Abstract
本发明涉及一种清洗剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:1~5%的表面活性剂、0.1~5%的季铵盐化合物混合物、0.3~15%的助剂、0.1~5%的碱性介质缓蚀剂、0.1~5%的有机碱、0.1~5%的苯甲酸钠和去离子水。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,特别是涉及一种清洗剂。
背景技术
随着交通事业的日益发展,对于交通工具的清洗要求也越来越高,现有的清洗剂只能清洁表面的尘污、油渍等软性污垢,对于昆虫鸟类粪便、胶粘等硬化后的污渍难以快速简便的彻底清除。而且现有的清洗剂大都为气雾剂型清洗剂,其安全性较低,且多为溶剂型,气味大不环保,易对漆面有损伤。现有的清洗剂渗透性较低,无法快速渗入硬化污垢内部,清洗时间较长。使用现有的清洁剂后无法在清洗件的表面形成保护膜,不具有持续保护作用。
本发明提供一种清洗剂专门用于清洗汽车、高铁和飞机等公共交通设施玻璃、引擎盖保险杠等上面的鸟粪、虫胶、树粘等残留硬斑,恢复玻璃表面和漆面清洁明亮,并且无任何水痕或薄雾。使用时喷洒该清洁剂后将之擦干即可,使用方便快捷,安全性佳,为不可燃产品,对漆面不会产生任何影响。本发明还适用于塑料表面。
发明内容
本发明提供的清洗剂为环保水基清洗剂,能有效快速清洗干硬固化的污垢,使用后可在清洗件的表面形成一层透明保护膜,有效减少静电及灰尘污渍吸附,同时具有一定的润滑度,减少外界灰尘沙石等硬物对表面划伤,适用于汽车、高铁和飞机的表面清洁。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种清洗剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:1~5%的表面活性剂、0.1~5%的季铵盐化合物混合物、0.3~15%的助剂、0.1~5%的碱性介质缓蚀剂、0.1~5%的有机碱、0.1~5%的苯甲酸钠和去离子水。
优选的,表面活性剂选用C8-10烷基糖苷,C8-10烷基糖苷对人体温和、无刺激,对环境影响较小。
进一步的,助剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚甘油油酸的混合物。优选的,清洗剂中包括包括0.1~5%wt的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、0.1~5%wt的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和0.1~5%wt的聚甘油油酸。助剂中,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为非离子渗透剂,与表面活性剂配合,能使溶液表面张力显著下降,大大增加了溶液的润湿和渗透作用;椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺为非离子表面活性剂;聚甘油油酸为有机溶剂。C8-10烷基糖苷、非离子表面活性剂和季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂组成的三元表面活性剂体系,并复配非离子渗透剂和有机溶剂,可以达到对重垢油污更高效的去除效果,克服了现有清洗剂不能用于清洗重垢油的局限性。本发明提供的清洗剂中强碱和有机溶剂的含量较低,对皮肤刺激性小,安全性高且成本降低。另外,本发明使用的是三元表面活性剂体系,由于各种不同类型表面活性剂之间的协同增溶效应,比现有的一元和二元体系更能够降低油污的表面张力,从而进一步提高了对油污的去除效果。
进一步的,有机碱用于调节清洗剂的pH值,使得清洗剂酸碱度处于合适范围,以适用于更多的领域,优选的,有机碱选用三乙醇胺。
优选的,碱性介质缓蚀剂选用亚硝酸钠,在pH值大于6的中碱性清洗剂中,加入适量的亚硝酸钠,可作为清洗过程的缓蚀剂,并在清洗后具有抗大气锈蚀的作用。
本发明提供的清洗剂的制备步骤如下:
步骤一,将助剂加入到60-65℃的去离子水中,恒温并搅拌不少于20min得到溶液a。
步骤二,将季铵盐化合物混合物、C8-10烷基糖苷依次加入到45-55℃的去离子水中,恒温并搅拌不少于30min得到溶液b。
步骤三,将溶液b加入到溶液a里,再依次加有机碱、碱性介质缓蚀剂和苯甲酸钠,搅拌不少于30min即得到清洗剂。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的清洗剂清洗力强且安全环保,不含有机溶剂,无刺鼻气味,低毒,不污染环境。该清洗剂对清除硬化干固污渍有明显效果,适用于各种交通工具,也可用于家居玻璃、镜面、屏幕及其他玻璃器皿等。使用该清洗剂后可在清洗件表面形成保护膜,有效减少静电及灰尘污渍吸附,减少外界灰尘沙石等硬物对表面划伤。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种清洗剂,该清洗剂的组成成分及质量百分比为:1%的C8-10烷基糖苷,5%的季铵盐化合物混合物,0.1%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,0.1%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,0.1%的聚甘油油酸,0.1%的亚硝酸钠,0.1%的三乙醇胺,0.1%的苯甲酸钠,其余为去离子水。
本实施例1得到的清洗剂参照《液体厨房油污清洗剂国家标准》的实验方法,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,油污的干燥温度为200℃时,所制备清洗剂的pH为7.1、清洗2min后的去污力为93.8%。
实施例2
一种清洗剂,该清洗剂的组成成分及质量百分比为:5%的C8-10烷基糖苷,0.1%的季铵盐化合物混合物,5%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,5%的聚甘油油酸,5%的亚硝酸钠,5%的三乙醇胺,5%的苯甲酸钠,其余为去离子水。
本实施例2制得的清洗剂参照《液体厨房油污清洗剂国家标准》的实验方法,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,油污的干燥温度为200℃时, 所制备清洗剂的pH为7.5、清洗2min后的去污力为92.3%。
实施例3
一种清洗剂,该清洗剂的组成成分及质量百分比为:3%的C8-10烷基糖苷,2.5%的季铵盐化合物混合物,4%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,2%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,1%的聚甘油油酸,3%的亚硝酸钠,2%的三乙醇胺,3%的苯甲酸钠,其余为去离子水。
本实施例3制得清洗剂参照《液体厨房油污清洗剂国家标准》的实验方法,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,油污的干燥温度为200℃时,所制备清洗剂的pH为7.2、清洗2min后的去污力为96.0%。
实施例4
一种清洗剂,该清洗剂的组成成分及质量百分比为:4%的C8-10烷基糖苷,3%的季铵盐化合物混合物,2%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,3%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,2%的聚甘油油酸,4%的亚硝酸钠,3%的三乙醇胺,2%的苯甲酸钠,其余为去离子水。
本实施例4制得的清洗剂参照《液体厨房油污清洗剂国家标准》的实验方法,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,油污的干燥温度为200℃时, 所制备清洗剂的pH为7.2、清洗2min后的去污力为97.5%。
实施例5
一种清洗剂,该清洗剂的组成成分及质量百分比为:2%的C8-10烷基糖苷,4.5%的季铵盐化合物混合物,3%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,1.5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,2.5%的聚甘油油酸,3%的亚硝酸钠,4.5%的三乙醇胺,4%的苯甲酸钠,其余为去离子水。
本实施例5制得的清洗剂参照《液体厨房油污清洗剂国家标准》的实验方法,对试样的去污力进行试验,油污的干燥温度为200℃时,所制备清 洗剂的pH为7.3、清洗2min后的去污力为99.0%。
进一步将市售清洗剂“威猛先生”和“何嫂全能水”与实施例5中的试样进行对比试验。参照《液体厨房油污清洗剂国家标准》的试验方法,对实例5制备的水基清洗剂的去污力进行试验。实施例5中的试样、市售厨房多用清洗剂“威猛先生”和“何嫂全能水”原液的pH分别为7.3、9.5和9.0,其稀释前后的去污力数据对比为:稀释0、2、4倍时,“威猛先生”的pH分别为9.5、8.8、 8.6,去污力分别为90.5%、80.7%和78.3%,“何嫂全能水”的pH分别为9.0、8.9、8.7,去污力分别为91.3%、83.1%和78.7%,而实施例5制备水基清洗剂的pH分别为7.3、6.8、6.5,去污力分别为99.0%、91.1%和85.8%。
上述实例中所用的表面活性剂和清洗助剂均为市购工业原料。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (5)
1.一种清洗剂,其特征在于,包括有如下重量百分比的组分:
1~5%的表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为C8-10烷基糖苷;
0.1~5%的季铵盐化合物混合物;
0.3~15%的助剂;
0.1~5%的碱性介质缓蚀剂;
0.1~5%的有机碱;
0.1~5%的苯甲酸钠;
其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,所述助剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚甘油油酸的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂包括0.1~5%wt的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、0.1~5%wt的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和0.1~5%wt的聚甘油油酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,所述碱性介质缓蚀剂为亚硝酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,所述有机碱为三乙醇胺。
