技术领域
本发明属于人造板及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于室内的防潮型人造板及其制备方法。
背景技术
人造板是以木材或其他非木材植物为原料,经一定机械加工分离成各种单元材料后,施加或不施加胶粘剂和其他添加剂胶合而成的板材或模压制品。主要包括胶合板、刨花板和纤维板等三大类产品,其延伸产品和深加工产品达上百种。室内人造板使用的人造板通常为防潮,否则室内人造板发霉,会报废,更换会增加其成本,但是,目前的人造板在防潮性能差,同时,在防潮人造板在生产过程中,生产工作效率低,且不能够保证人造板之间的牢固度,因此亟需研发一种防潮性能更佳,同时,人造板生产效率高和牢固度更佳的用于室内的防潮型人造板及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明为了克服目前的人造板在防潮性能差,同时,在防潮人造板在生产过程中,生产工作效率低,且不能够保证人造板之间的牢固度的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防潮性能更佳,同时,人造板生产效率高和牢固度更佳的用于室内的防潮型人造板及其制备方法。
本发明由以下具体技术手段所达成:
一种用于室内的防潮型人造板,包括有第一防水胶层、第一干燥层、复合芯层、第二干燥层、复合插板和第二防水胶层;将木材旋切或刨切成预定厚度和尺寸的木材板,且形状要符合第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层、复合芯层的形状;木材板外表面均匀涂抹有防水胶,形成第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层;选用脲醛树脂胶水对木材板外表面均匀涂抹,形成复合芯层;第一防水胶层顶部设有复合插槽、复合凹槽,第二防水胶层底部固接有与复合插槽间隙配合的复合插板,第一干燥层、复合芯层、第二干燥层复合粘接,复合芯层位于第一干燥层、第二干燥层之间,第一干燥层、复合芯层、第二干燥层与复合凹槽间隙配合;所述第一干燥层、所述第二干燥层的材质由二氧化硅复合材料、纤维复合制得。
一种用于室内的防潮型人造板的制备方法,包括如下方法;
第一步;将木材旋切或刨切成预定厚度和尺寸的木材板,且形状要符合第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层、复合芯层的形状,即第一防水胶层顶部设有复合插槽、复合凹槽,第二防水胶层底部固接有与复合插槽间隙配合的复合插板;并将第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层、复合芯层进行晾晒或者预压烘干处理,使处理之后的一防水胶层、第二防水胶层、复合芯层含水率为5%-15%;
第二步;第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层表面进行防水处理,木材板外表面均匀涂抹有防水胶,防水胶厚度为1mm-3mm;
第三步;利用植物纤维、二氧化硅复合材料在热压机200-250摄氏度下施加2-2.5MPa的压力热压,热压时间为3min-6min,将板坯晾晒,即制得第一干燥层、第二干燥层;
第四步;选用脲醛树脂胶水,并对复合芯层外表面均匀涂抹,接着,复合第一干燥层、复合芯层、第二干燥层,复合芯层位于第一干燥层、第二干燥层之间,然后,通过冷压压机施加1.5MPa~2.5MPa压力冷压,冷压时间30分钟至1小时,再通过热压机在131~160摄氏度下施加1.5~2.5MPa的压力热压,热压时间为3min-6min,制得中芯板坯;
第五步;第一干燥层在脲醛树脂胶水浸泡10s-20s,接着将中芯板坯插入复合凹槽,再通过第二防水层的复合插板插入复合插槽,然后,通过冷压压机施加1.5MPa~2.5MPa压力冷压,冷压时间30分钟至1小时,再通过热压机在131~160摄氏度下施加1.5~2.5MPa的压力热压,热压时间为3min-6min,制得所述防潮型人造板。
进一步的,所述第一步中的木材包括有杨木、柳木、桦木、松木或桉木。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明达到防潮性能更佳,同时,人造板生产效率高和牢固度更佳的效果。
1)本发明通过第一干燥层、第二干燥层为二氧化硅复合材料、纤维复合制得,而二氧化硅复合材料是硅胶干燥剂的主要成分,从而极大程度的保护了复合芯层,防止其被潮湿空气侵蚀,也具有一定的抗压性和抗弯性,同时植物纤维具有一定的韧性,使得第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层,也具有一定的抗压性和抗弯性;第二防水胶层底部固接有与复合插槽间隙配合的复合插板,能够保证第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层之间的密封性,同时,能够有效的组织湿气从人造板侧部进入,相较于普通的防潮板(普通的防潮板湿气容易从侧部进入),如此,达到防潮效果性能更好的效果,且能够保证第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层之间的牢固度更佳。
2)本发明通过木材旋切或刨切成预定厚度和尺寸的木材板,通过脲醛树脂胶水在10s-20s快速浸泡第一防水胶层,再通过冷热压的方式快速制得中芯坯板,再通过第一干燥层在脲醛树脂胶水浸泡10s-20s,接着将中芯板坯之间插入复合凹槽,再通过第二防水层的复合插板插入复合插槽,然后,通过冷压压机、热压的方式,制得所述防潮型人造板,从而人造板高效生产的效果,且能够保证人造板之间的牢固度

一种用于室内的防潮型人造板,如图1所示,包括有第一防水胶层(1)、第一干燥层(4)、复合芯层(5)、第二干燥层(6)、复合插板(7)和第二防水胶层(8);将木材旋切或刨切成预定厚度和尺寸的木材板,且形状要符合第一防水胶层(1)、第二防水胶层(8)、复合芯层(5)的形状;木材板外表面均匀涂抹有防水胶,形成第一防水胶层(1)、第二防水胶层(8);选用脲醛树脂胶水对木材板外表面均匀涂抹,形成复合芯层;第一防水胶层(1)顶部设有复合插槽(2)、复合凹槽(3),第二防水胶层(8)底部固接有与复合插槽(2)间隙配合的复合插板(7),第一干燥层(4)、复合芯层(5)、第二干燥层(6)复合粘接,复合芯层(5)位于第一干燥层(4)、第二干燥层(6)之间,第一干燥层(4)、复合芯层(5)、第二干燥层(6)与复合凹槽(3)间隙配合;所述第一干燥层(4)、所述第二干燥层(6)的材质由二氧化硅复合材料、纤维复合制得。
通过第一防水胶层1、第二防水胶层8能够有效的隔绝水滴,在潮气浸入所述人造板中心时,由于第一干燥层4、第二干燥层6为二氧化硅复合材料、纤维复合制得,而二氧化硅复合材料是硅胶干燥剂的主要成分,是一种高活性吸附材料,由天然矿物经过提纯加工而成粒状或珠状,作为干燥剂,它的微孔结构对水分子具有良好的亲和力,因此可以非常容易讲侵蚀的潮湿空气给干燥,且相比于其他氧化钙或者氯化钙等干燥剂,有着抗压性和抗弯性,不会轻易因弯折而断裂,从而极大程度的保护了复合芯层5,防止其被潮湿空气侵蚀,且同时植物纤维具有一定的韧性,使得第一防水胶层1、第二防水胶层8,也具有一定的抗压性和抗弯性;第二防水胶层8底部固接有与复合插槽2间隙配合的复合插板7,能够保证第一防水胶层1、第二防水胶层8之间的密封性,同时,能够有效的组织湿气从人造板侧部进入,相较于普通的防潮板(普通的防潮板湿气容易从侧部进入),如此,达到防潮效果性能更好的效果,且能够保证第一防水胶层1、第二防水胶层8之间的牢固度更佳。
一种用于室内的防潮型人造板的制备方法,包括如下方法;
第一步;将木材旋切或刨切成预定厚度和尺寸的木材板,且形状要符合第一防水胶层1、第二防水胶层8、复合芯层5的形状,即第一防水胶层1顶部设有复合插槽2、复合凹槽3,第二防水胶层8底部固接有与复合插槽2间隙配合的复合插板7;并将第一防水胶层1、第二防水胶层8、复合芯层5进行晾晒或者预压烘干处理,使处理之后的第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层8、复合芯层5含水率为5%-15%;
第二步;第一防水胶层1、第二防水胶层8表面进行防水处理,木材板外表面均匀涂抹有防水胶,防水胶厚度为1mm-3mm;
第三步;利用植物纤维、二氧化硅复合材料在热压机200-250摄氏度下施加2-2.5MPa的压力热压,热压时间为3min-6min,将板坯晾晒,即制得第一干燥层4、第二干燥层6;
第四步;选用脲醛树脂胶水,并对复合芯层5外表面均匀涂抹,接着,复合第一干燥层4、复合芯层5、第二干燥层6,复合芯层5位于第一干燥层4、第二干燥层6之间,然后,通过冷压压机施加1.5MPa~2.5MPa压力冷压,冷压时间30分钟至1小时,再通过热压机在131~160摄氏度下施加1.5~2.5MPa的压力热压,热压时间为3min-6min,制得中芯板坯;
第五步;第一干燥层4在脲醛树脂胶水浸泡10s-20s,接着将中芯板坯之间插入复合凹槽3,再通过第二防水层的复合插板7插入复合插槽2,然后,通过冷压压机施加1.5MPa~2.5MPa压力冷压,冷压时间30分钟至1小时,再通过热压机在131~160摄氏度下施加1.5~2.5MPa的压力热压,热压时间为3min-6min,制得所述防潮型人造板。
其中,所述第一步中的木材包括有杨木、柳木、桦木、松木或桉木。
通过木材旋切或刨切成预定厚度和尺寸的木材板,通过脲醛树脂胶水在10s-20s快速浸泡第一防水胶层,再通过冷热压的方式快速制得中芯坯板,再通过第一干燥层4在脲醛树脂胶水浸泡10s-20s,接着将中芯板坯插入复合凹槽3,再通过第二防水层的复合插板7插入复合插槽2,然后,通过冷压压机、热压的方式,制得所述防潮型人造板,从而人造板高效生产的效果,且能够保证人造板之间的牢固度。
虽然已经参照示例性实施方式详细描述了本公开,但是本公开不限于此,并且对于本领域技术人员显而易见的是,可在不脱离本公开的范围的情况下对其进行各种修改和改变。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于室内的防潮型人造板,其特征在于,包括有第一防水胶层(1)、第一干燥层(4)、复合芯层(5)、第二干燥层(6)、复合插板(7)和第二防水胶层(8);将木材旋切或刨切成预定厚度和尺寸的木材板,且形状要符合第一防水胶层(1)、第二防水胶层(8)、复合芯层(5)的形状;木材板外表面均匀涂抹有防水胶,形成第一防水胶层(1)、第二防水胶层(8);选用脲醛树脂胶水对木材板外表面均匀涂抹,形成复合芯层;第一防水胶层(1)顶部设有复合插槽(2)、复合凹槽(3),第二防水胶层(8)底部固接有与复合插槽(2)间隙配合的复合插板(7),第一干燥层(4)、复合芯层(5)、第二干燥层(6)复合粘接,复合芯层(5)位于第一干燥层(4)、第二干燥层(6)之间,第一干燥层(4)、复合芯层(5)、第二干燥层(6)与复合凹槽(3)间隙配合;所述第一干燥层(4)、所述第二干燥层(6)的材质由二氧化硅复合材料、纤维复合制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于室内的防潮型人造板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下方法;
第一步;将木材旋切或刨切成预定厚度和尺寸的木材板,且形状要符合第一防水胶层(1)、第二防水胶层(8)、复合芯层(5)的形状,即第一防水胶层(1)顶部设有复合插槽(2)、复合凹槽(3),第二防水胶层(8)底部固接有与复合插槽(2)间隙配合的复合插板(7);并将第一防水胶层(1)、第二防水胶层(8)、复合芯层(5)进行晾晒或者预压烘干处理,使处理之后的第一防水胶层、第二防水胶层(8)、复合芯层(5)含水率为5%-15%;
第二步;第一防水胶层(1)、第二防水胶层(8)表面进行防水处理,木材板外表面均匀涂抹有防水胶,防水胶厚度为1mm-3mm;
第三步;利用植物纤维、二氧化硅复合材料在热压机200-250摄氏度下施加2-2.5MPa的压力热压,热压时间为3min-6min,将板坯晾晒,即制得第一干燥层(4)、第二干燥层(6);
第四步;选用脲醛树脂胶水,并对复合芯层(5)外表面均匀涂抹,接着,复合第一干燥层(4)、复合芯层(5)、第二干燥层(6),复合芯层(5)位于第一干燥层(4)、第二干燥层(6)之间,然后,通过冷压压机施加1.5MPa~2.5MPa压力冷压,冷压时间30分钟至1小时,再通过热压机在131~160摄氏度下施加1.5~2.5MPa的压力热压,热压时间为3min-6min,制得中芯板坯;
第五步;第一干燥层(4)在脲醛树脂胶水浸泡10s-20s,接着将中芯板坯插入复合凹槽(3),再将第二防水层的复合插板(7)插入复合插槽(2),然后,通过冷压压机施加1.5MPa~2.5MPa压力冷压,冷压时间30分钟至1小时,再通过热压机在131~160摄氏度下施加1.5~2.5MPa的压力热压,热压时间为3min-6min,制得所述防潮型人造板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于室内的防潮型人造板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一步中的木材包括有杨木、柳木、桦木、松木或桉木。
4.一种根据权利要求2-3任意一项所述的用于室内的防潮型人造板的制备方法制备的防潮型人造板。
