Abstract

本发明提供一种水性干法棉感服装革,包括基布,基布上依次涂覆有发泡贴合层、中间发泡层和面层;发泡贴合层和中间发泡层是同一种浆料,包括水性聚氨酯、发泡稳泡剂、填料等,面层的浆料包括水性聚氨酯、水性色浆、润湿流平剂等。本发明在水性干法棉感服装革制备过程中采用浮刀零间隙刮涂面层,保证足够的中间发泡层厚度,同时采用发泡料直接湿贴基布,使得服装革手感软弹,富有棉感,能与绵羊皮服装革想媲美,水性环保,且能够达到较好的性能要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性聚氨酯服装革生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性干法棉感服装革及其制备方法。
背景技术
水性聚氨酯树脂是一种绿色环保的新型原材料,其以水作为分散介质,摒除了大量有毒有害的传统有机溶剂的添加,随着人们环保意识的增强,水性聚氨酯树脂逐步替代了溶剂型聚氨酯的使用。
水性干法服装革生产分为直接涂覆与间接涂覆两种生产方式,直接涂覆指把调配好的水性聚氨酯浆料直接涂覆到基材上,烘干固化成膜;间接涂覆又称为离型纸法或转移法,是将调配好的浆料刮涂在离型纸载体上,烘箱高温干燥,再在干燥的面层上涂刮一层中间发泡层浆料,经过烘箱高温干燥后,再在干燥的发泡层上刮涂贴合层浆料,直接与基材压合,之后再进入烘箱烘干,冷却后将服装革从离型纸上剥离。服装革干法生产中的离型纸法生产工艺可以赋予服装革表面丰富多彩的纹理及颜色,在耐磨性、耐溶剂性、抗刮伤性、耐水解性及仿真表面触感上甚至能够与真皮相媲美,因而被工厂广泛采用。
随着市场的变化和人们消费品味的提高,对衣物面料的要求也在不断提升,传统的服装革已经难以满足消费者的不断提升的需求,因而各种仿真表面触感的高档服装革产品的开发是必然的,以满足当前时尚潮流的方向。如已经公开的申请号201611260959.4的中国发明专利“水性干法发泡服装革及其制作”中,发明了一种手感柔软、很有肉感的水性干法发泡服装革;如已经公开的申请号201320254632.1的中国发明专利“炭黑服装革”中,公开了一种具有乌黑金属感的碳黑表处层的炭黑服装革,可见,仿真表面触感的高档服装革多元化开发是十分必要的,而目前在已经公开的专利或文献中,未见到关于仿棉感服装革的报道。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术的服装革存在表面触感种类少、透气透湿性差的问题,提供了一种有害污染物更少、环保性更好、工艺步骤简单、利于工业化生产的水性干法棉感服装革生产工艺,通过本发明获得的服装革的PU层厚,同时面层很薄,使得棉感肉感好,十分接近于棉布触感,重量轻,手感柔软,透气性能更强,并且物理性能达标,接近天然羊皮革同时又具有天然羊皮革不具备的良好耐化学性、防水、防霉变性,并且成本低廉。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种水性干法棉感服装革,包括基布,所述基布优选为属于非弹力布的TC布或黏胶布,所述基布从下往上依次有发泡贴合层、中间发泡层和面层;面层通过浮刀刮涂法形成,面层湿膜的浮刀刮涂间隙为0mm,中间发泡层的湿膜刮涂厚度为0.5-0.8mm,优选0.6-0.75mm,发泡贴合层的湿膜刮涂厚度为0.1-0.3mm,优选0.15-0.25mm。

2)在所述面层上涂覆中间发泡层的浆料,涂层厚度为0.5-0.8mm,优选0.6-0.75mm,进行热风干燥,冷却;
3)在所述中间发泡层上涂覆发泡贴合层的浆料,涂层厚度为0.1-0.3mm,优选0.15-0.25mm,然后将所述发泡贴合层通过贴合辊贴合基布,然后进行热风干燥,冷却;
4)剥离所述离型纸,获得革样;
5)将革样过水,零间隙挤压,然后辊筒水揉机里烘干(例如烘干时间约30~60min,烘干温度在70~100℃)。
在一个优选实施方案中,所述方法包括以下特征中的一个或多个:

4)所述步骤1)至3)中所述热风干燥均是采用从所述离型纸的上下和两侧进行吹风加热带的方式干燥;采用逐步提高风量档位的加热方式;
5)在所述步骤1)至3)中所述离型纸均处于水性运动的状态下进行热风干燥,所述水性运动的速率为5-12m/min。
本发明的有意效果是:获得的服装革的PU层厚,同时面层很薄,使得棉感肉感好,十分接近于棉布触感,重量轻,手感柔软,透气性能更强,并且物理性能达标,接近天然羊皮革同时又具有天然羊皮革不具备的良好耐化学性、防水、防霉变性,并且成本低廉。

实施例1
(一)面层和发泡层的浆料制备:

2)在所述面层上涂覆中间发泡层的浆料,厚度0.65mm,进行热风干燥,冷却;
3)在所述中间发泡层上涂覆发泡贴合层的浆料,厚度0.2mm,然后将所述发泡贴合层通过贴合辊贴合基布,然后进行热风干燥,冷却;
4)剥离所述离型纸;
5)将革样过水,零间隙挤压,然后辊筒水揉机里烘约40min至干燥,烘干温度在约80℃。

按上述方法分别测试上述实施例和对比例制备的服装革,其测试结果如表1所示。

测试方法如下:
曲折测试方法:4×7cm经纬线各裁取3个,分别在常温曲折和低温曲折设备进行测试,观察表明是否有裂。
耐磨性测试方法:马丁代尔磨耗仪,负重为12KPa,试验结束后观察受测试样表面的变化。
剥离强度测试方法:水性鞋胶,让革对贴在一起,拉力机设备测试其剥离力数据。
干揉测试方法:取革样板,泡水,挤水,水揉机在80-100℃下烘约20-40min至干。

Claims (10)

1.一种水性干法棉感服装革,包括基布,所述基布从下往上依次有发泡贴合层、中间发泡层和面层;面层通过浮刀刮涂法形成,面层湿膜的浮刀刮涂间隙为0mm,中间发泡层的湿膜刮涂厚度为0.5-0.8mm,优选0.6-0.75mm,发泡贴合层的湿膜刮涂厚度为0.1-0.3mm,优选0.15-0.25mm;
其中,发泡贴合层和中间发泡层采用同一种浆料,包括以下重量份的原料组分:

2.如权利要求1所述的水性干法棉感服装革,其特征在于,发泡贴合层和中间发泡层采用同一种浆料,包括以下重量份的原料组分:

3.如权利要求1所述的水性干法棉感服装革,其特征在于:所述面层和所述发泡贴合层和中间发泡层的浆料的所用树脂为脂肪族水性聚氨酯树脂、芳香族聚氨酯树脂中的任意一种或者多种。
4.如权利要求3所述的水性干法棉感服装革,其特征在于,所述的面层用水性聚氨酯的粘度在20cps-2000cps,固含量在25%-40%,100%模量在2-10Mpa之间;发泡贴合层和中间发泡层所用水性聚氨酯的粘度在20cps-2000cps,固含量在40-60%,100%模量在0.5-3MPa之间。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的水性干法棉感服装革,其特征在于:所述面层和所述发泡贴合层和中间发泡层的浆料所用水性增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂和碱溶胀丙烯酸增稠剂中的任意一种或者多种;和/或所述面层的浆料所用水性蜡乳液为聚乙烯类和聚丙烯类蜡乳液中的任意一种或者多种,熔点在50-130℃;和/或所述面层的浆料所用润湿流平剂为有机硅类和炔二醇类中的任意一种或者多种;和/或所述面层的浆料所用水性手感剂为聚醚改性的有机硅氧烷分散体;和/或所述发泡贴合层、中间发泡层和面层的浆料所用水性固化剂为水性异氰酸酯固化剂。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的水性干法棉感服装革,其特征在于:所述发泡贴合层和中间发泡层的浆料所用发泡稳泡剂为硬脂酸胺类、琥珀酸盐、改性有机硅类和C16-C18的磺酸盐中的任意一种或多种;和/或所述发泡贴合层和中间发泡层浆料所用填料为高岭土、重钙、轻钙、木质粉、滑石粉中任意一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的水性干法棉感服装革,其特征在于:所述基布为属于非弹力布的TC布或黏胶布。
8.一种制备权利要求1-7的任一所述的水性干法发泡服装革的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)在离型纸上采用浮刀刮涂面层,刮涂厚度为0mm,进行热风干燥,冷却;
2)在所述面层上涂覆中间发泡层的浆料,进行热风干燥,冷却,中间发泡层的湿膜刮涂厚度为0.5-0.8mm,优选0.6-0.75mm;
3)在所述中间发泡层上涂覆发泡贴合层的浆料,然后将所述发泡贴合层通过贴合辊贴合基布,然后进行热风干燥,冷却,发泡贴合层的湿膜刮涂厚度为0.1-0.3mm,优选0.15-0.25mm;
4)剥离所述离型纸,获得革样;
5)将革样过水,零间隙挤压,然后烘干。
9.如权利要求8所述的水性干法棉感服装革,其特征在于:还包括以下特征中的任一项或多项:
1)在所述步骤1)中,所述面层采用浮刀刮涂,刮涂厚度为0mm,热风干燥的温度为90~110℃,采用逐步升温的加热方式;
2)在所述步骤2)中,所述中间发泡层的涂覆层厚度为0.6~0.75mm,4段烘道的热风干燥的温度设定为:95~75~100~120℃,采用先预烘,在逐步升温的加热方式;
3)在所述步骤3)中,所述发泡贴合层的涂覆层厚度为0.15~0.25mm,4段烘道的热风干燥的温度设定为:90~110~130~145℃,采用逐步升温的加热方式;
4)所述步骤1)至3)中所述热风干燥均是采用从所述离型纸的上下和两侧进行吹风加热带的方式干燥;采用逐步提高风量档位的加热方式;
5)在所述步骤1)至3)中所述离型纸均处于水性运动的状态下进行热风干燥,所述水性运动的速率为5-12m/min。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的水性干法棉感服装革,其特征在于:所述基布为属于非弹力布的TC布或黏胶布。
