Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition for regulating skin heat dissipation and a cosmetic.
Background
When the skin is exposed to high temperature, the infrared dose to the skin is increased, which increases the expression of MMP-1, MMP-3, etc., thereby decreasing the synthesis of collagen and elastin in the skin, resulting in decreased elasticity of the skin and wrinkles.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a composition for regulating skin heat dissipation and a cosmetic.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a composition for regulating skin heat dissipation comprises Phragmites communis extract and Corni fructus extract.
The reed extract and the dogwood extract contain polysaccharide components, the gel structure of the reed extract and the dogwood extract is easy to change under the influence of external temperature, and when the reed extract and the dogwood extract absorb heat emitted by skin, the gel is changed into solution so as to absorb the heat emitted by the skin; and when the temperature is reduced, the gel can be recovered, so that the heat dissipation of the skin is reduced. The inventor finds that the heat dissipation capacity of the skin can be adjusted by matching the two components, and the rising amplitude of the skin temperature can be slowed down when the outside is high in temperature; and when the outside air temperature is lower, the speed of reducing the skin temperature can be slowed down.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the reed extract to the dogwood extract is as follows: reed extract: the ratio of the dogwood extract to the dogwood extract is 1-4: 1-4. When the reed extract and the dogwood extract are mixed according to the proportion, the cooling or heating speed of the skin can be effectively adjusted. More preferably, the weight ratio of the reed extract to the dogwood extract is: reed extract: the ratio of the dogwood extract to the dogwood extract is 2-3: 2-3. Most preferably, the weight ratio of the reed extract to the dogwood extract is: reed extract: the dogwood extract is 1: 1.
Preferably, the composition further comprises ginger root extract. The addition of the ginger root extract can be matched with the reed extract and the dogwood extract, and the outer wall of the skin is cooled or the cooling speed is reduced through heat dissipation of the surface of the skin.
Preferably, the ratio of the weight of the ginger root extract to the sum of the weight of the reed extract and the weight of the dogwood extract is as follows: ginger root extract: the sum of the reed extract and the dogwood extract is 1: 4-6. When the ginger root extract, the reed extract and the dogwood extract are mixed according to the proportion, the skin cooling speed is low.
The invention also aims to provide a cosmetic which contains the composition for regulating the heat dissipation of the skin.
Preferably, the composition for regulating the skin heat dissipation accounts for 0.1-50% of the weight of the cosmetic.
Preferably, the composition for regulating the skin heat dissipation accounts for 0.5-5 wt% of the cosmetic.
Preferably, the cosmetic is a water, an emulsion or an ointment.
The invention also aims to provide a skin external medicament, which comprises the composition for regulating the skin heat dissipation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a composition for regulating skin heat dissipation. The composition for regulating the skin heat dissipation can regulate the heat dissipation capacity of the skin, and can slow down the rise amplitude of the skin temperature when the outside is at high temperature; and when the outside air temperature is lower, the speed of reducing the skin temperature can be slowed down. The invention also provides a cosmetic and a skin external medicine containing the composition for regulating the skin heat dissipation.
Detailed Description
To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
The preparation method of the reed extract and the dogwood extract comprises the following steps: cutting the whole reed and dogwood respectively, placing the cut whole reed and dogwood into pure water for ultrasonic extraction to obtain reed and dogwood extracting solutions, decoloring the extracting solutions through D101 macroporous resin, desalting the extracting solutions through Sephadex G-15 column chromatography, distilling the obtained extracting solutions to obtain extractum, treating the extractum with 95% ethanol in a ratio of 1:5, centrifuging the extractum, taking insoluble substances on the lower layer, preparing the lower layer into 10% aqueous solution with purified water, and filtering the aqueous solution with 200 meshes to obtain the reed extract and the dogwood extract.
The viscosities of the Phragmites communis extract and the dogwood extract were measured at different ratios at different temperatures using a Brookfield DV2T type viscometer (spindle # 1, 12 rpm), and the results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
The more obvious the change of the viscosity of the composition along with the temperature is, the more easy the heat energy is converted into the change of the molecular weight in the gel of the composition, the heat energy is stored in the gel, and the composition is applied to the skin, so that the change amplitude of the skin along with the temperature change can be reduced, and the damage of the skin to the difference of the temperature change of the environment can be reduced.
As can be seen from table 1, when the reed extract and the dogwood extract are compounded, the viscosity fluctuates with temperature more obviously than that of the single reed extract or the dogwood extract, wherein when the mass ratio of the reed extract to the dogwood extract is 1:1, the difference of the viscosity with temperature fluctuation is the largest.
Example 2
The emulsion was prepared according to the formulation in table 2, the preparation method being: adding butanediol, carbomer, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and hexanediol under stirring, heating to 80 deg.C, holding for 20 min, homogenizing at high speed for two minutes, cooling to 45 deg.C, adding arginine, rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, rhizoma Phragmitis extract, and Corni fructus extract, stirring, and filtering with 200 mesh double-layer filter cloth.
