Abstract

本发明公开了一种木质刨花复合饰面生态板及其制造方法,刨花过筛网尺寸:≤1.53×1.53mm,≥0.11×0.11mm,采用胶黏剂进行粘连,施加并搅拌于刨花中,施胶量为木质刨花重量的7~35%,添加防水剂0.05~3.4%,防霉剂0.01~4.5%,施加后,刨花含水率干燥至5‑12%,在厚度为5~21mm、长为2450~2750mm、宽为1230~1310mm的细木工板板芯或胶合板,用胶黏剂在上、下板面涂胶,单面涂布量100~120g/m2,再进行热压,热压温度100~150℃,实际单位压力和时间分为三段进行热压,再进行收板、堆垛,自然养生7天以上,进行锯边、砂光定厚,两面再经过高温热压浸渍胶膜纸制成木质刨花复合饰面生态板。本发明的木质刨花复合饰面生态板,平整度较好,表面胶合强度高,含水率较低,尺寸稳定性、耐龟裂、耐冷热循环性能好。

一种木质刨花复合饰面生态板及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及板材制造技术领域,具体涉及一种木质刨花复合饰面生态板及其制造方法。
背景技术
饰面板,是将天然木材或科技木刨切成一定厚度的薄片,粘附于胶合板表面,通过热压而成的一种饰面板用于室内装修或家具制造的表面材料。目前,国内外市场上,木质饰面材料主要有:
1)厚度为0.10~0.75mm的实木单板,木种有杨木、桃花芯木、山槐花等;
2)厚度为0.2~0.6mm集成类材料,如科技木皮等;
3)厚度为1~3mm高密度纤维板。
上述木质饰面材料压贴工艺:在普通胶合板或细木工板上、下表面通过涂胶、冷压、热压等工序,压贴形成生态板基材或饰面成品。
而这种饰面压贴工艺,如1)、2)两种饰面材料压贴的生态板基材或饰面成品,存在表面平整度较差、表面胶合强度较低、含水率较高,尺寸稳定性、耐龟裂、耐冷热循环性能较差等缺陷。而3)饰面材料压贴的生态板基材或饰面成品,具有甲醛污染,表面胶合强度较低,吸水厚度膨胀率较大,厚度较大,生产成本较高等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种木质刨花复合饰面生态板及其制造方法,该方法制造的饰面生态板具有平整度较好,表面胶合强度高,含水率低,尺寸稳定性、耐龟裂、耐冷热循环性能好的特点。为达到本发明目的采用以下技术方案:
一种木质刨花复合饰面生态板的制造方法,具体制备步骤如下:
1)木质刨花,刨花质量要求:过筛网尺寸:≤1.53×1.53mm,≥0.11×0.11mm;所述刨花含水率0~3%,采用胶黏剂进行粘连,施加并搅拌于刨花中,施胶量为木质刨花重量的7~35%,添加防水剂0.05~3.4%,防霉剂0.01~4.5%,施加后,刨花含水率干燥至5-12%;
2)在厚度为5~21mm、长为2450~2750mm、宽为1230~1310mm的细木工板板芯或胶合板,用胶黏剂在上、下板面涂胶,单面涂布量100 ~120g/m2,将搅拌均匀的木质刨花,铺装于单板表面,铺装量为0.5 ~3.5kg/m2,铺装厚度1-3mm,
3)铺装完毕后,经高温热压,热压温度100~150℃,实际单位压力和时间分为三段,一段:0.9~0.7MPa,3~10min;二段:0.5~0.3MPa,1~10min;三段:0.0~0.3MPa,1~10min;
4)热压完毕后,吹风冷却5min以上,再收板、堆垛,得板坯;
5)将板坯自然养生7天以上,进行锯边、砂光定厚,板面厚度误差±0.1mm;
6)经过砂光定厚的板坯,上、下板面压贴浸渍膜纸,热压温度105℃~210℃,实际单位压力和时间为0.6~1.0MPa,2~10min;
7)热压后即为生态板成品,散热冷却5min以上,再收板、码架。
优选地,所述实木单板的木种为杨木、桉木、桃花芯木。
优选地,所述的胶黏剂为聚氨脂胶粘剂、无醛生物质胶黏剂或三醛胶的一种或多种,所述的三醛胶为脲醛、酚醛、三聚氰胺甲醛。
优选地,所述的木质刨花的木种包括杨木、桉木、杂木,除泡桐树外均可。
优选地,所述的木质刨花复合饰面生态板的厚度为0.50~3.00mm。
另外,本发明还提供一种如以上所述的木质刨花复合饰面生态板的制造方法制备的木质刨花复合细木工板饰面生态板或木质刨花复合胶合板饰面生态板。
优选地,所述的木质刨花复合细木工板饰面生态板或木质刨花复合胶合板饰面生态板在装饰材料中的应用。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明的木质刨花复合饰面生态板,平整度较好,表面胶合强度高,含水率较低,尺寸稳定性、耐龟裂、耐冷热循环性能好。
2、木质刨花采用聚氨脂胶粘剂、无醛生物质胶黏剂、“三醛胶“(脲醛、酚醛、三聚氰胺甲醛),防水剂、防霉剂、增粘剂等胶粘复合,吸水厚度膨胀率低,厚度可做到1mm以下,生产成本低。
3、木质刨花复合饰面生态板,应用于生态板基材,表面压贴浸渍纸,耐龟裂、耐冷热循环、尺寸稳定性好,可在北方寒冷干燥或南方炎热潮湿环境使用。
4、拌胶木质刨花直接铺装于单板表面热压成型,单板表面无需涂胶,节省生产成本。
5、木质刨刨花,可使用枝丫材、小径材、锯末等生产废料制得,变废为宝,解决了木质原材料匮乏问题。

实施例1
一种木质刨花复合细木工板饰面生态板的制造方法,具体制备步骤如下:
1)木质刨花,刨花质量要求:过筛网尺寸:≤1.53×1.53mm,≥0.11×0.11mm,木种除泡桐树外,均可以,如杨木、桉木、杂木等;刨花含水率0~3%,可用聚氨脂胶粘剂、无醛生物质胶黏剂或“三醛胶”,施加并搅拌于刨花中,施胶量为木质刨花重量的7~35%,添加防水剂0.05~3.4%,防霉剂0.01~4.5%。施加后,刨花含水率干燥至5-12%。
2)在厚度为12~18mm,长为2450~2750mm,宽为1230~1310mm的细木工板板芯上,可用或不用聚氨脂胶粘剂、无醛生物质胶黏剂或“三醛胶”,上、下板面涂胶,单面涂布量100 ~120g/m2,将搅拌均匀的木质刨花,均匀的铺装于细木工板板芯上、下板面,铺装量为0.5 ~3.5kg/m2,铺装厚度1~3mm。
3)铺装完毕后,经过高温热压制成木质刨花复合细木工板饰面细木工板板坯。热压温度100~150℃,实际单位压力和时间分为三段,一段:0.9~0.7MPa,3~10min;二段:0.5~0.3MPa,1~10min;三段:0.0~0.3MPa,1~10min。
4)木质刨花复合细木工板饰面细木工板板坯热压完毕后,吹风冷却5min以上,再收板、堆垛。
5)木质刨花复合细木工板饰面细木工板板坯,自然养生7天以上,进行锯边、砂光定厚,板面厚度误差±0.1mm。
6)经过砂光定厚的板坯,上、下板面压贴浸渍纸,制得生态板成品,热压温度105~210℃,实际单位压力和时间为0.6~1.0MPa,2~10min。
7)热压后的生态板成品,散热冷却5min以上,再收板、码架。
将实施例1制备的木质刨花复合细木工板饰面生态板进行表面胶合强度、24小时吸水厚度膨胀率和甲醛释放量进行检测,检测结果如下表。

结果表明,本发明工艺制备的木质刨花复合细木工板饰面生态板不仅表面胶合强度高于标准要求,24小时吸水厚度膨胀率符合标准规定,甲醛释放量达到了室内排放标准,符合环保装饰材料的要求。
实施例2
一种木质刨花复合胶合板饰面生态板的制造方法,具体制备步骤如下:
1)木质刨花,刨花质量要求:过筛网尺寸:≤1.53×1.53mm,≥0.11×0.11mm,木种除泡桐树外,均可以,如杨木、桉木、杂木等;刨花含水率0~3%,可用聚氨脂胶粘剂、无醛生物质胶黏剂或“三醛胶”,施加并搅拌于刨花中,施胶量为木质刨花重量的7~35%,添加防水剂0.05~3.4%,防霉剂0.01~4.5%。施加后,刨花含水率干燥至5-12%。
2)在厚度为5~21mm,长为2450~2750mm,宽为1230~1310mm的普通胶合板上,可用或不用聚氨脂胶粘剂、无醛生物质胶黏剂或“三醛胶”,上、下板面涂胶,单面涂布量100 ~120g/m2,将搅拌均匀的木质刨花,均匀的铺装于普通胶合板上、下板面,铺装量为0.5 ~3.5kg/m2,铺装厚度1~3mm。
3)铺装完毕后,经过高温热压制成木质刨花复合胶合板。热压温度100~150℃,实际单位压力和时间分为三段,一段:0.9~0.7MPa,3~10min;二段:0.5~0.3MPa,1~10min;三段:0.0~0.3MPa,1~10min。
4)木质刨花复合胶合板热压完毕后,吹风冷却5min以上,再收板、堆垛。
5)木质刨花复合胶合板,自然养生7天以上,进行锯边、砂光定厚,板面厚度误差±0.1mm。
6)经过砂光定厚的板坯,上、下板面压贴浸渍纸,制得生态板成品,热压温度105~210℃,实际单位压力和时间为0.6~1.0MPa,2~10min。
7)热压后的生态板成品,散热冷却5min以上,再收板、码架。
将实施例2制备的木质刨花复合胶合板饰面生态板进行表面胶合强度、24小时吸水厚度膨胀率、甲醛释放量、表面耐冷热循环和表面耐龟裂进行检测,检测结果如下表。

结果表明,本发明工艺制备的木质刨花复合胶合板饰面生态板不仅表面胶合强度高于标准要求,24小时吸水厚度膨胀率符合标准规定,甲醛释放量达到了室内排放标准,符合环保装饰材料的要求,且表面耐冷热循环和表面耐龟裂均符合标准需求。
