Description

Poultry drinking water additive composition for preventing and treating viral diseases of livestock and poultry
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a poultry drinking water additive composition for preventing and treating livestock and poultry viral diseases.
Background
Antibiotics play an important role in preventing livestock and poultry diseases, promoting animal growth, improving feed utilization and the like, but with long-term and large-scale use of antibiotics, negative effects of the antibiotics are increasingly revealed, such as causing pathogenic microorganisms to generate drug resistance, destroying the ecological balance of normal flora in animals, reducing the immune function of animal organisms, reducing the harm of drug residues to human beings and the environment and the like. Therefore, the research and development of a novel safe, effective, pollution-free and residue-free antibacterial and antiviral additive and a production technology thereof fundamentally solve the contradiction between the requirement of people on meat flavor and the inferior meat quality, and the production of safe and healthy animal products has great practical significance and profound influence on the development of the modern livestock ecological breeding industry in China.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the poultry drinking water additive composition (the antibacterial and antiviral poultry disease prevention and treatment traditional Chinese medicine composition) for preventing and treating the viral diseases of the livestock and the poultry. Aiming at different stages of poultry virus infection, the invention adopts a prevention and treatment system with the synergistic effects of antibiosis, antivirus and poultry immunity regulation, thereby fundamentally enhancing the self viability of poultry and livestock and providing a new idea for establishing the prevention and treatment system for poultry diseases.
The scheme for completing the task of the invention is that the poultry drinking water additive composition (the antibacterial and antiviral poultry disease prevention and treatment traditional Chinese medicine composition) for preventing and treating the viral diseases of the livestock and the poultry is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
3-9 parts of raw ephedra herb (or divaricate saposhnikovia root or fineleaf schizonepeta herb),
15-25 parts of gypsum (or rhizoma anemarrhenae or scutellaria baicalensis),
3 to 9 portions of cassia twig, the root of cassia twig,
9-15 parts of white peony root, radix paeoniae alba,
3-9 parts of honey-fried licorice root,
3-9 parts of Chinese date (or black date or red date),
3 to 9 parts of ginger, wherein,
6-12 parts of notopterygium root,
12-18 parts of isatis root,
3-9 parts of cape jasmine fruit,
5-15 parts of fermented soya beans,
3-9 of platycodon grandiflorum
The optimal weight part of the components are selected as follows:
6 parts of raw ephedra herb (or divaricate saposhnikovia root or fineleaf schizonepeta herb), 20 parts of gypsum (or common anemarrhena rhizome or baical skullcap root), 6 parts of cassia twig, 12 parts of white paeony root, 6 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 6 parts of Chinese date (or black date or red date), 6 parts of ginger, 9 parts of notopterygium root, 15 parts of indigowoad root, 6 parts of cape jasmine fruit.
The administration mode of the antibacterial and antiviral poultry disease prevention and treatment traditional Chinese medicine composition is as follows: adding 5-7g of the above Chinese medicinal composition into drinking water of domestic fowl (for example, 1000-1400 g of the composition is required to be added into 200kg of water each time), mixing, standing for 2 hr, boiling, keeping boiling state for 15-25 min, collecting supernatant, and cooling to room temperature.
The invention aims to: the natural plant specific active ingredients directly or indirectly inhibit and kill viruses, so that the antibacterial effect is strong, the antibacterial spectrum is wide, and meanwhile, the poultry is immunoregulated, the disease resistance of the poultry is enhanced, and the survival rate is improved. The feed can completely get rid of antibiotic drugs and reduce mycotoxin, and has good treatment and prevention effects on various poultry diseases such as pasteurella avicularis, escherichia coli, erysipelas suis, cholera fowl, white scour of piglets, white scour of chickens and the like.
The innovation is as follows:
the poultry drinking water additive has the functions on poultry as follows:
the invention is prepared by cutting three ancient formulas of cassia twig decoction, gardenia black bean decoction and Maxingshigan decoction into pieces with reduction by Zhou Chun Xiang professor of Nanjing Chinese medicinal university.
The five medicines of cassia twig, white paeony root, honey-fried licorice root, Chinese date and ginger in the formula are derived from cassia twig decoction in Shang Zhang Zhong Jing (Cold-induced treatise). Can be used for treating diseases caused by wind-cold damaging human body skin, loose striae, defensive qi leakage, yin deficiency, and disharmony between lung and stomach. Therefore, Gui Zhi can relieve exterior syndrome and dispel wind-cold from the exterior, and Shao can nourish yin and astringe ying. Gui and Shao are combined together to treat defensive qi strongly and ying qi weakly, and combined to harmonize ying and defensive qi, which are reinforced by each other. Ginger, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, being pungent and warm in nature, helps both resolve the muscles and muscles of cinnamon twig and warm the stomach to arrest vomiting. The Chinese dates are sweet and neutral, and can tonify qi, strengthen middle energizer, nourish spleen and promote fluid production. The combination of ginger and jujube can also promote the spleen and stomach to generate hair and regulate ying and wei. Prepared licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata not only has the effect of replenishing qi and regulating the middle warmer, but also has the effect of expelling pathogenic factors from the muscles and muscles with cassia twig and tonifying yin with Chinese herbaceous peony and also can harmonize the other drugs with other drugs. Modern research shows that the main coding of plum shine, practical traditional Chinese medicine and prescription are double-solved and clinical, that is, Beijing: scientific and technical literature publication, 2008:5-6], cassia twig decoction can regulate immune function, promote enhancement of self-disease resistance, and has strong effects of strengthening heart, resisting coagulation and improving microcirculation, so the traditional Chinese medicine composition is effective on febrile diseases such as exogenous wind-cold exterior deficiency upper respiratory tract infection, influenza and the like, is also effective on immune diseases such as erythema multiforme, nettle diagnosis, skin pruritus and the like, and has an obvious treatment effect on chilblain mainly caused by circulatory disturbance.
The two medicines of gardenia and fermented soya beans in the formula are from volume five of the book of syndrome treating quan-rope and infant department, and have the functions of clearing heat, relieving restlessness, purging intense heat and cooling blood. Wherein, the gardenia is bitter and cold, clears heat and purges fire, relieves the internal heat of the triple energizer, the fermented soya beans are pungent, sweet and slightly cold, disperses depression, clears heat and expresses exterior, disperses the heat and purges the heat, and mutually combines to promote the dispersing of stagnated heat and relieve symptoms. The Qing Dynasty works on famous physicians-Keqin (book of Shangshu Laosu)' Wei: gardenia jasminoides can purge heat, cold can prevail heat, and is heart-red and heart-freeing, so that the patients have the symptoms of vexation, muddlehead, chagrin and pain and the like; the beans look like kidneys, are prepared into fermented soybeans, float gently and ascend upwards, so that pathogenic factors in heart and abdomen can be discharged out of mouth, vomiting can cause heart and abdomen to be comfortable, and dysphoria with smothery sensation in the exterior and interior are eliminated . The modern pharmacological research shows that [ Wangyizi, Chiarian, high Invitrogen, et al, Gardenia jasminoides Ellis extract antiviral test research [ J ]. Chinese traditional medicine journal, 2006, 31(14): 1176-.
The raw ephedra herb, the gypsum and the liquorice in the formula are from three of four medicines in the ephedra, apricot and gypsum decoction from Shang Zhong Jing (treatise on Cold-induced diseases). It is mainly indicated for the syndrome of exogenous wind pathogen obstructing the lung by pathogenic heat. It is clinically used to treat common cold, upper respiratory tract infection, acute bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchial asthma, measles complicated with pneumonia, and heat accumulation in lung. In the formula, the ephedra opens lung qi to relieve asthma, opens striae and releases exterior to disperse pathogenic gypsum, and the gypsum clears lung heat to promote fluid production and releases pathogenic factors to expel pathogenic factors. The two drugs are pungent and warm, and pungent and cold; one is mainly to ventilate lung and the other is mainly to clear lung, and both can expel pathogenic factors. Modern researches show that [ pexin, liuyang, wangxuemei, et al, the research progress of the ephedra, apricot and gypsum decoction [ J ]. traditional Chinese medicine information, 2017(2) ], the ephedra, apricot and gypsum decoction has wide pharmacological effects on the respiratory system, and also has the effects of resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation, resisting virus, relieving fever, resisting bacteria, improving immunity, treating variant asthma and the like.
The notopterygium root in the formula has the effects of relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, dispelling wind, eliminating dampness and relieving pain. Modern pharmacological studies show that [ Guyanhua, Shaming, Mengxiang, Cao's. anti-virus research of traditional Chinese medicine notopterygium [ J ]. Shizhen national medicine, (2005) (03):198 one and 199 ], the notopterygium has good protection effect (P is less than 0.05) on mouse death caused by virus, can obviously prolong the average survival time of mice, can directly kill influenza virus in mice lungs with high dose, reduces hemagglutination titer, and has obvious anti-influenza virus effect.
The isatis root, radix isatidis, prepared by the formula, has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, cooling blood and relieving sore throat, and is commonly used for diseases such as epidemic seasonal toxicosis, fever and pharyngalgia, epidemic warm and toxic macula, mumps, erysipelas and fever with throat, and plague with swollen head. Modern pharmacological research shows that [ Li Bing, Li, Wang Yu Tao, Li Xuzhao, Li Ruo, Li Run Peak, Li Xiao, Yang Zi Peak ] Isatis root water extract can inhibit human H7N9 avian influenza virus in vitro pharmacodynamic research [ J ] modern J.Med.Med.J., 2016,25(35): 3877-.
The platycodon grandiflorum in the formula has the effects of dispersing lung qi, relieving sore throat, eliminating phlegm and expelling pus. Can be used for treating cough with excessive phlegm, chest distress, pharyngalgia, hoarseness, lung carbuncle, suppuration, and pyocutaneous disease. Modern pharmacological studies show that [ Zjunwei, Yaolin, Menyanli, Schoqingrui, Gaofui, Wangweiming ] Platycodon grandiflorum Total Saponin in vitro Mycoplasma pneumoniae resisting effect experimental studies [ J ]. Chinese traditional medicine journal, 2013,31(04): 868-.
Therefore, the additive has obvious antiviral effect. Meanwhile, the cassia twig decoction contained in the formula can also regulate the immunologic function, enhance the disease resistance of poultry and livestock, has strong functions of strengthening heart, resisting coagulation and improving microcirculation, and can obviously improve the survival rate of poultry. The additive contains gardenia black bean soup, and gardenia and fermented soybean are used in a compatible manner, so that the liver toxicity can be greatly reduced [ Duyuqing, Yuanyimeje, Wangxin, Gardenia and fermented soybean compatible attenuation mechanism research [ J ]. Hebei Chinese medicine, 2019,41(01):91-95 ]) ], the additive has the effect of improving the liver function, can obviously reduce the level of serum lactic acid deaminase (LDH), reduce the death rate of animals, improve the ratio of serum albumin/globulin (A/G), effectively protect liver cell membranes and inhibit liver fibrosis, has good treatment and prevention effects on common poultry diseases such as fowl cholera, pullorum disease, typhoid diarrhea and the like, and has the cure rates of 97.5 percent and 97.0 percent respectively for 3000 local hybrid chickens and ducks which are tracked and investigated.
