本发明公开了一种哑光白板膜,要解决的是现有白板保护膜刺眼的问题。本发明包括可书写层、基材、粘剂层和离型膜,可书写层涂覆在基材的一个面上,粘剂层涂覆在基材的另一个面上,离型膜复合在粘剂层外表面,可书写层包括以下重量份的原料:多官能团单体28‑43份、低官能团单体6.6‑18.8份、交联剂2.7‑9.6份、附着力促进剂0.36‑1.38份、甲苯5.7‑14.4份、丁酮6‑13.8份、光引发剂0.77‑4.85份、流平剂0.66‑2.7份和耐磨助剂0.2‑1.05份和哑光粉1.4‑5.3份。本产品具有哑光效果,不会刺眼,耐磨性强,抗划伤和擦拭效果更好,可书写层通过紫外光而无需高温烘烤即可固化,避免了固化不彻底导致的不抗划伤等问题。

本发明涉及白板保护领域,具体是一种哑光白板膜。
背景技术
人们在开会或者培训时经常需要书写某些内容,白板就是人们常用的一种书写载体。白板是通常白色的金属板材料制的书写平面。白板的作用与黑板类似,是一种可反复擦写的书写工具。
白板书写后字迹易残留,擦拭难度大,且经长期书写和擦拭后,其表面变得粗糙,难以擦拭干净,白板膜可以对白板进行保护或者直接粘贴玻璃等光滑物体,现有的白板保护膜虽然可以进行保护,但是会反光,看起来刺眼,这就不利于人们的使用。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种哑光白板膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:
一种哑光白板膜,包括可书写层、基材、粘剂层和离型膜,可书写层涂覆在基材的一个面上,在50-90摄氏度下预热1.5分钟后在汞灯下固化即可,粘剂层涂覆在基材的另一个面上,在60-120摄氏度下固化10-150秒得到,离型膜复合在粘剂层外表面,可书写层包括以下重量份的原料:多官能团单体28-43份、低官能团单体6.6-18.8份、交联剂2.7-9.6份、附着力促进剂0.36-1.38份、甲苯5.7-14.4份、丁酮6-13.8份、光引发剂0.77-4.85份、流平剂0.66-2.7份和耐磨助剂0.2-1.05份和哑光粉1.4-5.3份。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:光引发剂采用α-羟基酮。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:多官能团单体为六羟基聚氨酯聚丙烯酸酯。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:低官能团单体为三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:流平剂为德国比克化学公司的品名为BYK-333的流平剂。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:耐磨助剂为常州盛邦新材料科技有限公司销售的品名为BW-101。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:交联剂为常州盛邦新材料科技有限公司提供的磷酸甲基丙烯酸酯。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:粘剂层包括重量比为(4-50):(0.003-0.2):(1-15):(2-35)的丙烯酸胶粘剂、固化剂、乙酸乙酯和丁酮,在18-28摄氏度下,先将丁酮、乙酸乙酯和丙烯酸胶粘剂混合并搅拌15-20分钟,加入固化剂再搅拌10-20分钟得到,其粘度为80-300厘泊,丙烯酸胶粘剂为常州艾卡新材料科技有限公司生产的YP0102,固体的质量分数为26%-30%,固化剂为常州艾卡新材料科技有限公司生产的YG01,固体质量分数为75%。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:基材采用透明聚酯或聚酰亚胺薄膜。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:可书写层的厚度为3-10μm,基材的厚度为50-300μm,粘剂层的厚度为8-30μm,离型膜的厚度为19-50μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的有益效果是:
本产品设计合理,具有哑光效果,不会刺眼,耐磨性强,抗划伤和擦拭效果更好,在需更换白板的时候可直接更换表面贴膜,节省费用,操作简单,施工方便,可书写层通过紫外光而无需高温烘烤即可固化,避免了固化不彻底导致的不抗划伤等问题,可书写层包括微珠哑光粉,避免个别使用场所反光强的缺陷,适用于办公会议室白板、白板制造公司、学校、家庭等多种场合,本产品可以贴在任何材料的平整面上(比如玻璃),表面可以用白板笔、水笔等写字,并可以当作投影布使用,适用范围广。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种哑光白板膜,包括可书写层、基材、粘剂层和离型膜,可书写层涂覆在基材的一个面上,在65摄氏度下预热1.5分钟后在汞灯下固化即可,粘剂层涂覆在基材的另一个面上,在94摄氏度下固化45秒得到,离型膜复合在粘剂层外表面,可书写层包括以下重量份的原料:多官能团单体28份、低官能团单体6.6份、交联剂2.7份、附着力促进剂0.36份、甲苯5.7份、丁酮6份、光引发剂0.77份、流平剂0.66份、耐磨助剂0.2份和哑光粉1.4份。
对实施例1的产品进行性能测试,测试结果如下:剥离强度不低于417g/in,表面硬度不低于2H,耐候性大于4年,耐书写次数不低于5670次,表面无橘皮纹﹑气泡﹑彩虹纹﹑不翘曲;断裂伸长率为168%,拉伸强度为251MPa,哑光度为33º。
将本产品贴附在白板上,使用情况良好。
实施例2
一种哑光白板膜,包括可书写层、基材、粘剂层和离型膜,可书写层涂覆在基材的一个面上,在82摄氏度下预热1.5分钟后在汞灯下固化即可,粘剂层涂覆在基材的另一个面上,在103摄氏度下固化18秒得到,离型膜复合在粘剂层外表面,可书写层包括以下重量份的原料:多官能团单体32.5份、低官能团单体12.3份、交联剂6.4份、附着力促进剂0.89份、甲苯9.7份、丁酮10.2份、光引发剂2.74份、流平剂1.83份、耐磨助剂0.66份和哑光粉3.46份。粘剂层包括重量比为8:0.019:3.7:21的丙烯酸胶粘剂、固化剂、乙酸乙酯和丁酮,在23摄氏度下,先将丁酮、乙酸乙酯和丙烯酸胶粘剂混合并搅拌17分钟,加入固化剂再搅拌13分钟得到,其粘度为184厘泊。基材采用白色不透明材料制作并且铺设有亚克力涂层。
对实施例2的产品进行性能测试,测试结果如下:剥离强度不低于460g/in,表面硬度不低于2H,耐候性大于5年,耐书写次数不低于5240次,表面无橘皮纹﹑气泡﹑彩虹纹﹑不翘曲;断裂伸长率为170%,拉伸强度为248MPa,哑光度为26º。
将本产品贴附在玻璃上,可以备注注意事项,使用情况良好。
实施例3
一种哑光白板膜,包括可书写层、基材(基材厚度200微米以上)、粘剂层和离型膜,可书写层涂覆在基材的一个面上,在74摄氏度下预热1.5分钟后在汞灯下固化即可,粘剂层涂覆在基材的另一个面上,在72摄氏度下固化122秒得到,离型膜复合在粘剂层外表面,可书写层包括以下重量份的原料:多官能团单体43份、低官能团单体18.8份、交联剂9.6份、附着力促进剂1.38份、甲苯14.4份、丁酮13.8份、光引发剂4.85份、流平剂2.7份、耐磨助剂1.05份和哑光粉5.3份。
对实施例3的产品进行性能测试,测试结果如下:剥离强度不低于960g/in,表面硬度不低于3H,耐候性大于5年,耐书写次数不低于9940次,表面无橘皮纹﹑气泡﹑彩虹纹﹑不翘曲;断裂伸长率为126%,拉伸强度为321MPa,哑光度为16º。
将本产品贴附在冰箱表面上,可以书写留言,使用情况良好。

1.一种哑光白板膜,其特征在于,包括可书写层、基材、粘剂层和离型膜,可书写层涂覆在基材的一个面上,在50-90摄氏度下预热1.5分钟后在汞灯下固化即可,粘剂层涂覆在基材的另一个面上,在60-120摄氏度下固化10-150秒得到,离型膜复合在粘剂层外表面,可书写层包括以下重量份的原料:多官能团单体28-43份、低官能团单体6.6-18.8份、交联剂2.7-9.6份、附着力促进剂0.36-1.38份、甲苯5.7-14.4份、丁酮6-13.8份、光引发剂0.77-4.85份、流平剂0.66-2.7份和耐磨助剂0.2-1.05份和哑光粉1.4-5.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的哑光白板膜,其特征在于,所述多官能团单体为六羟基聚氨酯聚丙烯酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的哑光白板膜,其特征在于,所述粘剂层包括重量比为(4-50):(0.003-0.2):(1-15):(2-35)的丙烯酸胶粘剂、固化剂、乙酸乙酯和丁酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的哑光白板膜,其特征在于,所述低官能团单体为三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的哑光白板膜,其特征在于,所述基材采用透明聚酯薄膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的哑光白板膜,其特征在于,所述可书写层的厚度为3-10μm,基材的厚度为50-300μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的哑光白板膜,其特征在于,所述光引发剂采用α-羟基酮。
8.根据权利要求3所述的哑光白板膜,其特征在于,所述粘剂层的制备方法如下:在18-28摄氏度下,先将丁酮、乙酸乙酯和丙烯酸胶粘剂混合并搅拌15-20分钟,然后加入固化剂再搅拌10-20分钟得到粘剂层。
