背景技术
本发明涉及真空吸尘器。
真空吸尘器一般包括抽吸源和集尘器,集尘器从抽吸源生成的抽吸气流中分离碎屑并将其存储。使用者难以知晓集尘器中的碎屑量何时影响性能,所以使用者也就难以知晓何时应清空或更换集尘器。
发明内容

具体实施方式
图1示出一种真空吸尘器10。如下文所详细论述,真空吸尘器10包括可视显示器12,可视显示器12位于真空吸尘器10的集尘器14的前侧,向使用者指示集尘器14的料位(fill level)。使用者因而能够在使用真空吸尘器10时监控集尘器14的料位,来确定何时应清空或更换集尘器14。
图示的真空吸尘器10包括抽吸源16和吸嘴18。抽吸源16生成抽吸气流,通过吸嘴18从被清洁表面随抽吸气流经吸嘴18吸入碎屑。抽吸源16包括风扇和电动机。一些实施方式中,电动机为电池供电的电动机,其他实施方式中,电动机为交流电动机。此外,在图示实施方式中,抽吸源16位于吸嘴18和集尘器14之间的抽吸气流路径中。其他实施方式中,抽吸源16可设在集尘器下游或后面的抽吸气流路径中。

在图示实施方式中,所选择的传感器为IR传感器,其发射的波长在800至1000纳米(nm)之间,一个示例中为850纳米(nm)。在图示实施方式中,壳体材料为能够传导红外线的聚碳酸酯,其材料厚度低于2毫米(mm)。传导壳体材料可具有在1至2毫米(mm)之间的厚度。一些实施方式中,传导壳体材料可具有在1/2至2毫米(mm)之间的厚度。另一个替代方式中,传导壳体材料可能是丙烯酸或其他红外线传导材料。一个实施方式中,壳体24的材料包括MAKROLON 2805。
可选地,传导壳体材料可能是透明或半透明的。其他实施方式中,第二传感器36可包括提供指示集尘器中一定量碎屑的信号的压力传感器、不透明度传感器、电磁辐射传感器、超声传感器或照相机。
控制器38从传感器34、36接收信号,并处理信号,来确定集尘器料位。控制器38然后将集尘器料位输出至可视显示器12。在图示实施方式中,集尘器料位视存储空间22中底部到顶部的碎屑填充量40(图6)和过滤介质22上的压差而定。其他实施方式中,集尘器料位可仅基于这些变量之一,或这些变量之一与另一个变量的组合来确定。

参照图6,75%的料位可能等于或不等于存储空间28的底部到顶部空间填充量40的75%,这是因为料位百分比以因传感器34感测的压力为依据。例如,使用者可使用真空吸尘器10来收集非常细微的碎屑,其体积相对较小,但依附在过滤介质22上,比粗糙或大块碎屑更快地增加过滤介质上的压差。因此,当底部到顶部填充量40仍当相对较低时,可视显示器可显示100%料位。另外应理解,料位显示器12可包括从0%-100%(或类似)的刻度,刻度用图形表示料位,并不是真正的距离40(图6)。

1.一种真空吸尘器,其特征在于包括:
抽吸源,被配置为生成抽吸气流;
集尘器,与所述抽吸源流体连通,并被配置为从所述抽吸气流中分离碎屑,并且所述集尘器被配置为存储从所述抽吸气流中分离的所述碎屑;
红外线传感器,可运行所述红外线传感器来输出信号,所述信号与到所述集尘器中存储的一定量碎屑的距离相对应;
压力传感器,可运行所述压力传感器来输出与所述集尘器内的压力相对应的信号;
控制器,接收来自所述压力传感器和所述红外线传感器的所述信号,可运行所述控制器来基于来自所述压力传感器和所述红外线传感器的所述信号确定所述集尘器中的料位;
可视显示器,显示所述集尘器中的所述料位。
2.权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述集尘器包括顶端和底端,其中所述红外线传感器位于邻近所述顶端处,朝向所述底端,以确定所述集尘器中存储的碎屑量。
3.权利要求2所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述可视显示器包括第一端和第二端,并且所述可视显示器包括指示器,所述指示器随着所述集尘器料位的增长,从所述第一端向所述第二端行进。
4.根据权利要求3所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述指示器包括发光二极管阵列。
5.一种真空吸尘器,其特征在于包括:
抽吸源,被配置为生成抽吸气流;
集尘器,与所述抽吸源流体连通,并被配置为从所述抽吸气流中分离碎屑,并且所述集尘器被配置为存储从所述抽吸气流中分离的所述碎屑;
第一传感器,可运行所述第一传感器来输出第一信号,所述第一信号与所述集尘器内的压力相对应;
第二传感器,可运行所述第二传感器来输出第二信号,所述第二信号与所述第二传感器和所述集尘器中存储的一定量碎屑之间的距离相对应;以及
控制器,接收所述第一信号和所述第二信号,可运行所述控制器来基于所述第一信号和所述第二信号确定所述集尘器的料位。
6.根据权利要求5所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第二传感器包括红外线传感器,所述第一传感器包括空气压力传感器。
7.根据权利要求5所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,可运行所述控制器来基于所述第一传感器信号确定第一料位,基于所述第二传感器信号确定第二料位,其中所述集尘器的所述料位为所述第一料位和所述第二料位中较高的一个。
8.根据权利要求5所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述控制器使用下列各项中至少一项来确定所述料位:所述第一传感器和所述第二传感器的输出的结合,所述第一传感器和所述第二传感器的输出的平均值;公式或查找表,用于基于经验或其他信息来结合所述第一传感器和所述第二传感器的输出,所述其他信息包括传感器可靠性、传感器准确度,以及系统属性。
9.根据权利要求5所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于还包括位于所述集尘器上的可视显示器,可运行所述可视显示器来显示所述控制器确定的所述集尘器的料位。
10.权利要求9所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述可视显示器包括第一端和第二端,并且所述可视显示器包括指示器,所述指示器随着所述集尘器料位的增长,从所述第一端向所述第二端行进。
11.根据权利要求10所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述指示器包括发光二极管阵列。
12.权利要求6所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于,所述集尘器包括顶端和底端,其中所述红外线传感器位于邻近所述顶端处,朝向所述底端,以感测所述集尘器中存储的碎屑量。
