Experimental example:
the experiment was performed using KM mice, SPF grade, male, weighing 20+ -2 g, supplied by the university of Lanzhou medical laboratory center. 70 KM mice were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups according to body weight, 10 mice in each group, except for the normal group and the model group, and the rest groups of mice were dehaired on the abdomen 1 day before the experiment, with an area of about 2cm 2 Mice were sensitized 100 μl of 7% dncb solution on the day of the experiment, and challenged 5 days later with 20 μl of 0.5% dncb solution on the inside of the right ear of the mice, while the left ear was challenged with acetone control for 3 days/time for a total of 4 times. From the day of the excitation, the medicine is smeared on the inner side of the right ear of the mouse 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after the excitation, the medicine is smeared on the ear of the mouse 2 times a day after 12 days of continuous administration, and each scoring index is detected and is respectively:
erythema: 0 point without erythema; slight erythema for 1 minute; moderate erythema has no crust 2 minutes; moderate and severe erythema with slight crusting 3 minutes; severe erythema was accompanied by severe crusting 4 minutes.
Edema: no edema 0 score; mild edema 1 minute; moderate edema 2 minutes; severe edema 3 minutes.
Grip mark: no 0 point; there is 1 minute.
On day 20, the statistical scoring results are shown in table 1:
