本发明属于空调系统制冷技术领域,公开了一种空调系统增效保护剂及制备方法。一种空调系统增效保护剂,包括以下重量份的组分:矿物油70‑90.5份,酯类基础油5‑10份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5‑3.5份,抗氧剂0.2‑2份,极压抗磨剂2‑15份,降凝剂0.1‑1份。本发明中的空调系统增效保护剂通过加入极压抗磨剂,来提高空调运转中的工作流体的抗磨性和极压性能;而加入的抗氧抗腐剂和抗氧剂提高了工作流体的热稳定性。对于普通家用空调,增效剂有利于空调器制冷性能改善,空调器在充注增效剂前的性能越差,充注增效剂后性能改善越明显,老化严重的的空调制冷COP能提高27.42%。对于汽车空调系统,加入空调系统增效保护剂后可明显改善汽车空调制冷效果。

一种空调系统增效保护剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及空调系统制冷技术领域,具体而言,是一种空调系统增效保护剂的制备方法及应用。
背景技术
在家用和车用空调中,采用HCFCs(氢氟氯烃)、CFCs(氟氯烃)及HFCs(氢氟烃)等氟化烃作为制冷剂,采用各种类型矿物油或合成油作为润滑油。随着空调的使用,设备不断老化,空调的制冷效果也会有所下降。
空调系统增效保护剂使用特殊材质调配而成,通过设备加入空调系统中,对空调压缩机起到减摩抗磨的作用,提高空调压缩机转化率,降低空调出口温度。
通过试验及客户体验,汽车及家用空调系统加入空调系统保护剂后,空调出口温度降低1-5℃,感受明显。
发明内容
本发明提供一种空调系统增效保护剂的制备方法和应用,能进一步改善空调保护剂的性能。为达到以上技术效果,该空调系统增效保护剂主要成分包含三大类:矿物油、酯类基础油和添加剂,其中添加剂包括抗氧抗腐剂、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂和降凝剂,采用具体技术方案为:
一种空调系统增效保护剂,包括以下重量份的组分:矿物油70-90.5份,酯类基础油5-10份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5-3.5份,抗氧剂0.2-2份,极压抗磨剂2-15份,降凝剂0.1-1份。
进一步地,所述矿物油为溶剂精制或加氢工艺生产的一类、二类或三类基础油中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述酯类基础油为双酯或者多元醇酯。
更进一步地,所述双酯为己二酸、壬二酸及癸二酸中的至少一种,所述多元醇酯为季戊四醇酯、双季戊四醇酯、三季戊四醇酯及三羟甲基丙烷复合酯中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述抗氧抗腐剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐及二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为酚类、胺类抗氧剂的至少一种。
进一步地,所述极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃、磷酸酯及纳米金属颗粒中的至少一种。
更进一步地,所述纳米金属颗粒为纳米铝、纳米铜、纳米钼中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚α-烯烃的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种空调系统增效保护剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)去离子水中加入一定重量的金属盐配置成金属盐水溶液,搅拌中缓慢加入质量浓度为1~2mol/L的氢氧化钠水溶液,得到悬浊液;过滤上个步骤得到的悬浊液,过滤物用去离子水反复清洗后加入到去离子水中,过滤物与去离子水的质量比为1∶15~1:30,搅拌中逐滴加入体积浓度为 10~20%的有机酸水溶液,随有机酸水溶液的加入溶液渐变清澈,至溶液完全变清澈后停止加入有机酸水溶液,得到对应的带有机分子基团的金属盐溶液;将上一步骤得到的溶液在80~90℃下烘干,得到固态产物,将固态产物放入到闪点高于280℃的矿物油中,固态产物与矿物油的质量比为1∶1~3;将上一步骤得到的混合物放入球磨机中,在150~250转/分的转速下球磨 2~12小时,然后放入加热炉中,在200~230℃加热0.5~2小时,得到分散在矿物油中的纳米金属颗粒,作为空调系统增效保护剂的极压抗磨剂。
(2)采用矿物油为基础溶剂,先加入70-90.5份矿物油后加入5-10份酯类基础油,再加入0.5-3.5份抗氧抗腐剂,0.2-2份抗氧剂,2-15份极压抗磨剂,0.1-1份降凝剂等添加剂,每种组分加入间隔4~6分钟,调和温度55~65℃,各组分调和完毕后充分搅拌均匀并保温30min以上。
为了让空调系统增效保护剂显现出不同的颜色,还可在空调系统增效保护剂内加入液体油溶蓝等显色染料。
本发明制备的空调系统增效保护剂按照GB/T265《石油产品运动粘度测定法和动力粘度计算法》的标准,测试其100℃的运动粘度。按照GB/T3535《石油产品闪点和燃点测定法(克利夫兰开口杯法)》的标准,测定其闪点按照GB/T3535《石油产品倾点测定法》的标准,测试其倾点。根据上述方法测试,本发明制备的空调系统增效保护剂在100℃的运动粘度为7~10mm2/s;闪点(开口)≥135℃;倾点≤-27℃。在上述运动粘度和倾点下,可使空调系统增效保护剂加入空调后,与空调中的制冷剂和冷冻机油相容性好,使工作流体的润滑性和低温流动性更好。
本发明中的空调系统增效保护剂通过加入极压抗磨剂,来提高空调运转中的工作流体的抗磨性和极压性能;而加入的抗氧抗腐剂和抗氧剂提高了工作流体的热稳定性。
对根据本发明中的技术方案制备出的空调系统增效保护剂进行了相关的性能测试。对于普通家用空调,增效剂有利于空调器制冷性能改善,空调器在充注增效剂前的性能越差,充注增效剂后性能改善越明显,老化严重的的空调制冷 COP能提高 27.42%。对于汽车空调系统,加入空调系统增效保护剂后可明显改善汽车空调制冷效果,但不同车况效果不同,车龄越大,效果越好。
具体实施方式

实施例1
(1)去离子水中加入二水合氯化铜配制质量浓度为0.3~1mol/L的氯化铜水溶液,搅拌中缓慢加入质量浓度为1~2mol/L的氢氧化钠水溶液,二水合氯化铜与氢氧化钠地质量比为17:8,得到悬浊液;
(2)过滤步骤(1)得到的悬浊液,过滤物用去离子水反复清洗后加入到去离子水中,过滤物与去离子水的质量比为1∶20,搅拌中逐滴加入体积浓度为 10~20%的甲酸水溶液,随甲酸水溶液的加入溶液渐变清澈,至溶液完全变清澈后停止加入甲酸水溶液,得到甲酸铜水溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的甲酸铜水溶液在80~90℃下烘干,得到固态产物,将固态产物放入到闪点高于280℃的矿物油中,固态产物与矿物油的重量比为1∶2;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合物放入球磨机中,在150~250转/分的转速下球磨6小时,然后放入加热炉中,在200~230℃加热1小时,得到分散在矿物油中的纳米铜;
(5)按照重量份先加入一类基础油70份,后加入8份季戊四醇酯,再按照次序加入2份二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、1份胺类抗氧剂辛/丁基苯二胺、0.5份聚甲基丙烯酸酯以及15份含有纳米铜的矿物油,每种组分加入间隔4~6分钟,调和温度保持60℃左右,各组分调和完毕后充分搅拌均匀并保温60min。
实施例2
(1)按照实施例1中步骤制备分散在矿物油中的纳米铜;
(2)按照重量份先加入二类基础油80份,后加入10份己二酸,再按照次序加入3份二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、1份高分子量苯酚类抗氧剂、1份聚α-烯烃、5份磷酸酯以及10份含有纳米铜的矿物油,每种组分加入间隔4~6分钟,调和温度保持60℃左右,各组分调和完毕后充分搅拌均匀并保温60min。
实施例3
按照重量份先加入一类基础油80份,后加入5份三羟甲基丙烷复合酯,再按照次序加入2份二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、1份高分子量苯酚类抗氧剂、0.5份聚甲基丙酸酯、15份硫化烯烃,每种组分加入间隔4~6分钟,调和温度保持60℃左右,各组分调和完毕后充分搅拌均匀并保温60min。
实施例4
按照重量份先加入二类基础油80份,后加入10份TMTC复合多元醇酯,再按照次序加入3份二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌、1份烷基化二苯胺、0.5份酚类抗氧剂、5份硫化异丁烯、0.0001份油溶蓝,每种组分加入间隔4~6分钟,调和温度保持60℃左右,各组分调和完毕后充分搅拌均匀并保温60min。
实施例5
将实施例4中制备得到的空调系统增效保护剂加入3台不同的新旧家用空调中,对比 3台被试空调在充注不同量的增效剂的制冷性能,具体效能参数见表1、2、3,并得到以下结论:
1、增效剂有利于空调器制冷性能改善,空调器在充注增效剂前的性能越差,充注增效剂后性能改善越明显。1号被试空调老化严重,制冷量低,功耗大,在充注增效剂后,制冷性能得到很大改善。在标准空调工况下,充注 15ml增效剂后,制冷 COP提高了 27.42%。对于3号被试全新空调,改善效果不是很明显,在标准空调工况下,充注 10ml增效剂后,制冷COP增加了 3.66%。对于 2号被试空调,属于大多数使用时间在 5年左右的旧空调,在充注增效剂后,制冷性能可以得到明显改善。在标准空调工况下,充注 10ml增效剂后,制冷 COP增加了 15.73%。
2、增效剂充注量有一最佳值。随着充注量由少增多,制冷性能逐渐改善,达到峰值后,制冷性能会慢慢变恶化。本次实验采用的均是 1.5匹的空调,其最佳充注量均在 10~15ml之间。对于其它容量更大制冷设备,最佳充注量有待于进一步研究。
3、增效剂对采用 R22制冷剂及相应润滑油的空调制冷性能有明显改善效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种空调系统增效保护剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:矿物油70-90.5份,酯类基础油5-10份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5-3.5份,抗氧剂0.2-2份,极压抗磨剂2-15份,降凝剂0.1-1份;其中,所述矿物油为溶剂精制或加氢工艺生产的一类、二类及三类基础油中的至少一种,所述酯类基础油为双酯或者多元醇酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的空调系统增效保护剂,其特征在于,所述双酯为己二酸、壬二酸及癸二酸中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的空调系统增效保护剂,其特征在于,所述多元醇酯为季戊四醇酯、双季戊四醇酯、三季戊四醇酯及三羟甲基丙烷复合酯中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的空调系统增效保护剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧抗腐剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐及二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的空调系统增效保护剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为酚类、胺类抗氧剂中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的空调系统增效保护剂,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃、磷酸酯及纳米金属颗粒中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求6所述的空调系统增效保护剂,其特征在于,所述纳米金属颗粒为纳米铝、纳米铜、纳米钼中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的空调系统增效保护剂,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚α-烯烃中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的空调系统增效保护剂,其特征在于,具体制备步骤如下:先加入70-90.5份矿物油,后加入5-10份酯类基础油,再加入0.5-3.5份抗氧抗腐剂,0.2-2份抗氧剂,2-15份极压抗磨剂,0.1-1份降凝剂,每种组分加入间隔4~6分钟,调和温度55~65℃,各组分调和完毕后充分搅拌均匀并保温30min以上。
