本发明中氨基酸可以促进肝脏解毒、排重金属、解酒、抗疲劳、祛斑美白;葡萄籽提取物具有超强的延缓衰老和增强免疫力的作用;维生素C能够抗氧化,保护其他抗氧化剂,保护细胞、解毒、保护肝脏、提高人体免疫力、促进胶原蛋白的合成;白藜芦醇具有明显的抗氧化、延缓衰老、祛斑美白的作用;花青素,又名花色素,是一种水溶性的植物色素,存在于液泡内的细胞中。其与糖类物质以糖苷键结合之后即为花色苷,与花的颜色、叶变红等有关,是一种天然的抗氧化剂,可防止皮肤皱纹的提早生成,更能补充营养及消除体内有害的自由基。
本发明中,活性短肽(简称短肽)在生命过程中所起的作用比氨基酸更加积极,不需消化,直接吸收,可以完整的形式迅速优先被吸收。短肽在被人体吸收时,对氨基酸有保护作用,可保护氨基酸不受破坏,还表现出载体作用,吸附微量元素运送到人体。活性短肽的吸收优于蛋白质、氨基酸的代谢,可在人体内等渗吸收,不消耗能量,快速利用,其特有的肽链还会在与人体所需要的蛋白质结构中起到相应的功效。不同的活性短肽其功效作用也有所不同。
本发明营养组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、先将活性短肽与矿物质进行螯合;
b、再将螯合物用磷脂包埋形成包埋物;
c、将其他组分和步骤b所制备的包埋物,混匀即可。
一种含有上述多功能营养组合物的保健食品,以多功能营养组合物为主料,配以常规辅料制作成不同剂型的食品,辅料可以为香精、色素、甜味剂、防腐剂等辅料中的一种或几种。
优选食品剂型为粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、胶囊、糖果、口服液、饮料、饼干、月饼或酒剂。
本发明相对于现有技术而言,有益效果如下:
本发明中,活性短肽与矿物质的螯合物的生物利用度较单一的活性短肽或矿物质都有显著提高,用磷脂包埋后解决了其螯合物在产品中的不稳定现象,同时加快了在体内转运的速度,显著提高吸收和利用的速度;氨基酸与保湿剂的混合解决了活性物质在产品中的稳定性,抗氧化剂显著延长了产品的货架期和保质期。
本发明营养组合物中各组分在产品中的制约显著延长了产品在保质期内的稳定性,同时它们相互间在体内的协同作用又显著提高了生物利用度和保健功效。

活性短肽50份,矿物质0.1份,抗氧化剂10份,保湿剂20份。

大米肽20份,阿胶肽5份,铁矿物质4份,锌矿物质3份,维生素B 7份,海藻提取物8份,磷脂25份,支链氨基酸15份,蛋白质25份。
实施例24:
乌鸡肽25份,葡萄糖酸亚铁7份,维生素P 7份,洋甘菊提取物8份,磷脂25份,支链氨基酸15份,蛋白质40份。
以上营养组合物不含有磷脂的制备方法是:
a、先将活性短肽与矿物质进行螯合;
b、再将螯合物与其他组合混合均匀即可。
以上营养组合物中含有磷脂时,不含有氨基酸的制备方法是:
a、先将活性短肽与矿物质进行螯合;
b、再将螯合物用磷脂包埋形成包埋物;
c、将其他组分和步骤b所制备的包埋物,混匀即可。
当营养组合物含有氨基酸时,先将氨基酸与保湿剂混合均匀,再将步骤b制备的包埋物与其他组分加入,混合均匀。
以上述营养组合物为主料,配以常规辅料制作成不同剂型的食品。食品剂型可以为粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、胶囊、糖果、口服液、饮料、饼干或月饼。
下面对实施例1-24进行功效性验证。
一、安全性试验:
将实施例4、8和10制备的实施例产品进行大鼠30天喂养实验,样品状态为液态,人体口服推荐剂量为每日33g,因推荐剂量较大,再去除部分辅料样品后进行试验,去部分辅料样品服用量为6g/天,成人体重按60kg计算,折合去部分辅料样品推荐剂量为0.1g/k·bw。参考《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)采用常规小鼠进行急性经口毒性试验、Ames试验,小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验来检验产品毒性。
发现该去辅料产品对雌、雄小鼠的最大耐受剂量(MTD)大于15.00g/k·bw,属无毒级。Ames实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验、小鼠精子畸形实验结果均为阴性。以2.50%、5.00%、10.00%的比例将样品掺入饲料喂饲大鼠30天,对照组饲以基础饲料。实验期间,动物生长发育良好,各组剂量组体重、增重、食物利用率、血常规指标、血生化指标、脏器重量及脏器/体重比值与对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。大体解剖和组织病理检查未见明显与样品有关的异常改变。说明该样品30天喂养对大鼠未见明显毒副作用。
二、美容功效验证
实施例17、19、22和23制备得到的实施例产品根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)进行对改善皮肤水分的人体试食试验(测试前额眉间皮肤的水分)。本试验全体受试者年龄均在30-50岁,皮肤水分≤12,排除妊娠或哺乳期妇女以及有心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统性疾病等患者。160名受试者随机分为8组,每组20人。测定方法:在宽敞、通风条件良好,温度、湿度等空间环境稳定的检查室进行,在安静状态下用洁净棉球蘸蒸馏水清洁被测部位,擦干后15分钟进行水份的测定,试食前后测定工作由同一台仪器、同一人操作。
对照组服用安慰剂,33g/次,每天1次;
阳性对照一组服用大豆肽、大米肽、人参肽、阿胶肽和豌豆肽的1:1:1:1:1混合物,4.29g/次,每天1次;
阳性对照二组服用锌矿物质,4.43g/次,每天1次;
实验一组-五组分别对应服用本发明实施例17、18、19、22和23制备的营养组合物,33克/次,每天一次。
按照上述实验方法连续服用90天,实验期间受试者不改变原来的生活和饮食习惯,正常饮食。

从表中可以看出,服用本发明的组合物后,额眉间皮肤的水分改善效果极显著,从阳性对照一组和阳性对照二组来看,单纯的锌矿物质改善皮肤水分效果微乎其微,单纯的活性短肽补水效果并不明显;但是从实验一组至实验五组对比来看,生物短肽和矿物质结合,改善皮肤水分的效果倍增。
祛黄褐斑功能实验
1.样品:按实施例22所述配方的样品。人拟用剂量2g/60kg·BW·日。
2.受试者要求:面部淡褐色至深褐色,界限清楚的斑片,无其它症状,青春期后女性,无明显内分泌疾病,并排除其它疾病引起的色素沉淀。
3.剂量选择:分受试组和对照组,每组50例。对照组服用等量安慰剂(安慰剂制备方法同于实验组保健品,但锌矿物质用淀粉代替)。
4、计量和使用方法:给予30天。受试者试验期间停止使用其它口服及外用有关养颜祛斑的用品。试验期间不改变原料饮食习惯,正常饮食。
5、结果
5.1安全指标:受试组和对照组的血象、血脂、血糖、肝肾功能的身体各项安全指标无明显变化。
5.2功效性指标

试验表明食用实施例22组合物的受试组黄褐斑面积平均减少,且颜色明显变淡,有效率达84%。
由上述实施例功效验证可以看出,本发明中,矿物质与活性短肽复配,对于活性短肽有明显地增效作用。

1.一种多功能营养组合物,其特征在于含有活性短肽、矿物质、抗氧化剂和保湿剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能营养组合物,其特征在于还含有磷脂对所述活性短肽和矿物质进行包埋。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能营养组合物,其特征在于还含有氨基酸和/或蛋白质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能营养组合物,其特征在于所述活性短肽和矿物质的质量比为1:0.002~10。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能营养组合物,其特征在于所述活性短肽和磷脂的质量比为1:0.002~30。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能营养组合物,其特征在于包括以下质量份组分:

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能营养组合物,其特征在于所述活性短肽的分子量为5000道尔顿以下,所述的活性短肽为大米肽、大豆肽、豌豆肽、海参肽、乌鸡肽、人参肽、玉米肽、阿胶肽和牡蛎肽中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求3所述的多功能营养组合物,其特征在于所述的氨基酸为L-半光氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、γ-酪氨酸、L-丙氨酸、支链氨基酸和牛磺酸中的一种或几种。
9.一种权利要求3所述多功能营养组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、先将活性短肽与矿物质进行螯合;
b、再将螯合物用磷脂包埋形成包埋物;
c、将其他组分和步骤b所制备的包埋物,混匀即可。
10.一种含有权利要求1-9中任一项所述的多功能营养组合物的保健食品,其特征在于所述的食品剂型为粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、胶囊、糖果、口服液、饮料、饼干、月饼或酒剂。
