Abstract
本发明公开了一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,所述的车用蒸发箱去污剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:非离子表面活性剂0.5~3%、阳离子表面活性剂0.5~2%、有机溶剂1~3%、去污助剂0.1~0.3%、碱性物质0.1~0.3%、防腐蚀剂0.1‑0.3%、植物精油0.1‑0.5%、助剂0.01‑0.03%、去离子水80~95%。本发明的车用蒸发箱去污剂能有效、安全、快捷无腐蚀的清洗汽车空调蒸发箱上的污垢,易于降解,简单方便,容易使用,而且无论是在生产、运输、储存还是使用过程当中,都是安全和环保的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新的车用蒸发箱去污剂及其制备方法,属于汽车空调清洁技术领域。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的不断发展,乘用小汽车的普及,汽车护理用品市场也在不断扩大,尤其是车用蒸发箱清洁市场。
大家都知道,在汽车空调运行的过程当中,空气中绝大部分的微小粉尘和细菌穿过过滤网进入空调内部,与冷凝水粘合后堵塞在蒸发器上,影响空调的制冷和散热。由于蒸发箱和通风管道中的潮湿环境及其表面的灰尘,为霉菌和真菌的滋生提供了温床,产生物体腐臭糜烂的异味,这些异味会随着空调的打开,污染整个车厢内部,被吸入人体内,会导致“汽车空调病”。
长时间不清洗空调,滤尘网上会积累各种灰尘、污垢,通过风道,在空调蒸发箱上滋生出大量细菌、霉菌和螨虫。使用者的第一感觉是空调吹出的风有股异味,如果长时间呆在这样的空调环境内,呼吸着不洁净的空气,会使人感到头晕、恶心,甚至引发过敏性皮肤病和哮喘等疾病。长时间不清洗空调,还会加大空调零件的磨损,增加空调的耗电量。
一般情况下,汽车行驶了5000公里以后,就要对空调进行检查和清理;行驶了10000公里,就要对风道和冷凝器进行清理。此外,如果汽车经常在灰尘较多的环境中行驶,清洗工作就应更频繁一些。定期清洗空调,有助于减少空调故障,并能够及时洗掉灰尘、防止滋生细菌、去除异味、保持车内通风顺畅,避免感染呼吸道、皮肤等传染病,有利于保持健康舒适的驾乘环境。
然而现有技术中的车用蒸发箱去污剂清洗完后有刺鼻的气味,易腐蚀汽车金属,去污效果不理想,并且会残留泡沫。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种车用蒸发箱去污剂及其制备方法,克服了传统清洗剂刺激强,腐蚀铝翘片,清洗效果不明显等缺点,能有效、安全、快捷无腐蚀的清洗掉汽车空调蒸发箱上的污垢,清洗后空调出风清新等独特优点。
本发明所涉及的车用蒸发箱去污剂可通过如下组成实现去污功效:
本发明所涉及的车用蒸发箱去污剂组分组成为:
非离子表面活性剂 0.5~3%
阳离子表面活性剂0.5~2%
有机溶剂 1~3%
去污助剂 0.1~0.3%
碱性物质 0.1~0.3%
防腐蚀剂0.1-0.3%
植物精油0.1-0.5%
助剂0.01-0.03%
去离子水 80~95%。
优选地,所述的非离子表面活性剂为AEO-9,在组分中的含量为0.5~3%。
优选地,所述的阳离子表面活性剂为CQAL-200,是一种烷氧基季铵盐化合物,在组分中的含量为0.5~2%。
优选地,所述的有机溶剂为二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(DPMA)、乙醇、丙二醇、乙二醇中的一种或者一种以上,在组分中的含量为1~3%。
优选地,所述的去污助剂为柠檬酸钠、烷基糖苷中的一种或两种,在组分中的含量为0.1~0.3%。
优选地,所述的碱性物质为氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者一种以上,在组分中的含量为0.1~0.3%。
优选地,所述的助剂为乳化剂、消泡剂,所述的乳化剂为吐温40、吐温60、吐温80中的一种或者一种以上,所述的消泡剂为二甲基硅油,在组分中含量为0.01-0.03%。
优选地,所述的防腐蚀剂为强力去污蜡、水性羊毛脂、水性凡士林中的一种或者一种以上,在组分中含量为0.1-0.3%。
优选地,所述的植物精油为柠檬精油、玫瑰精油、桂花精油中的一种或者一种以上,在组分中含量为0.1-0.5%。
优选地,所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)在反应釜中加入防腐蚀剂,升高温度至60-80℃,搅拌5-10分钟,搅拌速度为500-1000 r/min,加入助剂,同时将一半去离子水煮沸,将沸水缓慢加入反应釜,继续搅拌20-30分钟,加入植物精油,继续搅拌10-20分钟;
(b)在调料缸里加入剩下的一半去离子水和有机溶剂,在常温常态下先低速搅拌,转速50-100r/min,并按照重量百分比分别加入非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、去污助剂、碱性物质,物料加完后,逐步加大搅拌速度到300~500r/min,持续10~25 min,直到搅拌均匀,呈均一溶液;
(c)降低温度至常温,将步骤(b)的溶液倒入步骤(a)的溶液中,500-1000 r/min搅拌30-40分钟;
(d)停止搅拌,在生产线上按照规定量灌进原液,并盖上盖子封口,包装好后入箱封装。
本发明中主要组分的技术指标如下:
(1)AEO-9:又名脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,是一种非离子表面活性剂,外观为无色透明液体,PH值为6~7左右,HLB值为12.5,具有优良的乳化、去污、净洗性能。
(2)CQAL-200:是一种烷氧基季铵盐化合物,粘度约为50~70CPS,HLB值为16,外观为清澈透明的液体,具有优秀的去污能力,并且有抑制金属腐蚀的功能。
(3)二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:又称为DPMA,是一种醇醚类溶剂,外观为无色透明液体,密度约为0.970~0.980g/cm3,沸点为205℃,闪点为86℃。
(4)柠檬酸钠:别名枸橼酸钠,是一种有机化合物,外观为白色到无色晶体,无臭,有清凉咸辣味,易溶于水,其溶液pH值约为8。
(5)氢氧化钠:又名火碱,密度为2.130g/cm3,外观为片状或块状固体,易溶于水和乙醇,其溶液pH值呈碱性。
(6)去离子水:是指通过特殊设备,除去水中的离子态杂质而得到的近于纯净的水,我司去离子水的电阻率严格控制在1MΩ·cm以上,电导率控制标准在1μs/cm以下,以控制其对设备和罐体的腐蚀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中选用AEO-9和CQAL-200进行复配,二者混合后会起到一种很好的协同增效的作用,通过复配后的使用效果,比其中任意一种增加用量要好得多,使原液具有优秀的去污能力,同时CQAL-200能抑制金属腐蚀,能对蒸发箱和车体起到保护作用;
(2)本发明中二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(DPMA)作为一种溶剂,相对于市面上普遍使用的乙二醇丁醚(有毒),丙二醇丁醚(清洗完成后有刺鼻的味道)等溶剂,其挥发性适中,无毒无味,溶解能力极强,能有效溶解掉蒸发箱里面的污垢;
(3)本发明中柠檬酸钠作为一种不含磷的清洗助剂,能够络合污垢中的钙离子和镁离子,增强去污力,避开含磷助剂带来的富营养化污染,更环保;氢氧化钠也具有一定的去污能力,还能调节原液的pH值保持在适当范围内;
(4)本发明中选用的去离子水,可以有效溶解上述的各种组分,并已经除去了绝大部分的离子态杂质,电导率控制标准在1μs/cm以下,不会消耗和影响配方中的去污组分的功效,从而保证整个配方组分能够达到高效、强力的去污能力;
(5)本发明采用防腐蚀剂,对蒸发箱和车体有一定的防腐蚀性能,增加蒸发箱和车体的耐久性;
(6)本发明采用植物精油,一方面特别环保,另一方面植物精油的挥发会散发一定的香气,使人心情愉悦,虽然这个去污剂环保无残留,但是毕竟还是清洁剂,有一定的微弱气味,加入植物精油之后,使得清洗之后的蒸发箱具有怡人的香味;
(7)本发明的车用蒸发箱去污剂产品环保无毒害作用,无气味,不会对环境造成损害。
具体实施方式
实施例:
本发明公开了一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其成分包括
非离子表面活性剂 0.5~3%
阳离子表面活性剂0.5~2%
有机溶剂 1~3%
去污助剂 0.1~0.3%
碱性物质 0.1~0.3%
防腐蚀剂0.1-0.3%
植物精油0.1-0.5%
助剂0.01-0.03%
去离子水 80~95%。
本发明的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)在反应釜中加入防腐蚀剂,升高温度至60-80℃,搅拌5-10分钟,搅拌速度为500-1000 r/min,加入助剂,同时将一半去离子水煮沸,将沸水缓慢加入反应釜,继续搅拌20-30分钟,加入植物精油,继续搅拌10-20分钟;
(b)在调料缸里加入剩下的一半去离子水和有机溶剂,在常温常态下先低速搅拌,转速50-100r/min,并按照重量百分比分别加入非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、去污助剂、碱性物质,物料加完后,逐步加大搅拌速度到300~500r/min,持续10~25 min,直到搅拌均匀,呈均一溶液;
(c)降低温度至常温,将步骤(b)的溶液倒入步骤(a)的溶液中,500-1000 r/min搅拌30-40分钟;
(d)停止搅拌,在生产线上按照规定量灌进原液,并盖上盖子封口,包装好后入箱封装。
上述列举的各种实施例,在不矛盾的前提下,可以相互组合实施,本领域技术人员可结合上文对实施例的解释,作为对不同实施例中的技术特征进行组合的依据。
本发明的车用蒸发箱去污剂使用方法:
(1)引擎熄火,拆开卸下空调鼓风机或空调电阻;
(2)将去污剂放入专用清洗设备;
(3)使用设备专用喷枪从鼓风机的进风中伸入蒸发箱进行喷射;
(4)等待5分钟,即完成清洗。
测试例
去污效果对比
采用市售蒸发箱去污剂与本发明实例、对照例进行处理,并进行对比。选几台蒸发箱脏污程度差不多的汽车,分别用上述几种去污剂进行处理。
对照1没有加入碱性物质,氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠也具有一定的去污能力,还能调节原液的pH值保持在适当范围内,没有加入碱性物质,去污能力降低。
对照2不加非离子表面活性剂,AEO-9具有良好的去污、净洗性能,作为去污的主要成分,不加的话,清洁能力会极大的降低。
对照3不加乳化剂,助剂的加入使得防腐蚀剂和精油可以很好的乳化,发挥效果,助剂的缺失使得一些成分无法得到乳化,有沉淀,还有一些泡沫,使得成品的去污效果很差。
对照4不加去污助剂,去污助剂是强力清洁剂,可以很大的增强去污力,对环境环保,没有去污助剂的存在,去污能力降低。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于去污剂由以下重量百分比组分组成:
非离子表面活性剂 0.5~3%
阳离子表面活性剂0.5~2%
有机溶剂 1~3%
去污助剂 0.1~0.3%
碱性物质 0.1~0.3%
防腐蚀剂0.1-0.3%
植物精油0.1-0.5%
助剂0.01-0.03%
去离子水 80~95%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于所述的非离子表面活性剂为AEO-9。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于所述的阳离子表面活性剂为CQAL-200。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于所述的有机溶剂为二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(DPMA)、乙醇、丙二醇、乙二醇中的一种或者一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于所述的去污助剂为柠檬酸钠、烷基糖苷中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于所述的碱性物质为氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者一种以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于所述的助剂为乳化剂和消泡剂,所述的乳化剂为吐温40、吐温60、吐温80中的一种或者一种以上,所述的消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于所述的防腐蚀剂为强力去污蜡、水性羊毛脂、水性凡士林中的一种或者一种以上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于所述的植物精油为柠檬精油、玫瑰精油、桂花精油中的一种或者一种以上。
10.制备权利要求1所述的一种车用蒸发箱去污剂,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
在反应釜中加入防腐蚀剂,升高温度至60-80℃,搅拌5-10分钟,搅拌速度为500-1000r/min,加入助剂,同时将一半去离子水煮沸,将沸水缓慢加入反应釜,继续搅拌20-30分钟,加入植物精油,继续搅拌10-20分钟;
在调料缸里加入剩下的一半去离子水和有机溶剂,在常温常态下先低速搅拌,转速50-100r/min,并按照重量百分比分别加入非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、去污助剂、碱性物质,物料加完后,逐步加大搅拌速度到300~500r/min,持续10~25 min,直到搅拌均匀,呈均一溶液;
降低温度至常温,将步骤(b)的溶液倒入步骤(a)的溶液中,500-1000 r/min搅拌30-40分钟;
停止搅拌,在生产线上按照规定量灌进原液,并盖上盖子封口,包装好后入箱封装。
