The preparation method of the health food for regulating the gastrointestinal health and warming the stomach comprises the following steps: according to the weight percentage of the raw materials, the ginger or the extract thereof is ground into powder of 30-40 meshes, and the vegetable protein peptide, the fennel or the extract thereof, the red date or the extract thereof, the maltitol and the dextrin are ground into powder of 30-40 meshes and then are evenly mixed with the ginger or the extract powder thereof, thus obtaining the product of the invention.
The health food acute toxicity experiment analysis:
healthy mice weighing about 24g are selected, the male and female are divided into groups randomly, 4 mice are selected in each group, the health food in the embodiment 1-3 is prepared into suspension liquid with different concentrations, and distilled water is selected as a control group for experiments.
The solution is administered once to different groups of mice by oral gavage, and the gavage volume of each group is the same. Mice were usually used with a volume of 20ml/kg and observed for 7 days.

Claims (4)
1. The health food for regulating gastrointestinal health and warming stomach is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-90% of ginger or extract thereof, 5-60% of vegetable protein peptide, 2-50% of fennel or extract thereof, 3-50% of red date or extract thereof, 1-10% of maltol and 1-10% of dextrin.
2. The health food for regulating gastrointestinal health and warming stomach according to claim 1, wherein the vegetable protein peptide is one or more of corn protein peptide, wheat protein peptide, peanut protein peptide, soybean protein peptide and albumin peptide.
3. A method for preparing a health food for regulating gastrointestinal health and warming stomach according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of: grinding ginger or extract thereof into powder of 30-40 meshes, then grinding vegetable protein peptide, fennel or extract thereof, red date or extract thereof, maltitol and dextrin into powder of 30-40 meshes, and uniformly mixing with the ginger or extract powder to obtain the health food for regulating gastrointestinal health and warming stomach.
4. Use of the health food according to claim 1 or 2 for preparing a health food for regulating gastrointestinal health and warming stomach.
