤维层与所述第2纤维层之间以能够收缩的方式固定有多条弹性体,
所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层在互为相邻的所述弹性体之间沿与所述弹性体延伸的方向交叉的方向形成有多个褶裥,

所述第2纤维层利用由聚乙烯纤维构成的纺熔无纺布形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩性片,其中,
所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层具有所述连续纤维熔接的多个熔接部分,所述第2纤维层的所述熔接部分与非熔接部分的刚度差比所述第1纤维层的所述熔接部分与所述非熔接部分的刚度差大。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的伸缩性片,其中,
所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层的克重分别为10g/m2~30g/m2,所述第1纤维层和所述第2纤维层的表观密度分别为0.04g/cm3~0.15g/cm3,沿所述交叉的方向排列的所述多条弹性体之间的节距为2.0mm~12.0mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩性片,其中,
所述聚乙烯纤维的纤度为1.5dtex~4.0dtex,所述聚烯烃纤维是聚丙烯纤维,该聚丙烯纤维的纤度为0.9dtex~2.5dtex。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的伸缩性片,其中,
所述伸缩性片具有肌肤相对面和其相反侧的非肌肤相对面,所述第1面对应于所述肌肤相对面,所述第2面对应于所述非肌肤相对面。
8.一种吸收性物品,其中,
该吸收性物品使用权利要求1~7中任一项所述的伸缩性片。
9.根据权利要求8所述的吸收性物品,其中,
所述吸收性物品是具有前腰部区域、后腰部区域以及裆部区域的一次性尿布,用于形成所述前腰部区域和所述后腰部区域的腰部弹性片、在所述裆部区域沿着腿部开口缘配置的腿部弹性片以及从所述裆部区域延伸至所述前腰部区域和所述后腰部区域的防漏翼片中的至少1个片由所述伸缩性片形成。
