技术领域
本发明涉及日化洗涤用品技术领域,具体涉及一种空调消毒清洁剂。
背景技术
在日常生活中,空调在长时间使用后散热片极易积油腻、尘垢、水垢、烟垢等,形成较大热阻,同时也会有细菌赘生物滞留在空调散热片中,若未得到及时清理,就会造成散热片热交换效率差,耗电增加,而细菌的滋生严重也会危害人体健康。
目前常用的空调清洁剂大多为中性、碱性等水基清洁剂。这些清洁剂虽然有很强的清洗能力,很容易洗净金属表面的污垢,但大多没有杀灭空调换热器上的细菌、霉菌以及病毒等功能,只有部分产品只能达到抑菌作用。另外,此类清洁剂在钢、铝、铜、铸铁等防腐、防锈性能方面没有做到较好兼顾,极易造成对空调零部件表面造成腐蚀和损坏。因此,选用与配制适合于翅片换热器的灭菌消毒清洁剂是一个重要研究课题。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种能够消毒、去污、防腐防锈的空调消毒清洁剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包含如下重量份原料:阳离子表面活性剂0~5%、非离子表面活性剂0~10%、溶剂0~5%、消毒剂0.05~3%、防腐剂0~5%、防锈剂0~3%、螯合剂0.05~0.1%、PH调节剂0~1%、天然杀菌剂0.1~5%、水60~99.8%;

实施例1:一种空调消毒清洁剂,它包含如下重量份原料:十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7 5%、乙醇4%、三氯卡班0.2%、苯甲酸钠1%、亚硝酸钠0.8%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%、氢氧化钠0.1%、茶树精油1%、水84.8%。
实施例2:一种空调消毒清洁剂,它包含如下重量份原料:十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7 3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9 4%、二乙二醇丁醚3%、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐2%、苯甲酸钠0.8%、乌洛托品0.8%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%、氢氧化钠0.1%、茶树精油2%、水81.2%。
实施例3:一种空调消毒清洁剂,它包含如下重量份原料:十六烷基三甲基氯化铵3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7 4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9 6%、乙二醇叔丁醚5%、对氯间二甲苯酚0.5%、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐2%、苯甲酸钠0.8%、吗啉1.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%、柠檬酸0.4%、茶树精油3%、水73.7%。
实施例4:一种空调消毒清洁剂,它包含如下重量份原料:十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1%、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7 5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9 5%、乙二醇叔丁醚2%、二乙二醇丁醚3%、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐2.5%、三氯卡班0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.8%、吗啉2%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%、柠檬酸0.5%、茶树精油5%、水68.6%。
对实施例1-4制得的空调消毒清洁剂进行稳定性考察、理化、灭杀能力测试、防腐性及防锈性测试:
1、稳定性考察:分别取实施例1-4的空调消毒清洁剂样品2份,每份200克,分别置于40℃±2℃恒温24小时及置于-5℃±2℃恒温24小时,取出恢复至室温25℃观察;经过检测实施例1-4的空调消毒清洁剂样品无分层和无变色现象、不混浊,均与试验前相同;因此,产品稳定性符合要求;
2、按照《GB/T 13173-2008表面活性剂洗涤剂试验方法》中第七章A法的规定对实施例1-4的空调消毒清洁剂样品进行理化指标的测试:实施例1-4的空调消毒清洁剂样品的总活性物含量均不小于6%,完全符合企业标准不小于0.8%的要求;
3、杀菌能力测试:将实施例1-4的空调消毒清洁剂按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.7.4和2.1.2.10规定的方法,使用原液,作用5分钟条件下测定,对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均不小于5.0,完全符合企业标准规定的要求;
4、去污、防腐、防锈测试:实施例1-4制得的空调消毒清洁剂,各取80个样品,经80个测试人员试用,其中有76人认为产品达到了去污、防腐、防锈的效果,4人认为有一定的去污、防腐、防锈效果,去污、防腐、防锈满意率达到95%,因此产品完全能够达到去污、防腐、防锈效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调消毒清洁剂,其特征在于它包含如下重量份原料:阳离子表面活性剂0~3%、非离子表面活性剂0~5%、溶剂0~5%、消毒剂0.05~0.5%、防腐剂0~5%、防锈剂0~3%、螯合剂0.05~0.1%、PH调节剂0~1%、天然杀菌剂0.1~5%、水70~99.8%。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种空调消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的阳离子表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或多种混合。
4.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种空调消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷或脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种或者多种混合。
5.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种空调消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇叔丁醚等中的一种或多种混合。
6.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种空调消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的消毒剂为苯扎氯胺、苯扎溴铵、三氯卡班、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐、对氯间二甲苯酚中的一种或多种混合。
7.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种空调消毒清洁剂,其特征在于防腐剂为卡松、苯甲酸钠中的一种或多种混合。
8.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种空调消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的防锈剂为乌洛托品、亚硝酸钠、吗啉中的一种或多种混合。
9.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种空调消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的PH调节剂为柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种混合。
