本发明涉及蒜片加工设备技术领域,具体为一种蒜片生产设备,其包括输送机构和切片机构,切片机构包括底座;转动轴转动设置于底座上,该转动轴上端部设置有切刀;进料底座的圆周侧壁上依次开设有进料口、切口和出料口,切口与切刀配合设置;转动盘转动设置于底座上,该转动盘沿其圆周阵列设置有挡板,两个相邻的挡板和进料底座组合形成容纳蒜瓣的容纳空间;凸轮与底座连接设置;定位组件沿进料底座的径向方向可滑动设置于进料底座上;本发明通过输送机构将蒜瓣输送给切片机构,由定位组件跟随转动盘转动过程中对蒜瓣进行夹紧定位,再由切刀与转动盘相对转动产生的剪切力对蒜瓣进行切割,保证了切好的蒜瓣大小厚度一致。

技术领域
本发明涉及蒜片加工设备技术领域,具体为一种蒜片生产设备。
背景技术
大蒜是一种常见的调味食材,具有一定的抗癌功能,是一种深受大众喜爱的可食性植物,现有的技术中,都需要使用道具将大蒜切片处理,但是在大蒜切片的过程中,通常需要人工进行摆放大蒜,再通过机器进行切割,无法做到连续生产,大大增加了人工劳动力的同时还无法提高生产效率。
在申请号为CN201910658451.7的发明专利中公开了一种智能化大蒜切片装置,包括支撑柱、固定板、连接板和停车板:所述的支撑柱一端接地,另一端连接在固定板的一端,固定板的另一端连接在连接板的一端,连接板的另一端连接在停车板的一端,所述的支撑柱内安装有控制器,支撑柱侧面上连接开关,所述的固定板与支撑柱垂直连接,连接板分别于与固定板和停车板连接端轮轴连接,连接板分别于固定板和停车板侧面槽连接,支撑柱的一端连接电源,所述的控制器、开关和电源电线连接。
但是,该发明在实际应用过程中,需要人工进行大蒜的摆放,极大的增加了人工劳动力。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种蒜片生产设备,其通过输送机构将蒜瓣输送给切片机构,由定位组件跟随转动盘转动过程中对蒜瓣进行夹紧定位,再由切刀与转动盘相对转动产生的剪切力对蒜瓣进行切割,保证了切好的蒜瓣大小厚度一致,解决了传统蒜片制作中厚度不一致的技术问题,实现了蒜片的自动化连续生产。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种蒜片生产设备,其包括输送机构和设置于所述输送机构输出端的切片机构,所述切片机构包括:
底座;
转动轴,所述转动轴转动设置于所述底座上,该转动轴上端部设置有切刀;
进料底座,所述进料底座的圆周侧壁上依次开设有进料口、切口和出料口,所述切口与所述切刀配合设置,切口沿所述进料底座的高度方向阵列设置;
转动盘,所述转动盘转动设置于所述底座上,其上部位于所述进料底座内,该转动盘沿其圆周阵列设置有挡板,两个相邻的所述挡板和所述进料底座组合形成容纳蒜瓣的容纳空间;
凸轮,所述凸轮与所述底座连接设置,其位于所述转动盘内;以及
定位组件,所述定位组件沿所述进料底座的径向方向可滑动设置于所述进料底座上。
作为改进,所述输送机构的输出端设置有料溜槽,该料溜槽指向所述进料口。
作为改进,所述转动轴与所述转动盘通过皮带传动连接设置。
作为改进,所述切刀沿所述转动轴的轴向阵列设置,且其与所述切口一一对应设置。
作为改进,所述挡板的前端部设置有容纳所述切刀通过的凹槽。
作为改进,所述凸轮包括第一突出部和第二突出部,所述第一突出部指向所述切口,所述第二突出部指向所述出料口。
作为改进,所述定位组件包括:
定位杆,所述定位杆中部设置有凸块,该定位杆的一端部与所述凸轮的表面抵触设置;
定位块,所述定位块设置于所述定位杆的另一端部,其外形与所述切刀的外形相适配;以及
弹簧,所述弹簧套设在所述定位杆外,且其连接所述转动盘和所述凸块。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明通过输送机构将蒜瓣输送给切片机构,由定位组件跟随转动盘转动过程中对蒜瓣进行夹紧定位,再由切刀与转动盘相对转动产生的剪切力对蒜瓣进行切割,保证了切好的蒜瓣大小厚度一致;
(2)本发明通过所需要切割蒜片的厚度来调整相邻两个切刀之间的距离,来适用于多个蒜片产品的生产,无需另配设备,降低了设备成本;
(3)本发明转动盘的转动来逐个定位蒜瓣位置,进料、切片与出料工序同时进行,实现了蒜片的连续式自动化生产,提高了生产效率;
综上所述,本发明具有结构简单、减轻人工劳动力,提高生产效率等优点。

如图1、2和3所示,一种蒜片生产设备,其包括输送机构1和设置于所述输送机构1输出端的切片机构2,所述切片机构2包括:
底座21;
转动轴22,所述转动轴22转动设置于所述底座21上,该转动轴22上端部设置有切刀221;
进料底座23,所述进料底座23的圆周侧壁上依次开设有进料口231、切口232和出料口233,所述切口232与所述切刀221配合设置,切口沿所述进料底座23的高度方向阵列设置;
转动盘24,所述转动盘24转动设置于所述底座21上,其上部位于所述进料底座23内,该转动盘24沿其圆周阵列设置有挡板241,两个相邻的所述挡板241和所述进料底座23组合形成容纳蒜瓣10的容纳空间101;
凸轮25,所述凸轮25与所述底座21连接设置,其位于所述转动盘24内;以及
定位组件26,所述定位组件26沿所述进料底座23的径向方向可滑动设置于所述进料底座23上。
其中,所述输送机构1的输出端设置有料溜槽11,该料溜槽11指向所述进料口231。
需要说明的是,料溜槽为光滑的倾斜斜面,使得大蒜能够顺畅的通过料溜槽进入进料口内。
并且,所述转动轴22与所述转动盘24通过皮带传动连接设置。
需要说明的是,所述切刀221沿所述转动轴22的轴向阵列设置,且其与所述切口232一一对应设置。
进一步地,所述挡板241的前端部设置有容纳所述切刀221通过的凹槽2411。
进一步地,所述凸轮25包括第一突出部251和第二突出部252,所述第一突出部251指向所述切口232,所述第二突出部252指向所述出料口233。
进一步地,如图3所示,所述定位组件26包括:
定位杆261,所述定位杆261中部设置有凸块2611,该定位杆261的一端部与所述凸轮25的表面抵触设置;
定位块262,所述定位块262设置于所述定位杆261的另一端部,其外形与所述切刀221的外形相适配;以及
弹簧263,所述弹簧263套设在所述定位杆261外,且其连接所述转动盘24和所述凸块2611。
工作过程:
如图4、5和6所示,输送机构1输送蒜瓣10通过料溜槽11进入进料口231内,由转动盘24带动转动,在转动过程中,定位杆261与凸轮25的表面抵触设置,由定位块262对蒜瓣10进行定位夹紧,当转动经过切刀221时,由切刀整齐的切割成厚度一致的蒜片,再由出料口233被定位组件26顶出,顶出后,定位杆262在弹簧263的弹性作用下回复原位,切好的蒜片进行统一收集。

1.一种蒜片生产设备,其包括输送机构(1)和设置于所述输送机构(1)输出端的切片机构(2),其特征在于,所述切片机构(2)包括:
底座(21);
转动轴(22),所述转动轴(22)转动设置于所述底座(21)上,该转动轴(22)上端部设置有切刀(221);
进料底座(23),所述进料底座(23)的圆周侧壁上依次开设有进料口(231)、切口(232)和出料口(233),所述切口(232)与所述切刀(221)配合设置,切口(232)沿所述进料底座(23)的高度方向阵列设置;
转动盘(24),所述转动盘(24)转动设置于所述底座(21)上,其上部位于所述进料底座(23)内,该转动盘(24)沿其圆周阵列设置有挡板(241),两个相邻的所述挡板(241)和所述进料底座(23)组合形成容纳蒜瓣(10)的容纳空间(101);
凸轮(25),所述凸轮(25)与所述底座(21)连接设置,其位于所述转动盘(24)内;以及
定位组件(26),所述定位组件(26)沿所述进料底座(23)的径向方向可滑动设置于所述进料底座(23)上;
所述输送机构(1)的输出端设置有料溜槽(11),该料溜槽(11)指向所述进料口(231);
所述转动轴(22)与所述转动盘(24)通过皮带传动连接设置;
所述切刀(221)沿所述转动轴(22)的轴向阵列设置,且其与所述切口(232)一一对应设置;
所述挡板(241)的前端部设置有容纳所述切刀(221)通过的凹槽(2411);
所述凸轮(25)包括第一突出部(251)和第二突出部(252),所述第一突出部(251)指向所述切口(232),所述第二突出部(252)指向所述出料口(233);
所述定位组件(26)包括:
定位杆(261),所述定位杆(261)中部设置有凸块(2611),该定位杆(261)的一端部与所述凸轮(25)的表面抵触设置;
定位块(262),所述定位块(262)设置于所述定位杆(261)的另一端部,其外形与所述切刀(221)的外形相适配;以及
弹簧(263),所述弹簧(263)套设在所述定位杆(261)外,且其连接所述转动盘(24)和所述凸块(2611)。
