Abstract

本发明涉及一种聚氨酯硬泡,具体为一种材料配方适宜,发泡后材料性能突出,品质稳定的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料及其制备方法。本发明所述的泡沫塑料,由聚醚多元醇和助剂,以及强化材料制成,其中,所用的助剂质量份数以聚醚多元醇的总量100份为基准;聚醚多元醇包括质量份数为50-60蔗糖聚醚多元醇,30-40的聚醚二醇,5-10的季戊四醇聚醚多元醇;助剂包括由三氯异丙基磷酸酯(TCPP)和甲基磷酸二甲脂(DMMP)组成的阻燃剂。其制备方法,是按配方称取聚醚多元醇,助剂和强化材料,并将助剂和强化材料加入到聚醚多元醇中,在电搅拌器上混合搅拌10s,然后倒入到模具中,使其发泡,待泡沫熟化彻底后出模成型。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯硬泡,具体为一种高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料及其制备方法。
背景技术
硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,简称聚氨酯硬泡,它在聚氨酯制品中的用量仅次于聚氨酯软泡。聚氨酯硬泡多为闭孔结构,具有绝热效果好、重量轻、比强度大、施工方便等优良特性,同时还具有隔音、防震、电绝缘、耐热、耐寒、耐溶剂等特点,广泛用于冰箱、冰柜的箱体绝热层、冷库、冷藏车等绝热材料,建筑物、储罐及管道保温材料,少量用于非绝热场合,如仿木材、包装材料等。一般而言,较低密度的聚氨酯硬泡主要用作隔热保温材料,较高密度的聚氨酯硬泡可用作结构材料,例如仿木材。聚氨酯硬泡一般为室温发泡,成型工艺比较简单。按施工机械化程度可分为手工发泡及机械发泡;按发泡时的压力可分为高压发泡及低压发泡;按成型方式可分为浇注发泡及喷涂发泡。
目前,聚氨酯硬泡主要用途有以下方面,1食品等行业冷冻冷藏设备:如冰箱、冰柜、冷库、冷藏车等,聚氨酯硬泡是冷冻冷藏设备的最理想的绝热材料。2.工业设备保温:如储罐、管道等。3.建筑材料:在欧美发达国家,建筑用聚氨酯硬泡占硬泡总消耗量的一半左右,是冰箱、冰柜等硬泡用量的一倍以上;在中国,硬泡在建筑业的应用还不像西方发达国家那样普遍,所以发展的潜力非常大。4.交通运输业:如汽车顶篷、内饰件等。5.仿木材:高密度(密度300~700kg/m3)聚氨酯硬泡或玻璃纤维增强硬泡是结构泡沫塑料,又称仿木材,具有强度高、韧性好、结皮致密坚韧、成型工艺简单、生产效率高等特点,强度可比天然木材高,密度可比天然木材低,可替代木材用作各类高档制品。但是,现有的高密度的聚氨酯硬泡,由于其组份配比和工艺的缺陷,使得模塑泡沫制品的品质参差不齐,而且各种助剂的不合理添加也使得泡沫最终的质量难以提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种材料配方适宜,发泡后材料性能突出,品质稳定的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料及其制备方法。
本发明高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,由聚醚多元醇和助剂,以及强化材料制成,其特征在于,所用的助剂质量份数以聚醚多元醇的总量100份为基准;所述聚醚多元醇包括质量份数为50-60蔗糖聚醚多元醇,30-40的聚醚二醇,5-10的季戊四醇聚醚多元醇;所述的助剂包括由三氯异丙基磷酸酯(TCPP)和甲基磷酸二甲脂(DMMP)组成的阻燃剂。
进一步,所述的TCPP的质量份数为5-10,DMMP的质量份数为8-15。
进一步,所述的强化材料为直径0.2-0.4mm的玻璃纤维,质量份数为0-50。
进一步,所述的助剂还包括发泡剂,催化剂,泡沫稳定剂和胶黏剂。
更进一步,所述的发泡剂为纯度大于99.7%的一氟二氯乙烷(HCFC-141b),质量份数为7-9。
更进一步,所述的催化剂为由质量份数为0-0.5的六氢化三嗪和质量份数为1-2的二甲基环已胺混合而成的复合催化剂。
更进一步,所述的泡沫稳定剂为质量份数为1.5-2.5的气体硅油(DC5604)。
更进一步,所述的胶黏剂为质量份数为22-26的多异氰酸酯(PAPI)。
本发明高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,针对以上所述的任意一种泡沫塑料,其特征在于,按上述配方称取聚醚多元醇,助剂和强化材料,并将助剂和强化材料加入到聚醚多元醇中,在电搅拌器上混合搅拌10s,然后倒入到模具中,使其发泡,待泡沫熟化彻底后出模成型。
本发明高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料及其制备方法,通过三种聚醚多元醇的混合,能够保证制备出的泡沫塑料具有良好的机械性能,同时保证了其适当的粘度,使其具有良好的互溶性和发泡流动性,提高了其工艺性能;然后通过两种阻燃剂的配合使用,极大的提高了其阻燃的效果,明显的大于单一阻燃剂和多种阻燃剂的混合;再配合其他助剂使各个原料之间的相容性大为提高,并且有效的消除了泡沫表面的针孔现象,加快了成型速率,提高了制品的成品率;其有益效果在于,配比合理,成本低廉,成品的品质高;方法简单,高效环保,稳定快捷,操作方便。
具体实施方式
以下结合优选的实施方式,对本发明进一步的进行解释和说明。
本发明高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,由聚醚多元醇和助剂,以及强化材料制成,其中,所用的助剂质量份数以聚醚多元醇的总量100份为基准;聚醚多元醇包括质量份数为50-60蔗糖聚醚多元醇,30-40的聚醚二醇,5-10的季戊四醇聚醚多元醇;助剂包括由三氯异丙基磷酸酯(TCPP)和甲基磷酸二甲脂(DMMP)组成的阻燃剂。其中在一定范围内,聚醚多元醇的官能度越大所得到的泡沫塑料的机械性能越好,但是物料的相容性就越小,本发明中以官能度大的蔗糖聚醚多元醇和官能度小的聚醚二醇为主,配以季戊四醇聚醚多元醇为补充,不经保证了其工艺性能,也提高了其机械性能;在通过TCPP和DMMP相配合的阻燃剂做阻燃处理,在保证其机械性能的同时,大大的提高了阻燃性能。
其中,TCPP的质量份数为5-10,DMMP的质量份数为8-15;强化材料为直径0.2-0.4mm的玻璃纤维,质量份数为0-50。助剂还包括发泡剂,催化剂,泡沫稳定剂和胶黏剂。
其中,发泡剂为纯度大于99.7%的一氟二氯乙烷(HCFC-141b),质量份数为7-9。催化剂为由质量份数为0-0.5的六氢化三嗪和质量份数为1-2的二甲基环已胺混合而成的复合催化剂。泡沫稳定剂为质量份数为1.5-2.5的气体硅油(DC5604)。胶黏剂为质量份数为22-26的多异氰酸酯(PAPI)。
本发明高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,针对以上所述的泡沫塑料,按上述配方称取聚醚多元醇,助剂和强化材料,并将助剂和强化材料加入到聚醚多元醇中,在电搅拌器上混合搅拌10s,然后倒入到模具中,使其发泡,待泡沫熟化彻底后出模成型;并对其性能进行检测,所得结果如下表所示。

其中的耐热温度指泡沫塑料加热后尺寸变化率<2%的最高温度。

Claims (9)

1.高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,由聚醚多元醇和助剂,以及强化材料制成,其特征在于,所用的助剂质量份数以聚醚多元醇的总量100份为基准;所述聚醚多元醇包括质量份数为50-60蔗糖聚醚多元醇,30-40的聚醚二醇,5-10的季戊四醇聚醚多元醇;所述的助剂包括由三氯异丙基磷酸酯(TCPP)和甲基磷酸二甲脂(DMMP)组成的阻燃剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述的TCPP的质量份数为5-10,DMMP的质量份数为8-15。
3.如权利要求1所述的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述的强化材料为直径0.2-0.4mm的玻璃纤维,质量份数为0-50。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述的助剂还包括发泡剂,催化剂,泡沫稳定剂和胶黏剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂为纯度大于99.7%的一氟二氯乙烷(HCFC-141b),质量份数为7-9。
6.如权利要求4所述的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述的催化剂为由质量份数为0-0.5的六氢化三嗪和质量份数为1-2的二甲基环已胺混合而成的复合催化剂。
7.如权利要求4所述的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述的泡沫稳定剂为质量份数为1.5-2.5的气体硅油(DC5604)。
8.如权利要求4所述的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其特征在于,所述的胶黏剂为质量份数为22-26的多异氰酸酯(PAPI)。
9.如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的高密度阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,按配方称取聚醚多元醇,助剂和强化材料,并将助剂和强化材料加入到聚醚多元醇中,在电搅拌器上混合搅拌10s,然后倒入到模具中,使其发泡,待泡沫熟化彻底后出模成型。
