本发明提供一种高粘可移转移膜及其制备方法,在BOPP表面涂覆一层吸光油墨,在底纸上涂布添加有硬化剂的亚克力胶水,然后将两者贴合;所述吸光油墨的制备方法为:将1,8‑二氨基萘,聚乙烯醇,硫化亚铁,水混合加热到120℃,搅拌6小时后,滴加水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯分散均匀后,加入增粘树脂,调配出吸光油墨。

技术领域
本发明属于膜材料领域,具体涉及一种高粘可移转移膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,新时代的年轻人,对生活的理解也越来越自由,随性,因此特别开发相关产品,适应市场年轻化需求。为了适应年轻人对装饰品及艺术品的快节奏与个性化需求,可以快速更换自己需求标签及信息(高粘可移不残胶),本发明提供一种高粘可移转移膜及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高粘可移转移膜及其制备方法,在BOPP表面涂覆一层特殊的吸光油墨,选择相关原胶,加入相应的增粘树脂及其他化学制品,调配出相应的高粘力可移胶水用于日常装饰DIY市场(包括个性化照片,个性化标签等)。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高粘可移转移膜及其制备方法,其特征在于:在BOPP表面涂覆一层吸光油墨,在底纸上涂布添加有硬化剂的亚克力胶水,然后将两者贴合;所述吸光油墨的制备方法为:将1,8-二氨基萘,聚乙烯醇,硫化亚铁,水混合加热到120℃,搅拌6小时后,滴加水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯分散均匀后,加入增粘树脂,调配出吸光油墨。
进一步地,所述亚克力胶水,硬化剂的比例为100:1.0。
进一步地,所述1,8-二氨基萘,聚乙烯醇,硫化亚铁,水的比例为1:1:0.5:4。
进一步地,所述1,8-二氨基萘,水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,增粘树脂的比例为1:1:0.5。
进一步地,所述增粘树脂为脂松香、妥尔油松香、木松香、萜烯酚醛树脂中一种。
一种高粘可移转移膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)用涂层设备在BOPP表面涂一层吸光油墨;
(2)使用搅拌设备将硬化剂加入亚克力胶水中搅拌均匀,配比为胶水:硬化剂=100:1.0;
(3)通过刮刀涂布的方式将胶水均匀的涂布在底纸上,20-25um厚度;
(4)涂布好的BOPP与底纸贴合并收卷便可得到所需产品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过特制的吸光油墨,不仅具有高吸光效果,还具有不粘胶,可实现转移无残留。本发明的产品1.表面印刷优异;2.高粘可移不残胶;3.吸光效果优秀。

实施例1
一种高粘可移转移膜,在BOPP表面涂覆一层吸光油墨,在底纸上涂布添加有硬化剂的亚克力胶水,然后将两者贴合;所述吸光油墨的制备方法为:将1,8-二氨基萘,聚乙烯醇,硫化亚铁,水混合加热到120℃,搅拌6小时后,滴加水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯分散均匀后,加入增粘树脂,调配出吸光油墨。
所述1,8-二氨基萘,聚乙烯醇,硫化亚铁,水的比例为1:1:0.5:4。所述1,8-二氨基萘,水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,增粘树脂的比例为1:1:0.5。所述增粘树脂为脂松香。
一种高粘可移转移膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)用涂层设备在BOPP表面涂一层吸光油墨;
(2)使用搅拌设备将硬化剂加入亚克力胶水中搅拌均匀,配比为胶水:硬化剂=100:1.0;
(3)通过刮刀涂布的方式将胶水均匀的涂布在底纸上,20um厚度;
(4)涂布好的BOPP与底纸贴合并收卷便可得到所需产品。

与实施例1相同,除了使用普通的吸光油墨(CN02829481.5)。
对比例2
与实施例1相同,除了不加入增粘树脂。
对比例3
与实施例1相同,除了不加入水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。
对比例4
与实施例1相同,除了不加入硫化亚铁。
将实施例和对比例的产品,粘附在同一块玻璃表面,测试粘附力,取相同的产品粘附后,撕开后,观察残留性后,将撕开后的产品重新贴附在玻璃表面,测试粘附力,计算粘附力的保持程度,计为可转移性。将产品贴附在玻璃表面上后,放入黑箱中,用可见光进行照射,并测试吸光度。

1.一种高粘可移转移膜,其特征在于:在BOPP表面涂覆一层吸光油墨,在底纸上涂布添加有硬化剂的亚克力胶水,然后将两者贴合;所述吸光油墨的制备方法为:将1,8-二氨基萘,聚乙烯醇,硫化亚铁,水混合加热到120℃,搅拌6小时后,滴加水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯分散均匀后,加入增粘树脂,调配出吸光油墨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘可移转移膜,其特征在于:所述亚克力胶水,硬化剂的比例为100:1.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘可移转移膜,其特征在于,所述1,8-二氨基萘,聚乙烯醇,硫化亚铁,水的比例为1:1:0.5:4。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘可移转移膜,其特征在于:所述1,8-二氨基萘,水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,增粘树脂的比例为1:1:0.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘可移转移膜,其特征在于:所述增粘树脂为脂松香、妥尔油松香、木松香、萜烯酚醛树脂中一种。
6.一种高粘可移转移膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)用涂层设备在BOPP表面涂一层吸光油墨;
(2)使用搅拌设备将硬化剂加入亚克力胶水中搅拌均匀,配比为胶水:硬化剂=100:1.0;
(3)通过刮刀涂布的方式将胶水均匀的涂布在底纸上,20-25um厚度;
