Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of organic waste, in particular to a method for treating organic waste by using flora.
Background
The organic waste comprises urban kitchen waste, household kitchen waste and excrement; the food chain type hidden danger of huge pathogen transfer and diffusion is a food safety problem and a social problem because the food chain type hidden danger of the food chain type is that the food chain type hidden huge pathogen transfer and diffusion is a food safety problem, and the food chain type is a huge food chain type. A plurality of countries such as the United states, Canada, European Union and the like have enacted a plurality of laws which forbid the direct feeding of pigs by untreated kitchen waste, and China strictly controls the laws. Although the yield of the kitchen waste is huge and the influence is wide, the links of classification, collection, transportation, treatment and the like lack effective management and supervision of governments and active participation of good enterprises, so that the current situations that the resource utilization efficiency of the kitchen waste is low and the market is disordered are formed. In addition, a simple manual workshop production mode for carrying out maggots/earthworms and the like by utilizing breeding wastes such as chicken manure, pig manure and the like also exists in rural areas in China. Under the background of intensive feeding of the current animal husbandry, the production mode can not efficiently convert resources due to the roughness of the production process, wastes organic waste resources such as livestock manure and the like, can cause secondary pollution of soil, air and underground water, and can also cause the spread of livestock epidemic situation due to a non-scientific production mode. In order to effectively treat and utilize organic waste, it is necessary to provide a method for treating organic waste by using microbial flora. When the method for treating organic waste by using flora in the prior art is used, the environment-friendly effect is poor, a large amount of stink and pollutants are generated, the environment is polluted greatly, and the treated feed or fermented product has low nutritional value, so that the organic waste cannot be fully utilized and is inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical defects and provide a method for treating organic waste by using flora, which has high nutritive value and is environment-friendly.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a method for treating organic waste by using flora comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a composite flora: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30% of bacillus subtilis, 15-25% of aspergillus niger, 15-25% of microzyme, 20-30% of soil flora and 20-30% of other beneficial biological bacteria, fully mixing and placing in a closed container;
(2) preparing a mixture: crushing straws, sawdust and wheat bran, putting the crushed straws, sawdust and wheat bran into a stirrer, adding nutrient solution into the stirrer, stirring and mixing, and controlling the water content to be 28-32%;
(3) preparation of catalytic material: adding the composite flora into the mixture, stirring, controlling the water content to be 32-34%, and standing for 20-24 h;
(4) fermentation of organic waste: conveying the recovered organic wastes to an automatic crushing and screening machine for crushing, screening out foreign matters, putting the crushed and screened organic wastes into a stirrer for fully mixing with catalytic materials, closing the stirrer after 40-50 min, adjusting the water content to 60-64%, and standing and fermenting for 36-40 h.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the method for treating the organic waste by utilizing the florae is formed by efficiently compounding multiple bacteria of bacillus subtilis, aspergillus niger, saccharomycetes and soil florae, fully degrades the organic waste under the combined action of mutual promotion, mutual supplement and mutual cooperation of multiple beneficial microorganisms, improves the utilization rate of the organic waste, has high nutritive value, can adjust the balance of intestinal florae of livestock when feeding the livestock, generates multiple digestive enzymes and growth factors, and is rich in protein, amino acid and trace elements by adding the microorganisms, so that the health and growth condition of the animals can be greatly improved, and the use is convenient; and can reduce ammonia volatilization, improve the environment, prevent the production of harmful germ, prevent atmospheric pollution, more environmental protection in the production process.
As an improvement, the soil flora in the step (1) comprises three or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus coagulans, bacillus lentus, bacillus eastern ocean, bacillus natto, bacillus megaterium, bacillus mucilaginosus, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus thuringiensis, bacillus laterosporus, bacillus mucilaginosus, streptomyces jingyangensis, mycorrhizal fungi, azotobacter vinelandii, photosynthetic flora, bacillus coagulans, aspergillus oryzae and paecilomyces lilacinus.
As an improvement, the nutrient solution in the step (2) is prepared from liquid strains, brown sugar, urea, salt and sterile water according to the mass ratio of 50: 100: 1: 1: 1000 by mixing.
As an improvement, the main component of the liquid strain is insect larva intestinal tract extract.
As an improvement, the adding amount of the complex flora in the step (3) is 4% of the weight of the mixture.
As an improvement, the weight ratio of the organic waste to the mixture in the step (4) is 1: 2.
as an improvement, the organic waste comprises kitchen waste, household kitchen waste, excrement, rural breeding waste, livestock died of diseases, straw and vegetable, fruit and meat food processing excess material.
