人们在开会或者培训时经常需要书写某些内容,白板就是人们常用的一种书写载体。白板是通常白色的金属板材料制的书写平面。白板的作用与黑板类似,是一种可反复擦写的书写工具。
白板书写后字迹易残留,擦拭难度大,且经长期书写和擦拭后,其表面变得粗糙,难以擦拭干净,白板膜、白板保护膜可以对白板进行保护,但是现有的白板保护膜不具有护眼功能,这就为使用者带来了不便。

本产品设计合理,具有护眼效果,耐磨性强,抗划伤和擦拭效果更好,在需更换白板的时候可直接更换表面贴膜,节省费用,操作简单,施工方便,可书写层通过紫外光而无需高温烘烤即可固化,避免了固化不彻底导致的不抗划伤等问题,可书写层包括哑光粉,避免个别使用场所反光强的缺陷,采用适合目视舒适的色相,适用于办公会议室白板、白板制造公司、学校、家庭等多种场合,本产品可以贴在任何材料的平整面上(比如玻璃),表面可以用白板笔、水笔等写字,并可以当作投影布使用,适用范围广。

对实施例1的产品进行性能测试,测试结果如下:剥离强度不低于502g/in,表面硬度不低于2H,耐候性大于3年,耐书写次数不低于4960次,表面无橘皮纹﹑气泡﹑彩虹纹﹑不翘曲;断裂伸长率为158%,拉伸强度为246MPa,哑光度为38º,可见光反射率15%。

一种护眼白板膜,包括可书写层、基材、粘剂层和离型膜,可书写层涂覆在基材的一个面上,在85摄氏度下预热1.5分钟后在汞灯下固化即可,粘剂层涂覆在基材的另一个面上,在110摄氏度下固化18秒得到,离型膜复合在粘剂层外表面,可书写层包括以下重量份的原料:多官能团单体35份、低官能团单体11.6份、交联剂8.7份、附着力促进剂1.14份、甲苯9.6份、丁酮10.2份、光引发剂4.4份、流平剂1.6份、耐磨助剂0.67份和哑光粉3.6份和护眼浅绿色染料5份。粘剂层包括重量比为8:0.019:3.7:21的丙烯酸胶粘剂、固化剂、乙酸乙酯和丁酮,在23摄氏度下,先将丁酮、乙酸乙酯和丙烯酸胶粘剂混合并搅拌17分钟,加入固化剂再搅拌15分钟得到,其粘度为200厘泊。基材采用白色不透明材料制作并且铺设有亚克力涂层。

一种护眼白板膜,包括可书写层、基材、粘剂层和离型膜,可书写层涂覆在基材的一个面上,在70摄氏度下预热1.5分钟后在汞灯下固化即可,粘剂层涂覆在基材的另一个面上,在72摄氏度下固化122秒得到,离型膜复合在粘剂层外表面,可书写层包括以下重量份的原料:多官能团单体44份、低官能团单体19.5份、交联剂10.2份、附着力促进剂1.45份、甲苯15.4份、丁酮14.6份、光引发剂5份、流平剂2.8份、耐磨助剂1.1份、哑光粉5份和护眼浅绿色染料9份。
对实施例3的产品进行性能测试,测试结果如下:剥离强度不低于530g/in,表面硬度不低于2H,耐候性大于5年,耐书写次数不低于9700次,表面无橘皮纹﹑气泡﹑彩虹纹﹑不翘曲;断裂伸长率为149%,拉伸强度为276MPa,哑光度为18º,可见光反射率8%。
