the preparation method of the alstonia-leaf extract comprises the following steps: decocting folium Alstoniae Scholaris with 6-10 times of water for 2-4 hr, filtering to obtain medicinal liquid, decocting residues with 2-4 times of water for 0.5-1 hr, filtering to obtain medicinal liquid, and discarding residues; mixing the two medicinal liquids, and evaporating to dryness.
