Abstract
一种自动分析装置及其工作方法,由于引入暂存部(12),可以将多组份的测试项目分成新的一步法测试的流程,或可以将多步法测试流程分成若干个新的一步法测试流程,重新进入测试序列和流程,从而使得各机构和单元和控制时序可以根据一步法测试流程来设计,规范有序,从而解决了多组份的测试项目和多步法测试流程打扰正常流程的问题,有效地提高了整机的测试速度和测试通量。
