Abstract
A transfer conveying device and agricultural equipment relate to the field of agricultural machinery. Description
Technical Field

Background
China is a big agricultural country, the agricultural area is large, and in the field of agricultural planting, soil needs to be turned and improved after crops are harvested, so that the sowing work of the next batch of crops is facilitated. the first drum part 161 and the second drum part 163 are respectively connected to the conveying side shutter 124 in a rolling manner, and the connecting part 162 is provided at an interval from the conveying bottom plate 123. The diameter of the connecting part 162 is smaller than that of the first roller part 161 and that of the second roller part 163, so that the influence of objects such as stones on the rolling of the turning rollers 160 during conveying is reduced, and the objects such as stones can be conveyed from the horizontal conveying section 121 to the lifting conveying section 122 conveniently.
Referring to fig. 1-5, in an alternative to this embodiment, the delivery side dam 124 is undulating. The wave shape of the conveying side baffle 124 is adopted, so that when the transfer conveyor belt 120 is bent, the wave shape design can ease the bending shape.
Example two
The second embodiment provides an agricultural device, the second embodiment comprises the transfer conveying device, the technical characteristics of the transfer conveying device disclosed in the first embodiment are also applicable to the second embodiment, and the technical characteristics of the transfer conveying device disclosed in the second embodiment are not repeatedly described.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the present embodiment provides an agricultural apparatus including a transfer conveyor 100. The agricultural equipment can be suitable for transfer vehicles such as tractors with different heights to transfer stones, can improve soil and transfer stones, and improves the working efficiency of the agricultural equipment to a certain extent.
Optionally, the agricultural equipment comprises an equipment rack 200 and a hopper disposed on the equipment rack 200; the horizontal frame section 111 of the transfer conveyor 100 is fixedly connected with the equipment frame 200;
a conveying mechanism for conveying the object to the horizontal conveying section 121 is connected to the equipment rack 200;
an equipment separation baffle plate 300 is arranged between the hopper and the horizontal conveying section 121 of the transfer conveying device; the equipment isolation barrier 300 may be rotatably coupled to the equipment rack 200 to allow the conveyor to convey objects to the horizontal transfer section 121 or to allow the conveyor to convey objects into the hopper. Optionally, in an initial state, the conveying mechanism conveys the materials such as stones to the horizontal conveying section 121 and conveys the materials to a parallel transfer vehicle such as a tractor through the lifting conveying section 122; if the transfer vehicles such as tractors are not in place, the baffle 300 can be rotated by the rotating device so that the conveying mechanism can convey the objects such as stones to the hopper for temporarily storing the objects such as stones.
The agricultural equipment in the embodiment has the advantages of the transfer and conveying device in the embodiment I, and the advantages of the transfer and conveying device in the embodiment I are not described repeatedly.

Claims (10)
1. A transfer conveying device is characterized by comprising a transfer rack, a transfer conveyor belt and a lifting driving device; the transfer conveyor belt is connected with the transfer rack and can rotate around the transfer rack;
the transfer frame comprises a horizontal frame section and a lifting frame section; the lifting rack section is rotatably connected with the horizontal rack section;
the transfer conveyor belt comprises a horizontal conveying section corresponding to the horizontal rack section and a lifting conveying section corresponding to the lifting rack section;
the lifting driving device is connected with the horizontal rack section and used for driving the lifting rack section to move, so that the lifting conveying section rotates around the horizontal rack section along with the lifting rack section.
2. The transfer conveyor of claim 1, wherein the transfer conveyor comprises a transfer floor and two transfer side dams; the conveying bottom plate is connected between the two conveying side baffles.
3. The transfer conveyor device according to claim 2, wherein the transfer floor is provided with a transfer baffle; the conveying partition plate is respectively connected with the two conveying side baffle plates.
4. The transfer conveyor of claim 3, wherein the height of the transport barrier is no greater than the height of the transport side barrier;
and/or reinforcing ribs are arranged between the conveying baffle plate and the conveying bottom plate.
5. The transfer conveyor device according to claim 3, wherein the conveying side baffle is made of rubber, silica gel, a plastic fabric composite material or polyvinyl chloride;
the conveying bottom plate is made of rubber, silica gel, plastic fabric composite materials or polyvinyl chloride;
the conveying baffle is made of rubber, silica gel, plastic fabric composite materials or polyvinyl chloride.

The transfer conveyor according to claim 2, wherein the horizontal frame section is provided with a turning drum rotatably connected with the transfer frame; the turning roller is arranged above the transfer conveyor belt so that the transfer conveyor belt is divided into the horizontal conveying section and the lifting conveying section;
the turning roller comprises a first roller part, a connecting part and a second roller part which are sequentially connected; the diameter of the first roller section and the diameter of the second roller section are both greater than the diameter of the connecting section;
the first drum part and the second drum part are respectively connected with the conveying side baffle in a rolling way.
7. The transfer conveyor of claim 2, wherein the transfer side dam is undulating.
8. The transfer conveyor apparatus according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the transfer conveyor belt is endless;
the horizontal rack section is provided with an internal roller in transmission connection with the horizontal conveying section, the lifting rack section is provided with an internal roller in transmission connection with the lifting conveying section, and the internal roller is arranged inside the transfer conveying belt;
the lifting rack section is provided with an external roller in rolling connection with the lifting conveying section, and the external roller is arranged outside the transfer conveying belt.
9. An agricultural apparatus comprising the transfer conveyor of any one of claims 1-8.
10. An agricultural apparatus as defined in claim 9, further comprising an apparatus frame and a hopper disposed on the apparatus frame; the horizontal rack section of the transfer conveying device is fixedly connected with the equipment rack;
the equipment rack is connected with a conveying mechanism used for conveying objects to the horizontal conveying section;
an equipment separation baffle is arranged between the hopper and the horizontal conveying section; the equipment baffle plate is rotatably connected to the equipment rack, so that the conveying mechanism conveys the objects to the horizontal conveying section, or the conveying mechanism conveys the objects to the hopper.
