Detailed Description
The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The technical problem that in the prior art, the operation cannot be carried out in a shared time period or the menu given by a specific instruction cannot be distinguished, so that the feeding operation cannot be accurately finished and the accuracy of dish cooking is low is solved. The present embodiment provides a processing method executed by menus together, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
101. and receiving an editing instruction of the custom menu.
In this embodiment, the customized recipe may be a recipe manually defined by the user according to the contents of the recipe, and may include customized cooking step information, cooking device information, cooking taste information, cooking material information, and the like according to the needs of the user.
For example, a user can input a menu editing instruction on an information input screen corresponding to the cooking equipment, and further customize a menu to be executed on the information input screen; or the user can edit the self-defined menu information through a terminal such as a smart phone and a tablet personal computer and then send the menu information to the cooking equipment so as to execute the operation of cooking dishes according to the self-defined menu information.
The executing body of the embodiment may be a processing device or equipment for commonly executing recipes, and may be configured on a client side, such as a control side of a cooking device, or a terminal side of a smart phone, a tablet computer, or the like. The process shown in steps 102 to 104 may be implemented to avoid a time period in which multiple recipes are shared by a common dispensing machine, so that there is no time conflict between the shared dispensing machine and the occupied time.
The batching machine with the batching instruction executing function is automatically configured through the batching instruction carried in the editing instruction of the custom recipe, and the batching machine is displayed to a user, or the user manually selects one batching machine for executing the custom recipe.
102. And acquiring menu information of the set operating menu.
The set running recipe may include an electronic recipe that is obtained and set to run from a recipe operator (the usage right of the recipe is obtained and the recipe is set to run at a predetermined time point), and/or an electronic recipe that is customized and set to run before the user (the recipe that is customized by the user before the current recipe is customized and the recipe is set to run at a predetermined time point), and so on.
The recipe information may include a recipe name of a recipe that has been set to run, cooking parameter information in the recipe (such as cooking step information, cooking equipment information, cooking taste information, cooking food information, and the like), a time point at which the recipe runs at regular time (i.e., at which time point the recipe is triggered to run, or how long time the recipe starts to run, and the like), a serial number corresponding to the recipe, and the like.
103. And acquiring the occupied first time period of the shared batching machine according to the menu information of the set operating menu.
The common dosing machine can provide automatic feeding services (such as seasoning feeding, food material feeding and the like) for at least one dish cooking device, and a plurality of dish cooking devices can share the common dosing machine.
For example, from the recipe information of the recipe 1 for which the operation has been set, the time point a at which the operation of the recipe 1 is started is acquired. Analyzing according to the recipe information to obtain the execution time of each cooking step, and obtaining a corresponding time point when the material feeding is started, for example, the third step after the electronic recipe task is started is the first step of material feeding, and the execution time of the time point a + the previous two steps is used to obtain the time point when the material feeding is started, namely the time point when the shared proportioning machine is occupied; and acquiring a corresponding feeding ending time point m after all feeding steps in the menu task are ended, for example, the seventh step in the electronic menu task is the last step of feeding, and the time point a + the execution duration of the seven steps is used for acquiring the time point of ending feeding, namely the occupied time point n of the shared batching machine. Finally, it can be determined that the common dispensing machine is occupied for a period of time m, n while a cooking task is being performed with respect to recipe 1.
104. Outputting the occupied first time period and/or the unoccupied third time period of the common dispensing machine.
For this embodiment, when the user edits the custom recipe, according to the processes shown in steps 102 to 103, the time period during which the common dispensing machine is occupied (occupied by the recipe task that has been set to run) and/or the unoccupied third time period may be output, and the specific output form may have various optional manners. For example, the time periods during which the direct output common batching machine is occupied; or the point in time at which the common dispensing machine starts to be occupied after a certain time, stops being occupied temporarily, and is occupied again after a certain time, etc. And outputting the occupied time period of the common dosing machine in various forms of characters, pictures, audio, video, light, vibration and the like. The user can clearly know which time periods the shared batching machine is occupied when editing the custom menu, and the shared batching machine can be used by effectively staggering the time periods when editing the custom menu.
Compared with the prior art, the processing method for commonly executing the recipes provided by the embodiment can output the occupied time period of the shared batching machine according to the recipe information of the set running recipe when the user edits the user-defined recipe, so that the user can clearly determine which time periods the shared batching machine is occupied, and further can effectively stagger the time periods to use the shared batching machine when the user-defined recipe is used. Avoid sharing batching machine to have the period of a plurality of recipes sharing to effectively avoid the unable operation of sharing batching machine or can't distinguish the condition of the recipe that specific instruction assigned, guarantee that sharing batching machine accomplishes according to the recipe accuracy and throw the material operation, improved the accuracy of dish culinary art.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the above embodiment, in order to fully explain the specific implementation process of the above embodiment, another processing method commonly performed by recipes is provided, as shown in fig. 2, and the method includes:
201. and when receiving an editing instruction of the self-defined menu, acquiring menu information of the set operating menu.
The number of the set operating recipes can be one or at least two, and the recipe can be an intelligent recipe (a set recipe obtained from a recipe operator) and/or a customized recipe. For example, these menu tasks that are set to run (currently running or regularly running) are obtained from the task queue, and then menu information of the corresponding menu is obtained according to these menu tasks.
202. And analyzing the obtained menu information to obtain cooking parameter information.
The cooking parameter information may include cooking step information, cooking equipment information, cooking taste information, cooking material information, and the like.
203. And calculating the occupied first time period of the common batching machine by referring to the analyzed cooking parameter information.
For the embodiment, if the recipe which is set to run is currently executed, which cooking step is currently executed can be obtained, if the first step of feeding is ongoing or the first step of feeding is already finished, and there are still unexecuted feeding steps, the execution ending time point 1 of the feeding step corresponding to the recipe can be calculated, and the time period from the current time point to the ending time point 1 is determined as the occupied time period of the common batching machine; if the first step of feeding of the currently executed menu task is not started to be executed, calculating a starting execution time point 2 of the first step of feeding corresponding to the menu and an ending time point 3 of the last step of feeding corresponding to the menu, and determining a time period between the time point 2 and the time point 3 as an occupied time period of the shared proportioning machine; if the set operating recipe is not executed currently, the starting execution time point 4 of the first step of feeding corresponding to the recipe and the ending time point 5 of the last step of feeding corresponding to the recipe can be calculated, and the time period between the time point 4 and the time point 5 is determined as the occupied time period of the shared dosing machine.
204. Outputting the occupied first time period of the common proportioning machine, and/or acquiring the unoccupied idle time period of the common proportioning machine according to the first time period, and outputting the available idle time period which can be selected.
For example, the time slot 1, time slot 2, time slot 3 of the common dispensing machine being occupied, while the idle time slot of the common dispensing machine being unoccupied is time slot 4 between time slot 1 and time slot 2, and time slot 5 between time slot 2 and time slot 3; the 5 time periods are output together, one color is used for displaying in the time periods 1, 2 and 3 (such as red), the other color is used for displaying in the time periods 4 and 5 (such as green), so that when a user customizes the current menu, the time periods can be effectively staggered to use the shared dispensing machine according to the green time period when the user customizes the menu, and the common dispensing machine is prevented from having the time period shared by a plurality of menus.
Furthermore, the user often pays more attention to the time point when the recipe starts to be executed when customizing the recipe, and even if the time period when the shared batching machine is occupied is known, certain setting errors may exist due to the fact that the user pays more attention to setting the time point when the recipe starts to run, and the situation that the shared batching machine still has the time period shared by multiple recipe tasks is caused. Therefore, to address this issue, an alternative approach is to determine a time range in which to not suggest setting the custom recipe run based on the time period the common dispensing machine is occupied, in combination with the duration of the cooking step execution of the current custom recipe prior to dosing, thereby avoiding the user from setting to start running the custom recipe at this time range.
For example, the occupied time period of the common dispensing machine is from a time point a to a time point b, the execution time period of the cooking step of the current custom recipe before the material feeding is m, the time period from the time point a to the time point m is calculated to obtain a time point c, and the time range of [ c-u, c + u ] is taken as the time range for which the custom recipe is not recommended to be set to operate, wherein u is a floating value, such as the time period of 1s and 2 s.
And another alternative is to perform the occupation time conflict judgment of the common dispensing machine according to the menu editing information of the user, and if there is a time conflict, perform the corresponding conflict time adjustment, and specifically perform the processes shown in steps 205 to 208a, 208 b.
205. And receiving menu editing information of the custom menu.
The recipe edit information may include the contents of recipe edit, such as setting the starting running time of a customized recipe, which cooking steps are available in the customized recipe, and which of the cooking steps is the step of feeding materials.
206. And acquiring a second time period for planning to occupy the shared proportioning machine according to the received menu editing information.
For example, the starting running time point of the custom recipe is b, the execution time length of each cooking step is obtained by analyzing according to the recipe editing information of the custom recipe, a corresponding time point is obtained when the material feeding is started, if the second step after the starting of the custom recipe task is the first step of the material feeding, the time point b + the execution time length of the previous step is obtained as the time point of starting the material feeding, namely the time point when the shared batching machine is occupied; and acquiring a corresponding feeding ending time point k after all feeding steps in the self-defined menu task are finished, for example, the sixth step in the electronic menu task is the last step of feeding, and the time point b + the execution duration of the six steps is used for acquiring the time point of ending feeding, namely the occupied time point j of the shared batching machine. Finally, it may be determined that the common dispensing machine is scheduled to occupy a time period [ k, j ] when a cooking task is performed with respect to the custom recipe.
207. And judging whether the shared proportioning machine has occupation time conflict or not according to the second time period and the first time period.
For example, according to a time period A for occupying the common dispensing machine by the user-defined menu plan and a time period B for occupying the common dispensing machine by the set operating menu, whether a time point intersection exists between the time period A and the time period B is judged, and if the time point intersection exists, it is proved that the shared dispensing machine is likely to have occupied time conflict; and if the time point intersection does not exist, judging that the shared proportioning machine does not have the occupation time conflict.
Further optionally, the first time period and the second time period both comprise sub-time periods when the respective cartridges are used correspondingly. That is, the time period in which the recipe is set to run and the shared dispensing machine is occupied may specifically include a sub-time period in which at least one material box required to be used is used correspondingly, and similarly, the time period in which the customized recipe plan is occupied by the shared dispensing machine may also specifically include a sub-time period in which at least one material box required to be used is used correspondingly.
For example, according to recipe information of a recipe that has been set to run, a time point a at which the recipe starts running is acquired. And acquiring the execution time length of each cooking step according to the menu information, then accumulating the execution time lengths of the steps according to the execution sequence of the cooking steps by the time point a, and if a certain cooking step is a feeding step, calculating the time point b of the feeding A according to the currently accumulated time point. If the first step is heating the pan (the execution time length is x); secondly, seasoning (blend oil) is placed, the time point of the material box 1 (containing blend oil) sharing the dosing machine which is occupied at the beginning is calculated to be a + x, and the average time m of the blend oil placed in the material box 1 is combined, so that the occupied sub-time period of the material box 1 is obtained to be [ a + x, a + x + m ]; the third step is hot oil (execution time is n); and fourthly, placing the main materials (streaky pork), calculating to obtain the occupied time point a + x + m + n of the material box 2 (filled with streaky pork) sharing the material preparing machine, and combining the average time y of placing the streaky pork in the material box 2, thereby obtaining the occupied sub-time period [ a + x + m + n, a + x + m + n + y ] of the material box 2. By analogy, the sub-time period for occupying the material box in the shared proportioning machine for operating the recipe can be calculated. Similarly, by using the same method, the sub-time period required by the user-defined recipe to occupy the material box in the common material preparing machine can be calculated, such as the sub-time period occupied by the edible oil put into the material box 1 corresponding to the plan, the sub-time period occupied by the chicken breast put into the material box 2 corresponding to the plan, and the like.
Correspondingly, step 207 may specifically include: and if the sub-time periods when the same material box is correspondingly used are overlapped, determining that the shared proportioning machine has occupied time conflict. For example, setting a running recipe 1 and a self-defined recipe 2, comparing whether time point intersections exist in sub-time periods when the same material box required to be occupied by the two recipes is correspondingly used, and if time point intersections exist in the sub-time periods when the same material box is correspondingly used, judging that the shared proportioning machine has occupied time conflicts; and if the same material box required to be occupied by the two recipes does not have the condition of conflict in use, judging that the shared dosing machine does not have the conflict in occupied time.
208a, if the shared dispensing machines have occupied time conflict, adjusting the time conflict based on the second time period and the first time period.
To this embodiment, can effectively solve the problem that sharing batching machine has many menu tasks sharing time quantum, the time quantum that sharing batching machine was occupied can accurately stagger, and then effectively avoids sharing batching machine unable operation or can't distinguish the condition of the menu that concrete instruction was assigned, guarantees sharing batching machine and accomplishes the operation of throwing according to the menu accuracy, has improved the accuracy of dish culinary art.
Optionally, step 208a may specifically include: carrying out mutual exclusion adjustment on feeding time according to the first time period and the second time period; or, outputting prompt information of time conflict adjustment so as to update and edit the self-defined menu; or the ingredient feeding mode is changed into manual feeding, so that the sub-time periods of the same material box in corresponding use do not have overlapped use time periods.
For example, the operating recipe 1 has been set to occupy the common dispensing machine for a period of 10:00 to 10:05, the time period of the custom recipe 2 plan to occupy the common dispensing machine is 10: 01 to 10: 06, prompt information of time conflict adjustment, such as characters, pictures, audio, video, light, vibration and the like, can be output to prompt a user that the shared batching machine occupies time conflict, the user-defined menu 2 needs to be edited again, and otherwise cooking errors can be caused.
For another example, when it is determined that a time point intersection exists between a time period in which the recipe 1 set to operate occupies the common dosing machine and a time period in which the recipe 2 plan defined to operate occupies the common dosing machine, the recipe feeding mode of the recipe 2 can be changed into manual feeding, so that overlapping use time periods do not exist between sub-time periods when the same material box is used correspondingly, the occupied time periods of the common dosing machine are effectively staggered, and the time period in which a plurality of recipes are shared in the common dosing machine can be avoided.
In this optional embodiment, when the shared proportioning machine has occupation time conflict, the automatic mutual exclusion adjustment of the feeding time can be performed according to the first time period and the second time period, so that the manual adjustment participation process can be reduced, the adjustment efficiency can be improved, and the relatively proper time period can be automatically found by the system, so that the occupied time periods of the shared proportioning machine can be effectively staggered, and the adjustment accuracy is more accurate than the manual adjustment participation.
The specific mutual exclusion adjustment mode may have multiple optional modes, and for example, the mutual exclusion adjustment of the feeding time is performed according to the first time period and the second time period, which may specifically include: according to the overlapped use time period between the first time period and the second time period, the overall feeding time of the first time period or the second time period is delayed or adjusted in advance; or, corresponding feeding time delay or advance adjustment is carried out on the sub-time periods with overlapped time in the first time period and the second time period; or adjusting the feeding cooking sequence of the set operating recipe and/or the custom recipe, so that the shared dosing machine has no time conflict.
For example, the operating recipe 1 has been set to occupy the common dispensing machine for a period of time from 10:05:00 to 10:00:00, and the custom recipe 2 is scheduled to occupy the common dispensing machine for a period of time from 9:58:00 to 10:05:00, if an intersection time point of 10:05:00 exists, the whole feeding time can be adjusted in advance in the time period that the recipe 2 is planned to occupy the common batching machine, so that the time period that the recipe 2 correspondingly occupies the common batching machine is 9: 57:59 to 10:04:59, thereby effectively staggering the time periods occupied by a common dispensing machine. The process is equivalent to that the whole feeding process of the recipe 2 is advanced by 1 second, and the influence on the whole cooking process of the recipe 2 is small; in addition, the whole feeding process of the menu 2 can be advanced by 0.1 second, or the whole feeding process of the menu 1 can be delayed for adjustment.
As another example, the time period in which the operating recipe 1 is set to occupy the common dispensing machine includes: the material box 1 occupies a time period A correspondingly, the material box 2 occupies a time period B correspondingly, and the material box 3 occupies a time period C correspondingly; the time period for which the custom recipe 2 plan occupies a common dispensing machine includes: the material box 1 correspondingly occupies a time period D, the material box 2 correspondingly occupies a time period E, and the material box 3 correspondingly occupies a time period F; only if the time intervals A and D corresponding to the material box 1 have time intersection, the time interval A can be correspondingly advanced/delayed, or the time interval D can be correspondingly advanced/delayed, so that the time intervals A and D can be used in a staggered manner.
Except for the above-mentioned several optional modes of mutual exclusion adjustment, this embodiment still can adjust the feeding culinary art order that has set up operation menu and/or self-defined menu for there is not the occupation time conflict in sharing proportioning machine, also can effectively carry out the mutual exclusion adjustment through this kind of optional mode, avoids sharing proportioning machine to have the time interval that a plurality of menus are shared, thereby effectively avoids sharing proportioning machine unable operation or can't distinguish the condition of the menu that specific instruction was assigned. Illustratively, the process may specifically include: firstly, acquiring a target material box with overlapped use time periods when in use; the order of use between the target cartridge and the other cartridges is then adjusted so that there are no overlapping periods of use when the target cartridge is used.
For example, for recipes 1 and 2 with two conflicting times (there is a common time to use the common ingredient machine), target cartridges with overlapping use periods are obtained when used, and by adjusting the use sequence between the target cartridges and other cartridges in recipe 1 and/or adjusting the use sequence between the target cartridges and other cartridges in recipe 2, there is no overlapping use period when used for the two recipes. If the conflict period is soy sauce throwing, the soy sauce throwing step of one menu can be replaced with a previous or subsequent step (such as vinegar throwing). Through this kind of mode also can make simply effectively not have overlapping service time section between the sub-time section when same magazine corresponds the use to effectively stagger the time section that shared batching machine was occupied, can avoid shared batching machine to have the time section that a plurality of recipes were shared.
For this embodiment, in the mutual exclusion adjustment, one of the recipes may be selected for adjustment, or a plurality of recipes may be selected for simultaneous adjustment, etc. Further optionally, the mutually exclusive adjustment of the feeding time is performed according to the first time period and the second time period, and specifically includes: firstly, selecting a target menu with priority adjustment from a self-defined menu and a set operating menu, wherein the target menu is a non-self-defined menu, or a menu with cooking power less than a preset power threshold value when a conflict material box correspondingly feeds materials, or a menu with pot bottom temperature less than a preset temperature threshold value when the conflict material box correspondingly feeds materials; and then, aiming at the target menu, carrying out mutual exclusion adjustment on feeding time according to the first time period and the second time period. For example, a non-user-defined menu or a menu with lower cooking power/pan body temperature during feeding can be preferentially adjusted, so that the influence on the taste of cooked dishes is less, and the influence on the taste of the dishes can be reduced under the condition that a plurality of menus are shared by a shared dosing machine in a shared time period is avoided.
Further, after the step 208a, the method may further include: and synchronously adjusting other cooking parameters of the same menu according to the adjusted sub-time period when the material box is used, wherein the other cooking parameters comprise cooking power and/or power of a smoke extractor. For example, other cooking parameters can be synchronously adjusted when the material box is adjusted, such as adjustment of cooking power during discharging, adjustment of power of a smoke extractor and the like. Through the automatic cooperative control strategy, the accuracy of dish cooking can be improved, the accurate multi-device cooperative control can be realized, and the control efficiency and timeliness can be improved.
And a step 208b parallel to the step 208a, if the shared proportioning machine does not have the occupied time conflict, judging that the setting of the custom menu is successful, and inputting menu editing information corresponding to the custom menu.
After the user-defined menu is successfully set, corresponding prompt information can be output to inform the user that the setting is successful. The user-defined menu can automatically run corresponding menu tasks according to the preset time, and further cooking operation of dishes is achieved. When a common dispensing machine (cup type) runs multiple recipes or automatic cooking and self-defining simultaneously run, in order to distinguish the recipes, different color indicator lamps can be used below the cup or a display screen can be used for displaying which recipe is.
Compared with the prior art, the processing method for commonly executing the recipes provided by the embodiment can output the occupied time period of the shared batching machine according to the recipe information of the set running recipe when the user edits the custom recipe, so that the user can clearly determine which time periods the shared batching machine is occupied, and further can effectively stagger the time periods to use the shared batching machine when the user edits the custom recipe.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a processing apparatus for commonly executing recipes, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: a receiving module 31, an obtaining module 32, and an output module 33.
The receiving module 31 is used for receiving an editing instruction of a custom menu;
the acquisition module 32 may be configured to acquire recipe information of a recipe that has been set to run;
the obtaining module 32 may be further configured to obtain an occupied first time period of the common batching machine according to the recipe information;
