洗涤剂要具备良好的润湿性、渗透性、乳化性、分散性、增溶性及发泡与消泡等性能。这些性能的综合就是洗涤剂的洗涤性能。洗涤剂的产品种类很多,基本上可分为肥皂、合成洗衣粉、液体洗涤剂、固体洗涤剂及膏状洗涤剂几大类。洗涤剂是配方密集型产品,配方设计和工艺研究是洗涤剂开发的关键,而配方实例是配方设计的重要参考,实例可以提供和拓宽科研人员的研究思路,通过对现有配方的研究、改变与调整,往往可以以较快的速度、较小的代价而获得较满意的配方。需要说明得是,消毒洗涤剂等特殊产品除要考虑技术指标外,还必须考虑有关法规要求。
随着我国新型工业化进程的加快,清洗已经成为工业生产中的一个必不可少的重要环节,工业洗涤剂的市场需求将会保持持续高位增长,同时这样对清洗技术进步提出了新的、更高的要求。其中尤其是空调的清洗已提升到相当高的位置,空调设备已进入普通家庭和几乎所有的公共场所,办公机关、现代空调病时有出现,因此空调设备清洗剂的多功能杀菌清洗无污染的清洗剂迫在眉睫。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种释放元素负离子远红外功能性空调杀菌清洗剂。

制备方法:
将麦饭石、电气石、高岭石、方解石研碎,精制成纳米粉助洗剂经干燥、研磨、筛粉、消毒后,按比例与消毒剂、洗涤剂配料,将配好的料混合均匀包装即为成品。
所述麦饭石(CMS)的组成为二氧化硅(SiO2)、三氧化二铝(TiO2)、二氧化钛(TiO2)、硅酸盐约占80%,含有钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、磷(P),这些对人体而言的常量必需元素,还有铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、硒(Se)、锶(Sr)、钼(Mo)、铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、钴(Co),都是对人体而言的常用的必需微量金属元素,还有对人体有益的微量元素镓(Ga)、锗(Ge)、铌(Nb),而对人体有害的铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、砷(Ag)等含量很低,所以不会对人体产生危害。
麦饭石、蛇纹石呈多孔海绵状特殊结构,具有巨大的表面积,对金属离子和病毒有强烈的吸附杀菌和抑制细菌的作用,在水中能溶出数十种对人体有益的各种元素。它又是一种纳米级复合无机材料,由SiO2、TiO2、Al2O3、CaO、P2O5、ZnO、ZrO、La、Se细粉按一定比例混合而成,它的远红外线能深入皮下组织3~5mm,它能促进人体新陈代谢,具有提高含氧量、活化水分子、改善微循环、平衡酸碱度、提高免疫力、消炎镇痛等作用。同时它还含有负离子粉复合无机材料,SiO2、TiO2、CaO、Al2O3、ZnO、ZrO、La、Se以一定的比例组成,可产生对人体有益的负离子。
负离子是对人体非常有益的物质,当人们通过呼吸将空气中的负离子送进肺泡时,就能改善人体的心肌功能,增强心肌营养和细胞代谢,提高人体免疫力,促进健康。人体吸进一定浓度的空气负离子能调节神经系统功能,促进血液循环,使人精力充沛、健康长寿。如果吸入相当多的空气负离子,还能驱除哮喘、高血压、神经衰弱、肺心病、冠心病等疾患。由于环境污染补充空调中的产生了大量的正离子,而负离子数量在明显减少,人们希望改善居室环境和工作环境中的空气质量,享受到大自然浓度中的空气负离子,因此在空调杀菌清洗剂中加入空气负离子实属需要。
人体的自然防卫只能多付大颗粒的烟尘,面对小于1~2μm的颗粒就无能为力了,因为这些微粒能顺利通过肺内而引起各种疾病,纳米元素中药中的负离子在空气中呈“Z”字形移动,很容易给细菌、灰尘、烟雾微粒以及小滴等输送负电荷,电荷能中和空气中的尘埃、细菌、病毒等物质。与这些微粒聚集成球后落到地面使污浊的空气转化成新鲜清洁的空气,从而使空气净化环保。
在负离子发生的材料中电气石是研究应用最多、最广的一种天然矿石,它也是以含硼为特征的铝、钠、铁、镁、锂环状结构的硅酸盐,它的主要成分有Al2O3、SiO2、Fe2O3、TiO2、B2O5 等,其他的负离子材料还有一些天然矿石,如蛋白石为含水非晶质或胶质的活性SiO2以及少量的Fe2O3、Al2O3等。奇冰石为硅酸盐和铝铁的金属氧化物构成的无机多孔物质,大气的成分主要包括O2、N2、H2O等气体,这些气体分子的电离主要依靠外界催离素对气体作用的结果,催离素是能够产生负离子的因素,包括光触媒、紫外线、放射线、光电效应等。是应用纳米电气石微粉末,它具有热电性和压电性,因此在有温度和压力,即使是最微小的变化情况下,既能引起负离子晶体间的电势差,从而形成电场。高电压使电场中的空气发生电离,被击中的电子附着于附近的水和氧气分子,并使它能转化为空气负离子。这种负离子远红外护肤类产品在使用过程中与身体的水分子及周围空气中的水分子发生微弱的点解作用,产生羟基负离子,能调节人体周围环境中的空气质量,并与空气中带正电荷的有害物中和,形成身居闹事一尘不染而享受清洁的空间。

所述无机弱酸是磷酸或硼酸;无机强酸是硫酸或硝酸。
所述非离子表面活性剂是辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(9)或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(9)或月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)以及壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(6)或月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(6)。
所述阴离子表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)硫酸钠。
所述含氧溶剂是乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇苯醚、乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇乙醚中的至少一种。
所述酸缓蚀剂是硫脲。
所述消毒剂为氯化磷酸三钠,消毒力强,质量份最佳范围为1—5。这对各种肠道传染病菌的杀灭力强,并对甲、乙肝炎病毒具有较强的破坏作用。
本品用于清洗空调,既可均匀彻底去除污垢,又不会对铝、铜及不锈钢等零部件产生强腐蚀;省时省力、成本低、安全可靠、无污染。用法如下:
(1)将电机和风扇拆卸并取下,单独清洗;
(2)清洗剂按10%—15%配成水溶液,将拆掉电机和风扇的空调整体吊入清洗槽中,常温下浸泡30min,开启超声波清洗10—30min;将空调整体置于水洗槽,用高压水枪喷洗空调表面和内部;
(3)80℃热风烘干。
本品是以麦饭石、电气石及弱酸为主体的酸性助洗剂,各组分相互配合,可均匀彻底清除空调中铝翅片及壳体等零部件的表面污垢,以提高空调的制热、制冷效率;同时所加入的高效酸洗缓蚀剂,亦可防止铝、铜及不锈钢的过腐蚀,可对空调整机(除电机、风扇)一次清洗完成,避免使用两种清洗剂所存在的操作复杂、费时费力等问题,省时省力、成本低;本品不产生酸雾、无毒,对操作环境及人体无任何影响,安全可靠。
本品能自发不断地产生、溶出、释放人体有益的多种微量元素促进人体元素平衡身体健康及负离子净化空间,辐射远红外,促进人体细胞活力,健康益寿。

氨基磺酸 3—9; 异噻唑啉酮 0.1—0.3;
纳米二氧化钛 1—3; 聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 0.1—0.3;
纳米二氧化硅 2—6; 羟基亚乙基二膦酸 1—3;
六偏磷酸钠 0.1—0.3; 表面活性剂 1.5—4.5;
柠檬酸 1—3; 稀土激活剂 0.4—1.2;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 0.1—0.3; 磷酸酯两性表面活性剂 0.3—0.9;
去离子水加至100;
制备方法:
将上述原料按比例混合均匀,经乳化分散处理即可制成。
所述无机酸为氨基硫磺酸或氨基磺酸与氢氟酸或盐酸的混合物;有机酸为羟基亚乙基二膦酸或其与葡萄糖酸或柠檬酸的混合物。
所述杀菌剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,或其与异噻唑啉酮的混合物。及广谱强效氧化锌晶须ZnOw杀菌剂。
所述表面活性剂为磷酸酯两性表面活性剂,或其与低泡脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合物。水溶性助溶剂为乙醇或二甲苯磺酸钠。
增稠剂为400万的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
表面活性剂也可以采用下列阴离子表面活性剂中的一种,即烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;还可以采用下列非离子表面活性剂中的一种,即脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的混合物。水溶性助溶剂为乙醇或二甲苯磺酸钠。
增稠剂为400万的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
表面活性剂也可以采用下列阴离子表面活性剂中的一种,即烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;还可以采用下列非离子表面活性剂中的一种,即脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基醇酰胺。
所述稀土激活剂可以使用氧化镧、氧化铈、氧化铵或氧化镨等稀土元素离子及其氧化物中的一种或几种。
本品由于采用了纳米二氧化钛原料,因此,只需微弱的紫外线照射就可以激发纳米二氧化钛产生杀菌、分散有害气体的作用。
本品对环境无二次污染,对人体无毒、无副作用。
本品的杀菌率达到95%以上,有害气体清除率达到85%以上。
本品是一种空调专用除垢灭菌、杀菌、消毒,释放元素负离子辐射远红外清洗剂,所用有机酸、无机酸、表面活性剂、杀菌剂、助溶剂、增稠剂等原料来源广泛,获取容易,适宜大规模的工业化生产。本品采用一种矿石药剂除垢、杀菌、去污一次完成,而且清洗时间只需1—3min,然后用水冲净即可,既节省了成本又节约了工时,对设备没有腐蚀。本品使用的易冲洗、低泡、能生物降解的表面活性剂,使得该产品使用更加安全,省时、省力,环保。

烷基多苷 0.4—1.2; 50%的硝酸 0.05—0.15;

制备方法:
将硝酸、柠檬烯、茶皂素、卵磷脂、柠檬酸、草酸以上述比例及各组分在温度为15—25℃条件下混合均匀,配制而成。
用本品所述的空调翅片清洗剂清洗空调翅片时,可采用浇涌和喷雾方式,喷雾清洗必须使用普通喷枪等装置,用此清洗剂喷上3—5s,过1—2min后,用水喷雾漂洗即可。
主要应用于化学清洗技术和一种天然植物清洗剂共混的技术领域,有效地杀灭空调翅片上的细菌病毒和螨虫及虫卵。使用方法:具体涉及一种空调翅片清洗,该清洗剂采用喷雾方式清洗,清洗剂均匀喷洒或涂刷到要清洗的物品上,用布直接擦洗,再用清水洗净,最后用布擦干即可;清洗效果显著,用量少,时间短,清洗快速方便,清洗后无腐蚀,空调翅片光亮;该制备方法工艺简单、成本低廉。不必再搅拌摇匀,使用极为方便。
本品其中的主药成分是从纯天然植物如橘子皮、柠檬皮、橙子皮中精馏提取,环保无毒无污染。其中的主要组分柠檬烯具有较强的溶解力。该清洗剂不含苯、甲苯、二甲苯、环壬烷等对人体有毒有害的物质,也不含铅、铬、镉和汞等重金属。生产过程中不会污染环境,没有安全隐患。不需乳化设备,生产工艺过程中不会污染环境,没有安全隐患。不需乳化设备,生产工艺简单。操作方便,生产环境条件宽松。无需配套排除污染设施,具有显著的使用价值和经济效益。本品无二次污染,其残留物可被生物分解,其闪点高(为45℃以上),燃点高(为200℃以上),使用储存安全可靠。采用原料为可循环再生资源,来源丰富且广泛。在废物利用、变废为宝的同时达到清除污染源,有效进行资源整合。本品加入了茶皂素等几种天然表面活性剂,避免了乳化后分层现象,提高了清洗效果。该清洗剂安全环保,去污力强,工艺简单,成本较低;作为清洗后的空调翅片残留物少。
