Moreover, the breeding yield is also seriously influenced by the occurrence of white cream disease, shrivelled fruit disease, shrimp steal death disease and the like of river crabs.

In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a three-stage water purification system for aquaculture, comprising a sedimentation purification tank, the sedimentation purification tank is sequentially provided with a biological purification layer, a waterweed purification layer and a physical purification layer from top to bottom, the biological purification layer is internally provided with at least one biological purification box which comprises a box body, the bottom of the box body is provided with a base plate, the box body is sequentially provided with a drug feeding area, a mother liquor configuration area and a biological culture area from top to bottom, the top of the box body is provided with a medicine inlet pipe communicated with the interior of the box body, one side of the box body, which is close to the bottom of the biological culture area, is provided with a water outlet communicated with the interior of the box body, the device comprises a water outlet, a common valve, a plurality of medicine throwing barrels and a plurality of medicine throwing tubes, wherein the common valve is used for controlling the water outlet to be opened and closed, the medicine throwing tubes are embedded in the medicine throwing area, and the medicine throwing tubes are of a vertically through structure.
Preferably, a stirring motor is installed at the top of the box body, a first stirring blade fan is coaxially installed on an output shaft of the stirring motor, and the first stirring blade fan is located at the bottom of the drug throwing cylinder.

s1, discharging the wastewater generated by the cultivation box body into a sedimentation purification tank through a wastewater ditch, and enabling the wastewater to flow into the biological purification box from the dosing cylinder;
s2, adding the bacteria and algae crazy from the dosing cylinder, and allowing the bacteria and algae crazy to enter the biological purification box along the dosing cylinder so as to mix the bacteria and algae crazy with the wastewater in the biological purification box;

and S6, pouring the purified water source into the drainage channel through the lifting pump, and discharging the water source into the culture box body through the drainage channel.

the invention provides a three-level purified water system for aquaculture, which comprises a sedimentation and purification tank 1, wherein the sedimentation and purification tank 1 is sequentially provided with a biological purification layer 2, a waterweed purification layer 3 and a physical purification layer 4 from top to bottom, at least one biological purification box 5 is arranged inside the biological purification layer 2, each biological purification box 5 comprises a box body 51, and a base plate 52 is arranged at the bottom of the box body 51, so that the box body 51 is conveniently arranged on the top of the base plate 52.
In this embodiment, the box body 51 is provided with a drug feeding area 53, a mother liquor configuration area 54 and a biological culture area 55 from top to bottom in sequence, and a drug inlet pipe 56 communicated with the inside of the box body 51 is installed at the top of the box body 51, so that EM bacteria can be injected from the drug inlet pipe 56, and the addition of EM bacteria can be further realized.
Furthermore, a water outlet 57 communicated with the inside of the case body 51 is formed at one side close to the bottom of the biological culture area 55, so that the water can be conveniently discharged from the water outlet 57 after the water source is purified.
Specifically, a common valve 58 for controlling the opening and closing of the water outlet 57 is installed outside the water outlet 57, a plurality of drug feeding cylinders 531 are embedded inside the drug feeding area 53, the drug feeding cylinders 531 are in a vertically through structure, so that bacteria and algae can be fed from the drug feeding cylinders 531 conveniently, and the bacteria and algae can enter the biological purification box 5 along the drug feeding cylinders 531.
In addition, agitator motor 532 is installed at the top of case body 51, and agitator motor 532's output shaft coaxial arrangement has first stirring leaf fan 533, and first stirring leaf fan 533 is located the bottom of throwing cartridge 531, drives first stirring leaf fan 533 through agitator motor 532 and rotates, and when first stirring leaf fan 533 rotated, the liquid that drives throw cartridge 531 bottom stirred, promoted the mixing of fungus algae crazy and liquid.

Furthermore, aquatic purification plants 6 are planted in the aquatic plant purification layer 3, the aquatic purification plants 6 are planted in the aquatic plant purification layer 3 all the year round, the aquatic purification plants 6 comprise euphorbia depression, waterweed, eel grass, hydrilla verticillata and water spinach, the culture tail water is subjected to plant purification, and the oxygen content of the water body is increased.
Specifically, the volcanic rock cushion layer 7 is paved in the interior of the physical purification layer 4, so that the culture tail water is subjected to preliminary physical purification, and bacteria can be effectively cultured.
Still further, the purification steps of the three-stage water purification system for aquaculture are as follows:
s1, discharging the wastewater generated by the culture box body into the sedimentation and purification tank 1 through a wastewater ditch, and enabling the wastewater to flow into the biological purification box 5 from the dosing cylinder 531;
s2, adding the bacteria and algae crazy from the dosing cylinder 531, and allowing the bacteria and algae crazy to enter the biological purification box 5 along the dosing cylinder 531 so that the bacteria and algae crazy is mixed with the wastewater in the biological purification box 5;
s3, injecting EM bacteria into the biological purification box 5 through the medicine inlet pipe 56 to purify the water;
s4, after primary purification, discharging the water source in the biological purification box 5 from the water outlet 57;
s5, double purification of the water source discharged from the water discharge port 57 through the aquatic weed purification layer 3 and the physical purification layer 4;
and S6, pouring the purified water source into the drainage channel through the lifting pump, and discharging the water source into the culture box body through the drainage channel.
Wherein, the EM bacteria have the following functions:
1) purifying water quality:
can effectively reduce the indexes of pollutants such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide and the like in the water body and increase the content of dissolved oxygen in the water body. After the water body is used, the water body is fresh and cool, the surface of the water body is floodlight and transparent, bubbles disappear, and the water body is not rotten and smelly.
2) Improving the substrate:
effectively decompose organic matters such as underwater residual bait, excrement, biological debris and the like, reduce sediment deposition, increase the content of dissolved oxygen in the water, stabilize and improve the water quality and prolong the water changing time.
3) Improving the intestinal function:
the EM bacteria mixed with the bait can reduce the pH value in the intestinal tracts of fishes, shrimps and crabs, inhibit the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria and improve the intestinal environment. Microbial metabolites such as enzymes in the EM are beneficial to improving the digestibility of the feed and the immunity of fishes, shrimps and crabs, and can promote the growth and reduce the incidence rate of diseases.
4) Activation of enzyme activity in the body:
the high-quality EM bacteria can generate enzymes and microbial metabolites in the fermentation process, and can organize trace elements in the bacteria liquid, and the organic trace elements in the bacteria liquid can excite the activity of enzymes in bodies of fish, shrimp and crab when the EM bacteria are mixed with bait for feeding, so that the anti-stress capability of the bodies is enhanced, and the healthy growth of the fish, shrimp and crab is facilitated.
5) The utilization rate of the feed is improved:
the EM bacteria are added into the feed, so that the feed attraction of the feed can be improved, the waste of the feed is reduced, and even if the feed is excessively fed, the residual feed is not easy to damage water and bottom, thereby being beneficial to the ecological stability of the culture water area.
6) The delicate flavor of fish, shrimp and crab is increased:
the metabolites and microbial proteins of the EM are rich in nutrition and easy to digest and absorb, the meat quality and the taste of the fishes, shrimps and crabs can be improved by feeding the feed containing the EM, the delicate flavor can be comparable to that of the fresh iced fishes, and the market competitiveness of aquatic products for cultivation can be improved.
7) Enhancing photosynthesis of plants:
the trace elements are important components of plant photosynthesis enzyme, and the absorption rate of organic trace elements is hundreds times that of inorganic salt, so that the physiological function of plant can be obviously regulated. After the EM bacteria are used in the culture water area, the chlorophyll content of the aquatic weeds is increased, the leaves are dark green, more oxygen can be released in the sunlight, and the improvement of the self-purification capability of the aquatic weeds on the water body and the culture water environment can be favorably improved.
8) Detoxification function:
the EM bacteria can generate a large amount of organic acid in the fermentation process, the pH value is about 3.5, and the organic acid can react with or chelate heavy metals, so that the toxicity of the heavy metals is reduced. The EM bacteria can also decompose residual pesticides on agricultural products such as vegetables, melons and fruits by spraying, so that the safety of the agricultural products is improved.
9) Synergist of fertilizer and water products:
the EM bacteria can decompose protein into amino acid and small peptide, so that the amino acid and small peptide can be easily absorbed by aquatic weeds and algae, and meanwhile, the organic trace elements in the bacteria liquid have the functions of grass cultivation and grass protection and can also promote the growth of the algae, so that the aim of fertilizing water is fulfilled. The EM bacteria and the water fertilizing paste are mixed for use, or the soybean meal or the rapeseed meal fermented by the EM bacteria is used for fertilizing water, so that the effect better than that of a water fertilizing product singly can be obtained.
10) The deodorization function is as follows:
the EM bacteria contain a large amount of probiotics, and metabolites of the EM bacteria can inhibit the propagation of putrefying bacteria, so that the deodorization effect is achieved.
Wherein, the use effect of the EM bacteria is as follows:
1) reduce the content of harmful substances in the water body.
2) Purifying the water quality.
3) Promoting animal growth, and improving immunity and disease resistance.
4) Improve survival rate and reduce death rate.
5) Raising the breeding density.
6) Preventing epidemic diseases, and reducing the use of antibiotics.
In addition, the use method of the EM bacteria:
1) water quality pretreatment, in order to enable microorganisms to settle in a water body earlier, water surface splashing (mainly a ditch) is carried out by using EM-aquatic product water purification special bacteria liquid about 7-10 days before young seedlings are put in a breeding place, and the splashing amount depends on the water body and the water area. (EM-aquatic product water purification special-purpose bacterial liquid 1Kg corresponds to 1-3 mu of water surface, and is used with EM rich water.)
2) Pretreating feed, namely spraying and stirring dry feed by using 200 times of diluent, and keeping the water content at about 30-40%; for animal baits, EM bacterial liquid can be directly used for spraying or diluting for 100 times of soaking treatment, and feeding is carried out after 2-3 hours;
3) and (4) water quality maintenance, wherein after the normal culture stage is carried out, in order to provide a good ecological environment for aquatic animals, the water surface is splashed by 1-3 mu of water surface per kilogram of water surface for about 2 times per month in each pond according to the water quality condition.
It is worth to say that the bacteria, algae and crazy component comprises compound bacteria 1 x 107Biological peptide, trace elements and potassium fulvate.
The algae crazy can supplement carbon source, trace elements such as silicon, manganese, copper, iron, zinc, sulfur, magnesium, germanium, molybdenum, chitosan, sericite, corallite, borax, selenium and other trace elements and inorganic salts in water, so that beneficial algae can grow rapidly, roots and stems of aquatic weeds are promoted to develop, the aquatic weeds are tender green, organic matters and toxic and harmful substances such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, heavy metals and the like in the water and bottom sludge are decomposed, and a large amount of nutrients such as protein and the like are generated and absorbed by the aquatic weeds.
Furthermore, the microbial differentiation process in the bacteria, algae and crazy is carried out for 5-7 days once, and the bacteria, algae and crazy are killed after living for 15-20 days through three differentiation processes, so that 50% of high-quality protein, 10% of inorganic substances and 30% of vitamins are formed, 8 amino acids are contained, particularly nucleic acid and polysome are contained, a large amount of nutrient substances are provided for a water body, and the water body can be effectively fertilized for 21 days.
The effects of the bacteria and algae crazy are as follows:
1) supplementing trace elements to the water body, providing an algae nutrient source and maintaining the balance of bacteria and algae in the water body; the fertilizer water is quickly fertilized to provide natural bait amino acid, nucleic acid, polysaccharide and growth-promoting factors for aquatic animals, improve the quality of cultured products and increase both production and income; can inhibit decomposition of moss, can make the roots and stems of the float hard, and can fertilize water for 24 hours under the conditions of temperature, illumination and the like.
2) The activity of various environmental organisms in the water body is activated, the material circulation of a pond ecosystem is accelerated, the decomposition and conversion of metabolic wastes of cultured animals into nutritive salts are promoted, the growth of harmful microorganisms is inhibited, and the contents of ammonia nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, nitrite and heavy metal in water and at the bottom are reduced. Can effectively improve the poor water quality of black water, foul water, blue algae water, muddy water, red water, oil film water and the like.
3) The dissolved oxygen in the water body is increased, the pH value is stabilized, the bacterial phase and algae balance of the water body are stabilized, the oxygen deficiency of the aquatic animals is effectively relieved, and the aquatic animals grow healthily and rapidly. No residue, full utilization of all nutrient elements by algae in the surface water layer, no formation of precipitate, and no introduction of pathogenic bacteria.

It is worth noting that the water temperature is below 15 ℃, the bacteria and algae are used after being soaked in water for 12 hours, and the water temperature above 15 ℃ can be directly added with water and stirred uniformly for use; the interval of the disinfection area is 5-7 days or the bacteria and algae are used after detoxification.
As shown in fig. 4-6, the outside of the drainage channel is communicated with a breeding box body 8, the breeding box body 8 is provided with a plurality of breeding boxes which are vertically arranged from bottom to top, the breeding boxes 8 are fixed by a fixing frame 15 to facilitate the installation and fixation between each breeding box body 8, one side of each breeding box body 8 is provided with a rest bin fixing groove 9, a plurality of rest bins 10 are detachably arranged in the rest bin fixing groove 9 and are used for the rest or the exuviation of crabs and can be taken out conveniently for cleaning, the rest bins 10 are sequentially and closely arranged, the middle part of each breeding box body 8 is provided with a scouring bin 12 for realizing the movement of water from top to bottom and ensuring the fluidity of the water, one side of each rest bin 10 close to the scouring bin 12 is in an open state to ensure the communication between the rest bins 10 and the scouring bins 12, one side of each breeding box body 8, far away from, the inside of the living cabin 11 is provided with a pasture and water cultivation board 114 for planting pasture and water which is far away from the resting cabin and can avoid crabs being hung by the pasture and water when the crabs exuviate, the inside of the scouring cabin 12 is provided with a downward inclined slide slope 121 for conveniently flushing the inside of the cultivation box body 8, the inside of the living cabin 11 is vertically provided with an oxygen conveying pipe 13 for conveying oxygen, a clapboard 141 is arranged between the living cabin 11 and the scouring cabin 12, the top of the clapboard 141 is transversely provided with an EM (effective microorganism) releasing pipe 14, the outer wall of the EM releasing pipe 14 is uniformly provided with a plurality of spraying heads for spraying EM (effective microorganism) downwards, the EM is a composite flora which mainly comprises a plurality of floras, each microorganism plays an important role respectively, the core role is that photosynthetic bacteria and lactobacillus acidophilus are dominant, the synthesis capability of the microorganism supports the activity of other microorganisms, and substances generated by other microorganisms are utilized to form a symbiotic relationship, the EM-OUNA microbial inoculum, trace elements, an exuviating agent, organic acid and vitamin C are mixed, water is added according to the proportion of 1:1 to dissolve the paste, then more than 120 times of water is added to dilute the paste evenly and sprinkle the whole pool, the treatment effect of the whole pool can be achieved, the soft shell diseases, the exuviation failure, the stress reaction, the poor appetite, the white shrimps, the giant freshwater shrimps and other diseases of shellfish aquaculture animals such as the shrimps and the crabs are reduced, the vitality of the shellfish aquaculture animals is enhanced, the shelling and the growth are promoted, and the side wall of the partition plate 141 is provided with a plurality of through holes 1411.

5. The tertiary water purification system for aquaculture of claim 1, wherein: the purification steps are as follows:
s1, discharging the wastewater generated by the cultivation box body into a sedimentation purification tank through a wastewater ditch, and enabling the wastewater to flow into the biological purification box from the dosing cylinder;
s2, adding the bacteria and algae crazy from the dosing cylinder, and allowing the bacteria and algae crazy to enter the biological purification box along the dosing cylinder so as to mix the bacteria and algae crazy with the wastewater in the biological purification box;
s3, injecting EM bacteria into the biological purification box through the drug inlet pipe to purify the water;
s4, after primary purification, discharging the water source in the biological purification box from the water outlet;
s5, double purification of the water source discharged from the water outlet through the aquatic plant purification layer and the physical purification layer;
and S6, pouring the purified water source into the drainage channel through the lifting pump, and discharging the water source into the culture box body through the drainage channel.
