本发明公开了一种款冬挥发油提取方法,属于中药加工技术领域。其特征在于,提取工艺如下:选取款冬新鲜根茎,切碎,浸入70%乙醇溶液中30‑60min,微波辅助提取,温度为50‑70摄氏度,重复二至三次,过滤去渣,活性炭吸附多余杂质,回收乙醇,得到款冬挥发油。本发明简便易行,具有普适性,能进行工业化生产。制得款冬挥发油具有祛痰,止咳,平喘之功效,多用于慢性支气管炎治疗。

本发明涉及一种款冬挥发油提取方法,属于中药加工技术领域。
背景技术:
款冬,中药名。分布于分布于中国东北、华北、华东、西北和湖北、湖南、江西、贵州、云南、西藏。常生于山谷湿地或林下。具有润肺下气,祛痰,止咳,平喘之功效。用于慢性支气管炎和哮喘。
学术研究中多从款冬花中提取挥发油,但其新鲜根茎中也含有挥发油成分和菊糖,本发明研究从款冬根茎中提取挥发油,实现款冬的整体有效利用。
发明内容:
本发明目的在于提供一种工业化提取款冬挥发油的方法,成本低,提取辅料易得,适宜批量生产。
一种款冬挥发油提取方法,其特征在于提取工艺如下:
1)选取款冬新鲜根茎作为原料,洗净,切成小段;
2)使用70%乙醇溶液浸泡原料30-60min,微波辅助提取20-40min,温度维持在50-70℃,重复提取2-3次,过滤去渣;
3)将得到浸提液使用活性炭进行吸附去除杂质,回收乙醇,即在-0.1MPA,55-65℃的减压条件下进行减压浓缩,得到款冬挥发油。
根据权利要求1所述一种款冬挥发油提取方法,其特征在于乙醇溶液与款冬根茎的体积比为1:20-1:25。

一种款冬挥发油提取方法,其特征在于提取工艺如下:
1)选取款冬新鲜根茎作为原料,洗净,切碎;
2)使用70%乙醇溶液浸泡原料60min,微波辅助提取20min,温度维持在70℃,重复提取3次,过滤去渣;
3)将得到浸提液使用活性炭进行吸附去除杂质,回收乙醇,即在-0.8MPA,55℃的减压条件下进行减压浓缩,得到款冬挥发油。
根据权利要求1所述一种款冬挥发油提取方法,其特征在于乙醇溶液与款冬根茎的体积比为1:25。
实施例2
1)选取款冬新鲜根茎作为原料,洗净,切成小段;
2)使用70%乙醇溶液浸泡原料30min,微波辅助提取40min,温度维持在70℃,重复提取3次,过滤去渣;
3)将得到浸提液使用活性炭进行吸附去除杂质,回收乙醇,即在-0.1MPA,65℃的减压条件下进行减压浓缩,得到款冬挥发油。
根据权利要求1所述一种款冬挥发油提取方法,其特征在于乙醇溶液与款冬根茎的体积比为1:20。
实施例3
