榛仁就是榛子的仁,榛子,又称山板栗、尖栗、棰子等,属桦木科榛属植物。它果形似栗子,外壳坚硬,果仁肥白而圆,有香气,含油脂量很大,吃起来特别香美,因此成为最受人们欢迎的坚果类食品,有“坚果之王”之称。榛子包含着抗癌化学成分紫杉酚,它是红豆杉醇中的活跃成分,这种药可以治疗卵巢癌和乳腺癌以及其它一些癌症,可延长病人的生命期。中医认为,榛子有补脾胃、益气力、明目健行的功效,并对消渴、盗汗、夜尿多等肺肾不足之症颇有益处。
芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,其中主要为油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、花生酸等的甘油脂;又含甾醇、芝麻素、芝麻酚、叶酸、烟酸、蔗糖、卵磷脂、蛋白质;还有膳食纤维、糖类、维生素a、维生素B1,B2、尼克酸、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、镁等营养成分。

本发明目的在于提供一种原料成本低,制作简易,营养价值高的蛋白饮料,提供人体所需氨基酸,口感细腻。
一种榛仁蛋白饮料,其特征在于原料按以下重量份混合:
榛仁 30-35份,
芝麻 35-50份,
杏仁 15-25份,
冰糖 20-30份,
水 50-100份;
加工工艺如下:
1)选取原料;
2)榛仁、杏仁去皮,加水打碎成细腻浆液,过200目细筛;
3)芝麻用高速打粉机打制成细粉,过100目筛;
4)将步骤2)中混合果仁浆加水与芝麻粉、冰糖粉调和均匀,均质机均质处理,压力为25MPa,均质时间为3-5min;
5)超高温瞬时灭菌工艺灭菌,装瓶,
如权利要求1所述,其特征在于芝麻选用黑芝麻,更适宜食用,营养价值更高,脂肪含量更低。

榛仁 30-35份,
芝麻 35-50份,
杏仁 15-25份,
冰糖 20-30份,
水 50-100份;
加工工艺如下:
1)选取原料;
2)榛仁、杏仁去皮,加水打碎成细腻浆液,过200目细筛;
3)芝麻用高速打粉机打制成细粉,过100目筛;
4)将步骤2)中混合果仁浆加水与芝麻粉、冰糖粉调和均匀,均质机均质处理,压力为25MPa,均质时间为3-5min;
5)超高温瞬时灭菌工艺灭菌,装瓶。
