Abstract

本发明提供的一种复合板材,包括玻璃钢层及蜂窝芯,所述蜂窝芯夹设于两层所述玻璃钢层之间,或包覆于玻璃钢层内部,所述玻璃钢层为至少一玻璃纤维与粘胶剂固化形成,所述粘胶剂主要由水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂复配而成,其中高分子阻燃剂包括聚醚多元醇分子链的侧基上引入芳基溴、磷酸酯、硅氧基或环状基团中的一种的衍生物。本发明对粘胶剂进行改性,采用水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂复配,引入阻燃基团,提高粘胶剂的耐温性能,从而使得整体复合板材的阻燃等级提高。

本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,特别是指一种复合板材。
背景技术
蜂窝复合板材是一种工业化生产的新一代高性能装饰装潢材料,由蜂窝和纤维层和树脂粘胶剂复合而成,具有环保节能无污染,轻质抗震、防火、保温、隔音等优点,在厨卫领域得到很好的应用。但一般现有的树脂粘胶剂层耐燃等级不高,影响整体板材的阻燃特性,有待进一步提高。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种改进的复合板材。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种复合板材,包括玻璃钢层及蜂窝芯,所述蜂窝芯夹设于两层所述玻璃钢层之间,或包覆于玻璃钢层内部,所述玻璃钢层为至少一玻璃纤维与粘胶剂固化形成,所述粘胶剂主要由水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂复配而成,其中高分子阻燃剂包括聚醚多元醇分子链的侧基上引入芳基溴、磷酸酯、硅氧基或环状基团中的一种的衍生物。
进一步的,水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂的重量配比为(5-45):(45-95)。
进一步的,所述水溶性聚氨酯主要由多异氰酸酯和具有亲水基的多元醇化合物及能够与聚氨酯形成化学键结的阻燃剂聚合反应得到。
进一步的,所述多异氰酸酯包括二异氰酸甲苯酯、4,4'-二异氰酸二苯甲烷酯、二异氰酸异佛尔酮酯、二异氰酸六亚甲基酯、4,4'-二异氰酸二环己基甲烷酯、对-二异氰酸苯酯、二异氢酸p,p'-二苯基酯中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述亲水基选自膦酸基、磷酸基、羧酸基、磺酸基中一种或多种。
进一步的,所述能够与聚氨酯形成化学键结的阻燃剂至少具有一羟基或一氨基。
进一步的,含有羟基的阻燃剂包括氧化钛、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁中一种或多种。
进一步的,所述水溶性聚氨酯还添加有磷酸三乙酯、甲基膦酸二甲酯、乙基膦酸二乙酯、丙基膦酸二甲酯、磷酸三異丙基苯酯、含磷阻燃剂、含氮阻燃剂中一种或多种。
进一步的,所述复合板材还包括一面层,所述面层设置于所述蜂窝芯的上层,通过所述玻璃钢层中粘胶剂贴合粘结。
进一步的,所述面层的材料为陶瓷、铝塑板、大理石、SPC板、彩钢板、铝板中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的复合板材,对粘胶剂进行改性,采用水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂复配,引入阻燃基团,提高粘胶剂的耐温性能,从而使得整体复合板材的阻燃等级提高。

在具体实施方式中,水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂的重量配比为(5-45):(45-95)。所述水溶性聚氨酯主要由多异氰酸酯和具有亲水基的多元醇化合物及能够与聚氨酯形成化学键结的阻燃剂聚合反应得到。其中,所述多异氰酸酯包括二异氰酸甲苯酯、4,4'-二异氰酸二苯甲烷酯、二异氰酸异佛尔酮酯、二异氰酸六亚甲基酯、4,4'-二异氰酸二环己基甲烷酯、对-二异氰酸苯酯、二异氢酸p,p'-二苯基酯中的一种或多种。所述亲水基选自膦酸基、磷酸基、羧酸基、磺酸基中一种或多种。所述能够与聚氨酯形成化学键结的阻燃剂至少具有一羟基或一氨基。含有羟基的阻燃剂包括氧化钛、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁中一种或多种。
在具体实施方式中,所述水溶性聚氨酯还添加有磷酸三乙酯、甲基膦酸二甲酯、乙基膦酸二乙酯、丙基膦酸二甲酯、磷酸三異丙基苯酯、含磷阻燃剂、含氮阻燃剂中一种或多种。
在具体实施方式中,所述复合板材还包括一面层,所述面层设置于所述蜂窝芯的上层,通过所述玻璃钢层中粘胶剂贴合粘结。其中,所述面层的材料为陶瓷、铝塑板、大理石、SPC板、彩钢板、铝板中的一种。
下面具体举例对本发明的复合板材的阻燃性能进行测试。
以面层材料为陶瓷的复合板材为例,陶瓷面层背面依次设置一玻璃钢层、蜂窝芯和另一玻璃钢层。
实施例1
玻璃钢层采用水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂复配而成,两者的质量配比为10:45,其中,水溶性聚氨酯主要由二异氰酸甲苯酯和占原料总质量8%的具有膦酸基的多元醇及占原料总质量1.5%的氢氧化铝制成;所述高分子阻燃剂为聚醚多元醇分子链的侧基上引入芳基溴。
实施例2
玻璃钢层采用水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂复配而成,两者的质量配比为25:60,其中,水溶性聚氨酯主要由二异氰酸异佛尔酮酯、二异氰酸六亚甲基酯和占原料总质量20%的具有羧酸基的多元醇及占原料总质量5%的氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁制成,所述高分子阻燃剂为聚醚多元醇分子链的侧基上引入硅氧基。
实施例3
玻璃钢层采用水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂复配而成,两者的质量配比为40:85,其中,水溶性聚氨酯主要由4,4'-二异氰酸二环己基甲烷酯、对-二异氰酸苯酯、二异氢酸p,p'-二苯基酯、乙基膦酸二乙酯、丙基膦酸二甲酯,和占原料总质量25%的具有羧酸基、磷酸基的多元醇,及占原料总质量3%的氧化钛和碳酸钙制成;所述高分子阻燃剂为聚醚多元醇分子链的侧基上引入芳香溴和磷酸酯。
以上实施例产品经检测其阻燃等级符合UL94;2010,20mmVERTICALBURNINGTEST标准的V–1级阻燃特性;其燃烧物及其燃烧时产生的烟雾的卤素含量符合欧洲标准BSEN14582:2007的要求。在其他实施方式中,所述水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂的组份及含量不限定为以上实施方式;当高分子阻燃剂含量偏高时,产品的粘度会很大,不利于加工作业,当高分子阻燃剂含量偏低时,阻燃效果不够理想。
本发明中高分子阻燃剂可以大幅提高聚氨酯的阻燃性能,解决阻燃剂迁移的问题,充分发挥阻燃基团的作用,且当含有多个阻燃基团时能够产生阻燃协同效能,如含溴磷阻燃元素时。本发明还采用能够与聚氨酯形成化学键结的阻燃剂,更强化了复合板材的结构强度,因此遇热/火焰时不会有收缩、熔融、滴垂等现象;具有亲水基的多元醇化合物含有阻燃基团,可以充分利用空间资源,弥补无机阻燃剂颗粒较大,添加量有限的不足,进一步提高防火性,在具体实施例中,可以采用不同粒径进行混合;此外,也搭配了无机阻燃剂的防火性,最终制得耐燃性能优良的蜂窝复合板材。

1.一种复合板材,包括玻璃钢层及蜂窝芯,所述蜂窝芯夹设于两层所述玻璃钢层之间,或包覆于玻璃钢层内部,其特征在于:所述玻璃钢层为玻璃纤维与粘胶剂固化形成,所述粘胶剂主要由水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂复配而成,其中高分子阻燃剂包括聚醚多元醇分子链的侧基上引入芳基溴、磷酸酯、硅氧基或环状基团中的一种的衍生物,所述水溶性聚氨酯主要由多异氰酸酯和具有亲水基的多元醇化合物及能够与聚氨酯形成化学键结的阻燃剂聚合反应得到,所述能够与聚氨酯形成化学键结的阻燃剂包括氧化钛、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁中一种或多种,所述水溶性聚氨酯与高分子阻燃剂的重量配比为(5-45):(45-95),所述多异氰酸酯包括二异氰酸甲苯酯、4,4'-二异氰酸二苯甲烷酯、二异氰酸异佛尔酮酯、二异氰酸六亚甲基酯、4,4'-二异氰酸二环己基甲烷酯、对-二异氰酸苯酯、二异氰酸p,p'-二苯基酯中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合板材,其特征在于:所述亲水基选自膦酸基、磷酸基、羧酸基、磺酸基中一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合板材,其特征在于:所述水溶性聚氨酯还添加有磷酸三乙酯、甲基膦酸二甲酯、乙基膦酸二乙酯、丙基膦酸二甲酯、磷酸三异丙基苯酯、含氮阻燃剂中一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合板材,其特征在于:所述复合板材还包括一面层,所述面层设置于所述蜂窝芯的上层,通过所述玻璃钢层中粘胶剂贴合粘结。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合板材,其特征在于:所述面层的材料为陶瓷、铝塑板、大理石、SPC板、彩钢板、铝板中的一种。
