Abstract
本发明涉及一种生物洗车液的配制方法,本发明是以汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、五味子油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它具有高效清洁,泡沫丰富,润滑上光,不伤车漆,不伤手,快速溶解污渍,洗车效率更高,洗车时心情愉悦。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种生物洗车液配制方法。
背景技术
新购车的车主第一次给爱车“洗澡”应选用中性温和的洗净剂,正确的洗车应采用洗车专用的洗车液,专业洗车液PH值为中性,不会侵蚀车表面,更能在洗车的同时给予车体一种滋润保养的功效,即便经常洗车,也不会损伤车漆,反而越洗越亮。最忌用碱性强的洗涤剂或肥皂粉,因为它们虽然去污力强,但同时损伤性也大,经常用它们洗车,车体表面的亮光很快就会被侵蚀掉,而且会加速车身橡胶件、轮胎、车窗的老化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有高效清洁,泡沫丰富,润滑上光,不伤车漆,不伤手,快速溶解污渍,洗车效率更高,洗车时心情愉悦的生物洗车液配制方法。
本发明的生物洗车液技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、五味子油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1.4-1.5% 甘草酸二钾 1.3-1.6% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.4-1.6%
燕麦多肽 0.9-1.1% 聚季铵盐0.5-0.7% 红没药醇 0.2-0.3%
五味子油 0.5-0.7% 绿茶香精 1.7-1.8% AES 7.1-7.9%
益生菌群 4.2-5.3% 甲基乙基酯 1.7-1.8% 辛酰水杨酸 0.2-0.3%
TX10乳化剂 1.2-1.4% 海藻糖 1.7-1.8% 卡松2 1.2-1.4%
醇醚硫酸钠 0.7-0.8% 酵素 0.5-0.9% 醋酸 1.6-1.7%
香 1.3-1.6% 水65.8-70.7%
b、配制工艺
本发明生物洗车液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入水中搅拌37分钟,再加入燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇高速搅拌31分钟,并配以五味子油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,加热恒温在26.3°C均质搅拌117分种后,将容器恒温在30.7°C密封发酵29.6小时,再加入辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌47分钟,它能快速溶解污渍,洗车效率更高,洗车时心情愉悦,然后恒温在30.8°C容器内静置45.1小时即为成品。
有益效果:
具有高效清洁,泡沫丰富,润滑上光,不伤车漆,不伤手,快速溶解污渍,洗车效率更高,洗车时心情愉悦。
具体实施方式
本发明的生物洗车液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,

1.一种生物洗车液的配制方法,它是以汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、五味子油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1.4-1.5% 甘草酸二钾 1.3-1.6% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.4-1.6%
燕麦多肽 0.9-1.1% 聚季铵盐0.5-0.7% 红没药醇 0.2-0.3%
五味子油 0.5-0.7% 绿茶香精 1.7-1.8% AES 7.1-7.9%
益生菌群 4.2-5.3% 甲基乙基酯 1.7-1.8% 辛酰水杨酸 0.2-0.3%
TX10乳化剂 1.2-1.4% 海藻糖 1.7-1.8% 卡松2 1.2-1.4%

b、配制工艺
