(1) fully and uniformly mixing 1.5kg of calcium alginate, 2kg of L-arabinose, 8kg of thermosensitive weight-losing and weight-controlling powder (seaweed ferment powder, white kidney bean powder, potato extract, fish collagen powder and 1:1:2:20, wherein the ulva ferment powder, kelp ferment powder and 1:4), 3kg of agaricus bisporus extract, 5kg of fruit powder (avocado powder, kiwi fruit powder, aloe powder or pawpaw powder and 2:0:1:2), 0.06kg of potassium sorbate, 0.5kg of citric acid, 0.1kg of sodium citrate and 0.1kg of edible essence, pouring 61.24kg of water, and stirring at a high speed to prepare uniform liquid;
(2) 1kg of potassium carbonate and 12kg of water are uniformly mixed, added into the uniform material liquid prepared in the step (1), and rapidly stirred to prepare uniform glue liquid;
(3) 1.1kg of calcium-releasing freezing agent (gluconic acid-lactone: sodium citrate: 2:1) and 4.4kg of water are mixed evenly to prepare freezing liquid;
(4) mixing the glue solution prepared in the step (2) and the frozen liquid prepared in the step (3) in a buffer tank at a constant speed through two pipelines respectively, and filling while stirring and mixing; sealing to obtain the final product.
Efficacy verification case:
wangzhi, male, age 10, height 140cm, weight 65.8kg, BMI 33.6kg/m2Lack of self-discipline, unbalanced diet. The sucking jelly prepared in the embodiment is eaten.
The eating method comprises the following steps: the food is taken within half an hour before Chinese meal and dinner every 30 g/time and 2 times/day; keeping the living habits such as diet and exercise unchanged. Example 8:
the preparation method of the weight-losing/weight-controlling type absorbable jelly comprises the following steps:
(1) fully and uniformly mixing 1.2kg of calcium alginate, 30kg of L-arabinose, 0.1kg of thermosensitive weight-losing and controlling powder (potato extract), 0.1kg of agaricus bisporus extract, 1kg of fruit powder (avocado powder: pawpaw powder: 1:3), 0.04kg of potassium sorbate, 0.26kg of citric acid, 0.12kg of sodium citrate and 0.2kg of edible essence, pouring the mixture into 54.48kg of water, and stirring at a high speed to prepare uniform feed liquid;
(2) 0.5kg of potassium carbonate and 6kg of water are uniformly mixed, added into the uniform feed liquid prepared in the step (1), and rapidly stirred to prepare uniform glue liquid;
(3) 1kg of calcium-releasing freezing agent (gluconic acid-lactone: sodium citrate: 3:1) and 5kg of water are uniformly mixed to prepare freezing liquid;
(4) mixing the glue solution prepared in the step (2) and the frozen liquid prepared in the step (3) in a buffer tank at a constant speed through two pipelines respectively, and filling while stirring and mixing; sealing to obtain the final product.
Efficacy verification case:

Claims (8)

1. The weight-losing/weight-controlling type absorbable jelly is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
0.5-1.5 parts of calcium alginate, 0.5-1 part of potassium carbonate, 1-2 parts of calcium releasing and freezing agent, 0.1-8 parts of thermosensitive weight-losing and controlling powder, 2-30 parts of L-arabinose, 0.1-3 parts of agaricus bisporus extract, 1-5 parts of fruit powder, 0.01-0.06 part of potassium sorbate, 0.1-0.5 part of citric acid, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium citrate, 0.1-0.3 part of edible essence and proper amount of water;
the heat-sensitive weight-losing and weight-controlling powder is one or a composition of more of white kidney bean extract, seaweed ferment powder, potato extract and fish collagen powder.
2. The weight-reducing/weight-controlling type jelly drink according to claim 1, wherein: the calcium releasing and freezing agent is a composition of gluconic acid-lactone and sodium citrate.
3. The weight-reducing/weight-controlling type jelly drink according to claim 2, wherein: the calcium content of the calcium alginate is 8-13% by mass of calcium oxide, and the weight ratio of the gluconic acid-lactone to the sodium citrate is 2-4: 1.
4. The weight-reducing/weight-controlling type jelly drink according to claim 1, wherein: the seaweed enzyme powder is one or a composition of more of ulva enzyme powder, kelp enzyme powder or laver enzyme powder.
5. The weight-reducing/weight-controlling type jelly drink according to claim 1, wherein: the fruit powder is one or a composition of avocado powder, kiwi fruit powder, aloe powder or papaya powder.
6. The preparation method of the weight-losing/weight-controlling type jelly drink according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps in sequence:
a. fully and uniformly mixing calcium alginate, thermosensitive weight-losing and weight-controlling powder, L-arabinose, agaricus bisporus extract, fruit powder, potassium sorbate, citric acid, sodium citrate and edible essence, pouring into a certain amount of water, and stirring to prepare uniform feed liquid;
b. b, uniformly mixing potassium carbonate and water, adding the mixture into the feed liquid obtained in the step a, and stirring to prepare uniform glue liquid;
c. mixing the calcium-releasing freezing agent and water uniformly to obtain freezing liquid;
d. respectively mixing the glue solution and the freezing solution in a container at a constant speed through two pipelines, and filling while stirring and mixing; and sealing to obtain the product.
7. The preparation method of the weight-losing/weight-controlling type inhalable jelly as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the weight ratio of the potassium carbonate to the water is 1: 12, the weight ratio of the calcium-releasing freezing agent to water is 1: 4.
8. The preparation method of the weight-losing/weight-controlling type inhalable jelly as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the container is a buffer tank, and the pH value of the prepared weight-losing/weight-controlling type absorbable jelly is less than or equal to 4.0.
