Example 6
(1) Obtaining a ganoderma lucidum entity: collecting wild Ganoderma with good growth, no plant diseases and insect pests, and good color as explant in 7-month middle ten year of 2016, placing the collected wild Ganoderma in a sealed bag, immediately taking back to room, washing with tap water for 2-3 times, and wiping Ganoderma with absorbent cotton dipped with 1.5% liquid detergent;
(2) preparing a mother seed: taking 280g of potatoes, 28g of rice milk, 27g of sugar, 26g of agar and 170g of water as mother culture media, wherein the rice milk is a product obtained by pulping rice and water, and the weight ratio of the rice to the water is 1: 3.5, placing the mixture into a test tube, carrying out autoclaving for 16 minutes under the conditions that the pressure is 103.4kPa and the temperature is 121.3 ℃ to prepare a potato agar test tube for later use, inoculating the collected wild ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies to the inclined plane of the potato agar test tube by a tissue separation method, culturing at the constant temperature of 27 ℃ for 16 days to grow snow white mycelium, and selecting high-quality strains as mother seeds;
(3) preparing stock seeds: taking 45% of sawdust, 25% of platycodon grandiflorum powder, 15% of wheat bran, 45% of wheat, 8% of corn, 1.5% of gypsum, 1.5% of sugar, 2.5% of calcium carbonate and the balance of water as a stock culture medium, bagging, carrying out autoclaving for 19 minutes under the conditions that the pressure is 103.4kPa and the temperature is 121.3 ℃, inoculating a mother strain, and culturing for 41 days in an environment with the light intensity of 350LX at 27 ℃;
(4) cultivating production seeds: 55% of wood chips, 25% of sweet potato powder, 14% of wheat, 14% of corn, 4% of soybean powder, 2% of sugar and the balance of water are taken as a production seed culture medium by weight percentage, the production seed culture medium is sterilized under high pressure for 18 minutes at the temperature of 121.3 ℃ under the pressure of 103.4kPa for later use, the sweet potato powder is prepared by mixing and crushing stems, leaves and fruits of sweet potatoes, a ganoderma stock seed with strong growth vigor is selected, the ganoderma stock seed is inoculated to a test tube inclined plane filled with the production seed culture medium by a tissue separation method, hyphae can grow after the test tube is cultured for 21 days in the environment with the daytime temperature of 21 ℃, the nighttime temperature of 15 ℃ and the illumination intensity of 750LX, and the required ganoderma is selected as a. After 21 days, the rate of hyphae growth in the medium was 89.9%, and the hyphae growth was normal.

Claims (9)

1. A method for cultivating wild Ganoderma comprises obtaining Ganoderma fruiting body, preparing mother seed, preparing stock seed, cultivating production seed, and cultivating Ganoderma fruiting body,
the mother culture medium comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-300 parts of potatoes, 10-30 parts of rice milk, 10-30 parts of sugar, 10-30 parts of agar and 50-200 parts of water;
the stock culture medium comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-70% of sawdust, 5-30% of platycodon grandiflorum powder, 5-30% of wheat bran, 10-50% of wheat, 5-20% of corn, 0.5-2% of gypsum, 0.5-2% of sugar, 1-3% of calcium carbonate and the balance of water;
the production seed culture medium comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-60% of sawdust, 10-30% of sweet potato powder, 10-15% of wheat, 10-15% of corn, 1-5% of soybean meal, 1-3% of sugar and the balance of water;
the culture medium for cultivating the lucid ganoderma sporocarp comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of sawdust, 20-30 parts of potato, 10-25 parts of soybean meal, 5-7 parts of avocado paste, 3-5 parts of calcium phosphate and 100-150 parts of water.
2. The cultivation method of wild ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rice milk is a product obtained by pulping rice and water, and the weight ratio of the rice to the water is 1: 2 to 5.
3. The method for cultivating wild ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sweet potato powder is prepared by mixing and crushing stems, leaves and fruits of sweet potatoes.
4. The cultivation method of wild ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mashed avocado is prepared by pulping pitted avocado and water, wherein the weight ratio of the pitted avocado to the water is 1: 0.4 to 0.8.

The method for cultivating wild ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mother culture medium, the stock culture medium, the production seed culture medium and the fruiting body culture medium are all sterilized by high pressure steam, and the four culture media are maintained at a pressure of 103.4kPa and a temperature of 121.3 ℃ for 15-20 minutes.

9. The method for cultivating wild Ganoderma lucidum according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum is cultivated at 20-30 ℃ under illumination intensity of 1000-2000 LX for 20-35 days.
