牡荆油,中药名。为马鞭草科植物牡荆的叶提取的挥发油。分布于华东及河北、湖南、湖北、广东、广西、四川、贵州。具有祛痰,止咳,平喘之功效。用于慢性支气管炎。该品为淡黄色至橙黄色的澄清液体,具特殊的香气,味微辛辣,市面上多用于制牡荆油胶丸。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种工业化提取牡荆油的方法,成本低,提取辅料易得,适宜批量生产。
一种牡荆油提取方法,其特征在于提取工艺如下:
1)选取牡荆叶作为原料,洗净,切碎;
2)使用70%乙醇溶液浸泡原料30-60min,微波辅助提取20-40min,温度维持在50-70℃,重复提取2-3次,过滤去渣;
3)将得到浸提液使用活性炭进行吸附去除杂质,回收乙醇,即在-0.1MPA,55-65℃的减压条件下进行减压浓缩,得到牡荆油。
根据权利要求1所述一种牡荆油提取方法,其特征在于乙醇溶液与牡荆碎叶的体积比为1:20-1:25。
