And if the material box is judged to be in an empty box state, a default confirmation instruction of the material materials in the material box can be further sent out so as to meet the actual cooking requirement of the user.
Further optionally, the method may further include: receiving a default confirmation instruction of the material box; and if the default of the material in the material box is acceptable, generating a target material box label of the material box, wherein the actual material preparation amount corresponding to the actual material preparation material of the target material box label is 0.

For example, by comparing the identification result of the label of the material box with the food materials of the target menu, if the material preparation is determined to be incomplete, the current missed material can be directly output and prompted, and the food material preparation efficiency is improved; if the food materials needed in the menu are judged to be completely prepared, the storage position information (such as a certain shelf) of the tray bearing the food material preparation can be obtained, and the stock preparation inventory information of the dishes corresponding to the target menu can be updated according to the storage position information. And the storage position information can be acquired, and the user is prompted to take away the prepared material tray and the like through a screen or voice. Meanwhile, the prepared food material preparation information of the menu can be told to the restaurant operation platform through the network. After the restaurant operation platform acquires the information, the restaurant operation platform can accurately inquire the recipe ingredient inventory which can be processed. After the stock information is stored, the stock information may be directly forwarded to a cooking device or a background processing message terminal, such as an APP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool based on a Personal Computer (PC), and after receiving the order, the processor may go to a designated shelf to take the stock ingredients for processing. Once processing begins, the synchronization of the processing information to the restaurant service center, which also means a reduction in inventory, directly triggers the restaurant manager to issue more ingredient preparation plans.
Through the contents of the embodiments, after the food materials corresponding to the target menu are determined to be prepared, the following food material releasing operation can be performed in the specific cooking process.

By the method, the corresponding food materials can be automatically thrown according to the throwing sequence of the menu food materials.
For example, the system may scan the cartridge labels of the cartridges in advance, determine the position at which each food material is placed, and then directly grab the corresponding cartridge according to the position to launch the food material. Or when carrying out corresponding edible material and input, through sweeping yard magazine label, acquire the magazine of matching and eat material and input etc. (if the machine side removes in proper order, then eat material input operation to the magazine of this label when matching the magazine label, then the order is removed next magazine position to mismatching, scans the label of this magazine, carries out corresponding magazine input and eat material operation until finding the magazine label that matches).
Compared with the prior art, the other processing method for the material preparation data provided by the embodiment can effectively help prompt the user of the material to be prepared content of the material box, and improves the accuracy and efficiency of material preparation. After the material preparation is finished, the material box feeding operation can be further indicated through the material box label, a user does not need to care about the feeding sequence of the material boxes, the food materials corresponding to the material box label can be identified to be sequentially fed according to the feeding sequence of the recipe food materials by the machine side, the error probability in the dish processing is reduced, and the accuracy of the dish processing can be improved.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a stock data processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: an acquisition module 31 and a generation module 32.
The acquisition module 31 is used for acquiring recipe preparation information of a target recipe;
and the generating module 32 is configured to generate a material box label according to the food material type in the recipe preparation information, where the material box label is used to indicate the feeding of a material box.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: a triggering module;
the obtaining module 31 may be further configured to obtain a food material throwing instruction according to the cooking step information of the target recipe;
and the triggering module can be used for triggering the material box with the corresponding food material to be fed according to the food material feeding instruction by identifying the material box label.
In a specific application scenario, the generating module 32 is specifically configured to send indication information of a food material to be prepared according to the recipe material preparation information, where the indication information is used to indicate material preparation; and generating the material box label according to the type of the food material in the recipe material preparation information and the actual material preparation amount corresponding to the prepared actual food material, wherein the material box label is also used for indicating and adjusting the seasoning input amount corresponding to the target recipe.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, the indication information of the food materials to be prepared includes a food material type and a target preparation amount; this device still includes: an adjustment module;
the adjusting module can be used for identifying the material box label to obtain the food material type and the actual material preparation amount corresponding to the food material type; and comparing and analyzing the target material preparation amount corresponding to the food material type with the actual material preparation amount, and adjusting the original input amount of the seasoning corresponding to the target menu so as to indicate the seasoning input according to the adjusted new input amount.
In a specific application scenario, the obtaining module 31 may be specifically configured to obtain first weight information of a tray on which a material box is placed, where at least one material box can be placed on the tray, and the material box carries a target food material prepared according to the indication information; acquiring second weight information of the tray on which the material box is placed; and calculating the actual material preparation amount corresponding to the target food material according to the first weight information and the second weight information.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: a determining module and a sending module;
a determining module operable to determine whether the cartridge carries the target food material;
and the sending module is used for sending a default confirmation instruction of the material materials of the material box and outputting prompt information by the material box if the material box is judged not to bear the target material materials.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: a receiving module;
the receiving module can be used for receiving a default confirmation instruction of the material box;
the generating module 32 may be further configured to generate a target material box label of the material box if it is determined that the default of the material box is acceptable, where an actual material preparation amount corresponding to actual material preparation of the target material box label is 0.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: the device comprises a judging module and an updating module;
the judging module can be used for judging whether the food materials corresponding to the target menu are all prepared or not by identifying the material box label;
the obtaining module 31 may be further configured to obtain storage position information of the tray if it is determined that all the materials are prepared;
the updating module can be used for updating stock preparation inventory information of the dishes corresponding to the target menu according to the storage position information;
the obtaining module 31 may be further configured to obtain missing food materials and output prompt information if it is determined that the material preparation is not completed.
In a specific application scenario, the obtaining module 31 may be specifically configured to obtain a predetermined menu of dishes; identifying dish information in the dish list and the number of the to-be-made dishes corresponding to the dish information; and summing the menu stock information of the digital menu with the number of the dishes to be made corresponding to the dish information as the menu stock information of the target menu.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional units related to the processing apparatus for stock preparation data provided in this embodiment may refer to the corresponding descriptions of the methods in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and are not described again here.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 and the virtual device shown in fig. 3, correspondingly, the present application further provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method of the embodiments of the present application.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 3, in order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present application further provides a processing device for material preparation data, which may specifically be a personal computer, an intelligent kitchen appliance device, an intelligent material preparation device, a server, a tablet computer, a smart phone, or other network devices, and the like, where the device includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium for storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program for implementing the above-described method as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Optionally, the entity device may further include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a WI-FI module, and the like. The user interface may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a keypad (Keyboard), etc., and the optional user interface may also include a USB interface, a card reader interface, etc. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), etc.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-described physical device structure provided in the present embodiment does not constitute a limitation of such physical devices, and may include more or less components, or combine certain components, or arrange different components.
The storage medium may further include an operating system and a network communication module. The operating system is a program that manages the hardware and software resources of the above-described physical devices, and supports the operation of the information processing program as well as other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among components in the storage medium and communication with other hardware and software in the information processing entity device.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present application can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and can also be implemented by hardware. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment provides a processing scheme of material preparation data, and the embodiment can generate the material box label according to the food material type in the recipe material preparation information of the target recipe, so that the user can be effectively helped to prompt the food material content to be prepared of the material boxes, and the accuracy and the efficiency of the material preparation of the food material are improved. After the material preparation is finished, the material box feeding operation can be further indicated through the material box label, a user does not need to care about the feeding sequence of the material boxes, the food materials corresponding to the material box label can be identified to be sequentially fed according to the feeding sequence of the recipe food materials by the machine side, the error probability in the dish processing is reduced, and the accuracy of the dish processing can be improved.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the figures are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the blocks or flow diagrams in the figures are not necessarily required to practice the present application. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. The modules of the implementation scenario may be combined into one module, or may be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.

Claims (12)

1. A method for processing stock preparation data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring recipe preparation information of a target recipe;
and generating a material box label according to the food material type in the recipe preparation information, wherein the material box label is used for indicating the feeding of the material box.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a food material throwing instruction according to the cooking step information of the target menu;
and identifying the material box label to trigger the material box with the corresponding food material to be fed according to the food material feeding instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a cartridge label according to the food material type in the recipe preparation information comprises:
sending indication information of the food materials to be prepared according to the recipe material preparation information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating material preparation;
and generating the material box label according to the type of the food material in the recipe material preparation information and the actual material preparation amount corresponding to the prepared actual food material, wherein the material box label is also used for indicating and adjusting the seasoning input amount corresponding to the target recipe.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the information indicative of the food material to be prepared comprises a food material type and a target preparation amount;
according to the material box label, the seasoning putting amount corresponding to the target menu is instructed to be adjusted, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring the food material type and the actual material preparation amount corresponding to the food material type by identifying the box label;
and comparing and analyzing the target material preparation amount corresponding to the food material type with the actual material preparation amount, and adjusting the original input amount of the seasoning corresponding to the target menu so as to indicate the seasoning input according to the adjusted new input amount.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the obtaining of the actual ingredient amount corresponding to the actual ingredient material specifically comprises:
acquiring first weight information of a tray before a material box is placed, wherein at least one material box can be placed on the tray, and the material box bears a target food material prepared according to the indication information;
acquiring second weight information of the tray on which the material box is placed;
and calculating the actual material preparation amount corresponding to the target food material according to the first weight information and the second weight information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
determining whether the target food material is carried by the cartridge;
and if the target food material is not loaded on the material box, the material box sends a default confirmation instruction of the material box and outputs prompt information.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
receiving a default confirmation instruction of the material box;
and if the default of the material materials in the material box is acceptable, generating a target material box label of the material box, wherein the actual material preparation amount corresponding to the actual material preparation materials of the target material box label is 0.
8. The method according to any one of claims 2 or 7, further comprising:
identifying the material box label to judge whether the material preparation of the food materials corresponding to the target menu is finished;
if the material preparation is finished, acquiring storage position information of the tray, and updating stock preparation inventory information of the dishes corresponding to the target menu according to the storage position information;
and if the material preparation is not finished, acquiring the missed food materials and outputting prompt information.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining recipe preparation information of the target recipe specifically comprises:
acquiring a preset dish list;
identifying dish information in the dish list and the number of the to-be-made dishes corresponding to the dish information;
and summing the menu stock information of the digital menu with the number of the dishes to be made corresponding to the dish information as the menu stock information of the target menu.
10. A stock data processing apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the recipe preparation information of the target recipe;
and the generating module is used for generating a material box label according to the food material types in the recipe material preparation information, and the material box label is used for indicating the feeding of the material box.
11. A processing apparatus for stock material data, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
