技术领域
本发明涉及洗车液技术领域,具体涉及一种环保无水洗车液及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国是一个汽车大国,尤其是这些年经济的快速发展让中国的汽车市场不断壮大,汽车业进入了寻常百姓家庭成为普遍的交通工具,汽车产业的扩大也带动了汽车装饰、汽车修理、汽车保养等行业进入飞速成长的发展通道。车辆在使用过中,极易落满灰尘,特别是遇到雨天,容易被泥水弄脏,因此,过一段时间就需要洗车,以保证车身的整洁干净。
目前洗车市场,无论是人工洗车还是自动洗车机洗车,都需要大量的自来水冲刷汽车表面,这不仅延长了洗车的时间,而且会造成水资源的浪费,而我国又是个缺水国家,特别在北方地区,水资源尤其珍贵,将大量的水资源用于清洗汽车,显然是一种资源浪费;并且传统洗车液大部分含有有害成分,若洗车产生的污水内含有的大量石油类、有机磷、悬浮物、表面阴离子活性洗涤剂等化学污染物,直接排放出去极易造成水体富营养化,从而对周边环境造成危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有的传统洗车方式造成水资源的大量浪费和造成周边环境污染的问题,提供一种环保无水洗车液及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保无水洗车液,包括以下重量组分的原料:漆膜保护剂10-20份、表面活性剂10-40份、去离子水20-50份、柠檬香精0.5-1份、乙醇2-5份、纳米二氧化钛10-15份、辛酰水杨酸0.5-1.2份和季铵盐5-10份。
优选的,所述表面活性剂包括非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:1-1.5。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂为:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基聚氧乙烯醚乙酸酯中一种或多种。
优选的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基磺酸钠。
优选的,所述季铵盐为:硬脂酰三甲基氯化铵、硬脂酰二甲基戊基氯化铵和月桂酰胺丙基三甲基铵中一种或多种。
优选的,所述漆膜保护剂为:巴西棕榈蜡、羊毛脂、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸钙和植物胶中的一种或多种。
一种环保无水洗车液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分原料;
(2)将步骤(1)中称取的漆膜保护剂、去离子水、乙醇、纳米二氧化钛、辛酰水杨酸和季铵盐置于反应釜中,常温下混合搅拌20-30min,搅拌速度为60-120r/min;
(3)维持步骤(2)的搅拌速度,将重量份表面活性剂缓慢加入反应釜内后,再加入重量份的香精,继续搅拌15-25min,即得产品。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用科学配方,不含磷、苯、硒等有害成份,是一种高效、环保的洗车液,操作简单,用水量少,对环境友好,对车漆具有很好的保护作用,制备方法简单,生产成本低,便于工业化生产,操作时只需将本发明产品均匀喷至汽车表面,然后直接擦干净即可,与传统洗车方式相比,既节省了大量的水资源,避免造成水资源的浪费,又节省清洗的时间;
2、本发明采用阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配使用,去污效果更好,喷涂于汽车车体外壳,即可发挥其优良的润湿、渗透、发泡松动、溶解、分散作用而将污垢有效去除,实现清洗、上光、打蜡、养护四步合一的目的,还具有对皮肤刺激低,生物降解效果好等优点;
3、本发明中采用的纳米二氧化钛能够进入汽车表面的划痕当中起到划痕填充剂的作用,还具有良好的分散性和耐候性,有效的屏蔽紫外线,初次之外还具有完全无毒害、抗菌能力强范围广,价格便宜来源广的优点;
4、本发明采用了季铵盐,不仅可以轻易消除汽车表面的静电,显著降低汽车表面电阻,还兼具有了杀菌作用,可实现汽车表面的除污除菌,阻断病菌的有效传播;
5、辛酰水杨酸性质温和,不会对皮肤产生有害作用,既有抗菌杀毒的作用,又能有效的防止洗车液变质。

实施例1
一种环保无水洗车液,包括以下重量组分的原料:漆膜保护剂10份、表面活性剂10份、去离子水20份、柠檬香精0.5份、乙醇2份、纳米二氧化钛10份、辛酰水杨酸0.5份和季铵盐5份。
所述表面活性剂包括非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:1。
所述非离子表面活性剂为:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚和烷基聚氧乙烯醚乙酸酯中一种或多种。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基磺酸钠。

所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:1.5。

(3)维持步骤(2)的搅拌速度,将重量份表面活性剂缓慢加入反应釜内后,再加入重量份的香精,继续搅拌25min,即得产品。
