本发明公开了一种美白抗糖保健品的配方。以重量份数计,本发明配方包括:第一组分10‑65份,第二组分20‑50份;其中:第一组分选自谷胱甘肽、酵母类产品、虾青素、藻类产品、维生素C、葡萄籽提取物、SOD、维生素E、大豆异黄酮、甘草黄酮、甘草提取物、植物多酚中的一种或几种,第二组分选自白芸豆提取物、L‑阿拉伯糖、桑叶提取物或野尻霉素中的一种或几种。本发明将具有抗糖功效与美白功效成分进行了科学的组合,可同时实现美白与抗糖减肥的功能。此外,本发明在配方中还添加含有聚谷氨酸成分的第三组分加强维护美白效果,利用益生元和益生菌等倡导功能组分维护肠道健康。本发明配方具有更明显和持久的美白功能。

一种美白抗糖保健品的配方
技术领域
本发明属于健康食品技术领域,具体的说,涉及一种美白抗糖保健品的配方。
背景技术
美白是美容领域的重要研究目标,通过口服健康产品实现美白主要有两个途径:1.抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑色素的产生;2.降低血糖,防止皮肤糖化暗沉。
中国专利CN 112868805 A提及了一种具有降血糖功能的食品,原料及各原料重量份数配比为:燕麦麸皮粉45-70份、脱脂奶粉20-30份、抗性糊精5-8份、β-葡聚糖15-24份、低聚异麦芽糖4-8份、浓缩乳清蛋白粉15-20份、黄精5-9份、白芸豆提取物18-26份、赤藓糖醇5-10份、L-阿拉伯糖3-7份、增稠剂2-5份、食用香精0 .5-2份。中国专利CN 111567664 A、CN112568431 A等也提到了利用白芸豆提取物和L-阿拉伯糖来降低餐后血糖。白芸豆提取物是淀粉酶抑制剂,可以抑制淀粉的降解;L-阿拉伯糖是二糖酶抑制剂,可以抑制二糖转化为单糖,这两种成分具有充足的降低血糖的科学依据。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公布了一种美白抗糖保健品的配方。该配方产品将抗糖与美白成分进行了科学的组合,可同时实现美白与抗糖减肥的功能。本配方还同时建议添加纳豆类等产品,起到增效作用。此外,由于控制血糖的成分其主要原理是抑制淀粉和糖的降解,这样会有相对较多的残余物需要及时排出体外,否则将会成为肠道有害菌生长的原料,造成便秘、口臭等不良影响,因此,本发明在配方中建议添加益生元、益生菌,以便于润肠通便,维护肠道健康。
本发明的技术方案具体介绍如下。
一种美白抗糖保健品的配方,以重量份数计,配方中包括以下组分:第一组分 10-65份,第二组分 20-50份;其中:第一组分选自谷胱甘肽、酵母类产品、虾青素、藻类产品、维生素C、葡萄籽提取物、SOD、维生素E、大豆异黄酮、甘草黄酮、甘草提取物、植物多酚中的一种或几种,第二组分选自白芸豆提取物、L-阿拉伯糖、桑叶提取物或脱氧野尻霉素中的一种或几种。
本发明中,第一组分包括谷胱甘肽、酵母类产品或维生素C中的两种;第二组分包括白芸豆提取物和L-阿拉伯糖。
本发明中,以重量份数计,配方中 还包括1-10份的第三组分;其中:第三组分选
自纳豆提取物、纳豆、聚谷氨酸或纳豆激酶中的一种或几种。
本发明中,以重量份数计,配方中还包括5-30重量份的第四组分;其中: 第四组
分选自低聚果糖、低聚木糖、菊粉、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌或酵母菌中的一种 或几种。
本发明中,还包括一定重量份的甜味剂,用于调节入口的口感。
本发明中,还包括其他一些添加剂或辅料,用于加工成可服用剂型。
本发明进一步提供一种根据上述的配方制成的胶囊、片剂、粉末或口服液。
和现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明中,第一组分具有抗氧化、美白功能,美白主要的实现途径是抗氧化,抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,虽然这些成分具有一定的美白功能,但是如果不注意饮食,过量进食糖、淀粉等,将会造成皮肤胶原蛋白的糖化,使皮肤暗黄。因此利用具有抗糖功能的第二组分增强或长时间维持美白效果,这些成分是淀粉酶或蔗糖酶的抑制物,可阻止人体对淀粉和糖的降解与吸收;进一步的,利用都含有聚谷氨酸成分的第三组分加强维护美白效果,因为聚谷氨酸是一种高分子生物材料,侧链基团带有电荷,可吸附或包裹其他分子,避免被胃部的消化酶或胃酸破坏,对功能性生物分子起到保护作用,例如白芸豆提取物中起到淀粉酶抑制作用的是一种30KD左右的蛋白分子,添加含有聚谷氨酸的成分可保护该分子不被降解,提高抑制淀粉酶活性的效果;更进一步的,由于第二组分的使用使得淀粉和糖类在肠道内的降解和吸收被抑制,将会增加肠道的排泄负担,容易造成便秘等问题,因此通过第四组分即添加益生元和益生菌等方式有效防止便秘的发生,预防因为便秘原因造成的皮肤黯淡问题。综上,本发明的组合物配方具有更明显和持久的美白功能,同时根据组分的不同,还可同时具备润肠通便、护肝、疏通血管等功能。
具体实施方式
下面给出配方实例,以对本发明作出进一步的描述。
实施例中,为了防止胃液对蛋白成份的降解,将白芸豆提取物、纳豆提取物(聚谷氨酸)等蛋白成分溶解于水中,加入其它带正电荷的多糖类成分,包括但不限于(海藻酸钠、壳聚糖、可溶性葡聚糖)搅拌混合,分散均匀后缓慢倒入大豆油中乳化均质,静置后离心取沉淀,清洗后低温干燥,磨碎成粉后,再和其他成分进行混合,制备美白抗糖保健品。
实施例1
制备1公斤压片糖果产品:按照重量份数计,其通过以下主要原料制备获得:谷胱甘肽25份,维C2.5份,白芸豆提取物20份,L-阿拉伯糖12.5份,纳豆提取物 5份, 低聚木糖18份,异麦芽糖酮醇12份,微晶纤维素5份。
制备方法如下:
将白芸豆提取物和纳豆提取物 混合后溶解于5倍水中,加入总体积3%的海藻酸钠,搅拌混合,将混合物倒入10倍体积植物油中,进行乳化均质,静置30分钟后,离心,离心产物经低温干燥,粉碎后与谷胱甘肽,维C2., L-阿拉伯糖, 低聚木糖,异麦芽糖酮醇,微晶纤维素混合均匀,经过压片,得到产品。
实施例2
制备1公斤粉末状该产品:按照重量份数计,其通过以下主要原料制备获得:
酵母提取物52份,维C2.5份,白芸豆提取物20份,L-阿拉伯糖12.5份,纳豆提取物5份,低聚木糖8份。
制备方法如下:
将白芸豆提取物、纳豆提取物混合后溶解于5倍水中,加入总体积3%的海藻酸钠,搅拌混合,将混合物倒入10倍体积植物油中,进行乳化均质,静置30分钟后,离心,离心产物经低温干燥,粉碎后与酵母提取物,维C2,L-阿拉伯糖,低聚木糖,混合均匀,得到产品。
实施例3
制备1公斤压片糖果产品:按照重量份数计,其通过以下主要原料制备获得:

将乳酸菌菌粉和纳豆提取物混合后溶解于5倍水中,加入总体积3%的壳聚糖,搅拌混合,将混合物倒入10倍体积植物油中,进行乳化均质,静置30分钟后,离心,离心产物经低温干燥,粉碎后与酵母提取物,脱氧野尻霉素,低聚木糖和微晶纤维素混合均匀,经过压片得到该产品。

制备1公斤粉末状该产品:按照重量份数计,其通过以下主要原料制备获得:
谷胱甘肽25份,维C2.5份,脱氧野尻霉素32.5份,纳豆提取物5份,低聚木糖18份,乳酸菌菌粉10份。
制备方法如下:
将乳酸菌菌粉和纳豆提取物混合后溶解于5倍水中,加入总体积3%的壳聚糖,搅拌混合,将混合物倒入10倍体积植物油中,进行乳化均质,静置30分钟后,离心,离心产物经低温干燥,粉碎后与谷胱甘肽、维C、脱氧野尻霉素、低聚木糖等组分混合均匀,得到产品。
实施例6
制备1公斤压片糖果该产品:按照重量份数计,其通过以下主要原料制备获得:
谷胱甘肽28份,维C2.5份,白芸豆提取物20份,桑叶提取物13.5份,纳豆激酶1份,低聚木糖18份,异麦芽糖酮醇12份,微晶纤维素5份。
制备方法如下:
将白芸豆提取物和纳豆提取物混合后溶解于5倍水中,加入总体积3%的海藻酸钠,搅拌混合,将混合物倒入10倍体积植物油中,进行乳化均质,静置30分钟后,离心,离心产物经低温干燥,粉碎后与谷胱甘肽,维C, L-阿拉伯糖,低聚木糖,异麦芽糖酮醇,微晶纤维素,纳豆激酶和桑叶提取物混合均匀后,经过压片得到该产品。
应用性能测试:
使用皮肤测试仪检测皮肤色度,通过检测皮肤色度验证抗糖美白效果。
对照组为不服用任何成分,美白组只服用谷胱甘肽,美白抗糖组服用等量的谷胱甘肽+白芸豆提取物+L-阿拉伯糖(重量份数分别为20份、20份、20份,将三种组分混合均匀后使用,早、中、晚餐前分别服用3克)。白皙值1,2分别是在服用功能成分2个月与3个月的测试值。取同一部位检测5次,取平均值。
