Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗糖减重组合物以及包含该组合物的制剂,按重量份计,所述组合物包括如下组分:白芸豆提取物5‑60份、壳寡糖1‑30份、海藻粉0.1‑10份、秋葵粉0.1‑10份、山竹果皮粉0.1‑10份、黑生姜粉0.1‑10份、甜味剂5‑80份、膳食纤维1‑30份。本发明所述的组合物可有效地起到抗糖减重的作用,且可对身体代谢起到一定的调节作用,可有效抑制淀粉的分解及吸收,有效减少淀粉‑糖‑脂肪的转化,同时可在胃部将脂肪包裹形成不易消化吸收的凝胶状物质被排泄,从而降低脂肪和卡路里的吸收。

技术领域
本发明属于食品领域,具体而言,涉及一种具有抗糖减重功能的组合物,该组合物能够阻断碳水化合物和脂肪的吸收,有效实现减少糖3类摄入和减重的功效。
背景技术
人体一切生理代谢功能都离不开能量的供应,三大供能物质-碳水化合物,蛋白质,脂肪,其中蛋白质是构成人体组织和器官的主要成分,碳水化合物是最快捷的能量来源方式,脂肪储存在体内,是能量值最大,也是最不易动用的能量来源。
随着生活水平的提高,居民膳食营养中碳水化合物,尤其是精制糖的比例在逐步增加,多余的糖在体内转化成脂肪储存起来。同时膳食中脂肪的含量也在逐年增加,当代人类最常见的营养失调就是超重和肥胖。
大量的糖进入体内,除了会转化成脂肪,还会发生糖基化反应,即糖和蛋白质在酶的作用下结合,生成糖蛋白的过程。糖基化反应时刻发生在人体内,糖蛋白也承担了人体非常重要的生物学功能。但是,糖与蛋白在非酶条件下结合,即“非酶性糖基化”,就会形成不可逆的产物-晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)。
AGEs在体内有两个来源,一是过量的糖和蛋白质在体内合成AGEs,二是通过进食将食物中存在的AGEs摄入体内。AGEs能够和身体的组织细胞相结合并破坏它们。研究证明,AGEs会加速人体的衰老和导致许多慢性退化型疾病的发生,如糖尿病,阿尔兹海默症,动脉粥样硬化等。所以降低AGEs可以起到抗衰老和预防各种慢性疾病的作用。
所以,科学减糖、科学控糖已成为当今世界最热门的议题之一,低热量(或低糖)饮食,适量运动,服用一些抑制食欲的药物,都成为大家可选择的抗糖或减糖方式。
然而抑制食欲类的药物往往都有多种副作用,节食和运动又令人难以坚持,尤其我国是以碳水化合物为主食的国家,减碳水化合物即不摄入或少摄入主食,令人一时难以接受或者难以坚持下去,即时坚持也大大减少了享受美食的乐趣,影响生活质量。
发明内容
因此针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种具有抗糖减重功能的组合物,该组合物能够阻断碳水化合物和脂肪类的吸收,它既可降低淀粉酶的活性,还可降低脂肪酶的活性,双重阻断淀粉和脂肪的吸收,达到抗糖减重的目的。
根据本发明的一个方面,根据本发明的所述抗糖减重组合物,按重量份计,包括如下组分:白芸豆提取物5-60份、壳寡糖1-30份、海藻粉0.1-10份、秋葵粉0.1-10份、山竹果皮粉0.1-10份、黑生姜粉0.1-10份、甜味剂5-80份、膳食纤维1-30份。
优选的,所述抗糖减重组合物包括如下组分:按重量份计,白芸豆提取物10-50份、壳寡糖5-20份、海藻粉0.1-5份、秋葵粉0.1-5份、山竹果皮粉0.1-5份、黑生姜粉0.1-5份、甜味剂10-50份、膳食纤维5-20份。
优选的,根据本发明的所述抗糖减重组合物,按重量份,包括如下组分:
白芸豆提取物20份、壳寡糖6份、海藻粉1份、秋葵粉1份、山竹果皮粉1份、黑生姜粉1份,甜味剂50份、膳食纤维20份;或
白芸豆提取物28份、壳寡糖10份、海藻粉2份、秋葵粉2份、山竹果皮粉2份、黑生姜粉2份,甜味剂39份、膳食纤维15份;或
白芸豆提取物35份、壳寡糖15份、海藻粉3份、秋葵粉3份、山竹果皮粉3份、黑生姜粉3份,甜味剂28份、膳食纤维10份。
优选的,所述白芸豆提取物为豆科芸豆属植物白芸豆精制而成。
优选的,所述壳寡糖为壳聚糖为原料,经酶解、过滤、喷雾干燥制成的2-10个聚合度的寡聚氨基葡萄糖。
优选的,所述海藻粉为褐藻抽提物,经水提、过滤、喷雾干燥制得。
优选的,所述秋葵粉为秋葵荚经清洗、干燥、磨粉后制得。
优选的,所述山竹果皮粉为山竹果皮提取物,经醇提,过滤,喷雾干燥制得,富含山竹果皮黄酮类物质。
优选的,所述黑生姜提取物为一种药用植物黑生姜的水提物,原产自泰国和老挝,富含多甲基化黄酮,具有抑制体重增加,降血糖等功效。
优选的,所述甜味剂选自赤藓糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述膳食纤维选自抗性糊精,菊粉,聚葡萄糖中的一种或几种。
本发明中的重量份数可以是ug、mg、g或kg等公认的重量单位。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种包含根据本发明的所述组合物的食品、药品或保健品上可接受的制剂。所述食品、药品或保健品上可接受的制剂包括100重量份的所述组合物和40~3500重量份的食品、药品或保健品上可接受的载体或赋形剂。
所述食品、药品或保健品上可接受的载体或赋形剂优选选自木糖醇、山梨糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、异麦芽酮糖、甘露醇、乙醇、微晶纤维素、乳糖、淀粉、羟丙甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠或硬脂酸镁等中的一种或多种。
优选的,根据本发明的所述制剂可以为片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂或固体饮料制剂。
有益效果
本发明所述的组合物可有效地起到抗糖减重的作用,且可对身体代谢起到一定的调节作用,同时可有效抑制淀粉的分解及吸收,有效减少淀粉-糖-脂肪的转化。另外根据本发明的所述组合物中的秋葵粉,可在胃部将脂肪包裹形成不易消化吸收的凝胶状物质被排泄,从而降低脂肪和卡路里的吸收。

其中,所述白芸豆提取物为豆科芸豆属植物白芸豆精制而成。白芸豆提取物含有a-淀粉酶抑制剂,可有效抑制淀粉的分解及吸收,有效减少淀粉-糖-脂肪的转化。
所述壳寡糖为蟹壳酶解得来,是自然界中唯一带正电荷阳离子碱性氨基低聚糖,可以聚集在脂肪的周围形成保护层,阻碍脂肪在肠道内吸收,并将其排出体外,从而减少脂肪的吸收。
所述海藻粉为海藻提取物,含有鼠尾藻多酚物质,能够同时抑制脂肪酶和淀粉酶的活性,有效减少碳水化合物和脂肪的消化吸收。
所述秋葵粉为新鲜秋葵请清洗,干燥,磨粉制得的,制成的秋葵粉含有由果胶、粘性糖蛋白及维生素矿物质组成的黏性物质,可将脂肪包裹其中,排出体外,减少脂肪吸收。
所述山竹果皮粉以山竹果皮为原料,采用乙醇加热法提取山竹果皮黄酮类物质,再经过浓缩,离心,喷雾干燥后制得,具有较强的抗氧化作用,能有效清除体内的自由基。
所述黑生姜提取物为一种药用植物黑生姜的水提物,原产自泰国和老挝,富含多甲基化黄酮,具有抑制体重增加,降血糖等功效,具有抑制体重增加、抑制脏器脂肪堆积等生理功能。
所述甜味剂选自赤藓糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇中的一种或多种。
所述膳食纤维选自抗性糊精,菊粉,聚葡萄糖中的一种或几种。

实施例1
本实施例涉及本申请所述的组合物,由包括如下重量份的原料通过混合制备而成,具体混合方法如下:
(1)准确称量表1配方中所需原辅料;
(2)将海藻粉,秋葵粉,山竹果皮粉,黑生姜粉依次过40目筛,在锥型混料机中预混1min;
(3)向锥型混料机中依次加入白芸豆提取物和壳寡糖,预混5min;
(4)向锥型混料机中加入甜味剂和膳食纤维,转速15RPM,总混10min;

实验例
1.实验目的:研究服用本发明产品后被试者体重减轻量及餐后血糖的变化。
2.实验对象和方法
2.1实验对象:20位血糖正常的受试者(其中男性9名,女性11名,年龄25-57岁之间)。禁食一夜后测空腹血糖值。
2.2实验设计与流程
2.2.1实验测试主要包括体重降低程度测试和餐后血糖值。
2.2.2实验分组如下:A组服用实施例1-3的抗糖减重组合物,B组服用纯碳水化合物空白对照剂(与实验组含有等量卡路里、相同颜色和口味的糖醇类粉剂)。每组10人。
2.2.3实验方法:按照分组情况严格制定为期1周的抗糖减重方案。
每组实验组受试者每日领取抗糖减重组合物一份,对照组受试者每日领取空白对照剂一份,摄入的饮食皆为白面包4片,植物油3勺(热量为2500KJ左右),实验组及空白对照剂均在进食前20min服用,进食后每30min检测一次血糖值至餐后2小时为止。另外,从实验第一天开始,每隔一天监测一次受试者体重变化数据。

经过一周的验证实验,实验组受试者体重减轻1.42kg,对照组受试者体重增加0.36kg,实验组受试者餐后血糖变化也低于对照组,说明碳水化合物的消化吸收率降低,碳水化合物-糖-脂肪的转化过程被大大抑制了。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明、具体实施方式及试验,对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种抗糖减重组合物,按重量份计,包括如下组分:白芸豆提取物5-60份、壳寡糖1-30份、海藻粉0.1-10份、秋葵粉0.1-10份、山竹果皮粉0.1-10份、黑生姜粉0.1-10份、甜味剂5-80份、膳食纤维1-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述抗糖减重组合物包括如下组分:按重量份计,白芸豆提取物10-50份、壳寡糖5-20份、海藻粉0.1-5份、秋葵粉0.1-5份、山竹果皮粉0.1-5份、黑生姜粉0.1-5份、甜味剂10-50份、膳食纤维5-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述抗糖减重组合物,按重量份,包括如下组分:
白芸豆提取物20份、壳寡糖6份、海藻粉1份、秋葵粉1份、山竹果皮粉1份、黑生姜粉1份,甜味剂50份、膳食纤维20份;或
白芸豆提取物28份、壳寡糖10份、海藻粉2份、秋葵粉2份、山竹果皮粉2份、黑生姜粉2份,甜味剂39份、膳食纤维15份;或
白芸豆提取物35份、壳寡糖15份、海藻粉3份、秋葵粉3份、山竹果皮粉3份、黑生姜粉3份,甜味剂28份、膳食纤维10份。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述白芸豆提取物为豆科芸豆属植物白芸豆精制而成;
所述壳寡糖为壳聚糖为原料,经酶解、过滤、喷雾干燥制成的2-10个聚合度的寡聚氨基葡萄糖;
所述海藻粉为褐藻抽提物,经水提、过滤、喷雾干燥制得;
所述秋葵粉为秋葵荚经清洗、干燥、磨粉后制得;
所述山竹果皮粉为山竹果皮提取物,经醇提,过滤,喷雾干燥制得,富含山竹果皮黄酮类物质;
所述黑生姜提取物为一种药用植物黑生姜的水提物,原产自泰国和老挝,富含多甲基化黄酮,具有抑制体重增加,降血糖等功效;
所述甜味剂选自赤藓糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇中的一种或多种;
所述膳食纤维选自抗性糊精,菊粉,聚葡萄糖中的一种或几种。
5.一种包含食品、药品或保健品上可接受的制剂。所述食品、药品或保健品上可接受的制剂,其特征在于所述制剂包括100重量份的根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的组合物,和40~3500重量份的食品、药品或保健品上可接受的载体或赋形剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制剂,其特征在于,所述食品、药品或保健品上可接受的载体或赋形剂选自木糖醇、山梨糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、异麦芽酮糖、甘露醇、乙醇、微晶纤维素、乳糖、淀粉、羟丙甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠或硬脂酸镁等中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂为片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂或固体饮料制剂。
