本发明涉及一种重油污强力清洗剂的配制方法,本发明是以汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、艾叶油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,使其从物体表面脱落并乳化且不伤害物体表面,无毒无害,不腐蚀金属、塑料、橡胶、玻璃、皮革等其他物品。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种重油污强力清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
厨房向来是油烟重地,面对油腻腻的厨房,想必很多主妇都很头痛。如何才能又快又好的清洁这些顽固的油垢呢,俗话说罗马不是一天造成的,厨房里油腻难除的顽强油垢也不是一天造成的,油垢发生的原因,主要是烹饪过程中所产生的油烟或油渍遇热产生氧化,而氧化后的油分子会产生黏性,如果在此阶段没有实时清除,冷却后就会变成油垢,日积月累下来,清除的困难度渐增,就成了令人伤脑筋的顽垢。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,使其从物体表面脱落并乳化且不伤害物体表面,无毒无害,不腐蚀金属等其他物品的重油污强力清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的重油污强力清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、艾叶油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.7-0.8% 甘草酸二钾0.6-0.9% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.7-0.9%
茶皂素 1.8-2.3% 神经酰胺1.6-1.9% 小麦胚芽 1.5-1.6%
艾叶油 0.8-0.9% 绿茶香精 1.1-1.2% AES 6.5-7.3%
益生菌群 3.5-4.6% 甲基乙基酯 1-1.1% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.3-1.5%
TX10乳化剂 0.5-0.7% 海藻糖 1-1.1% 卡松2 0.5-0.7%
多库酯钠 1.3-1.6% 酵素 2.5-3.2% 醋酸 2-2.1%
香 1.5-1.7% 水63.9-69.6%
b、配制工艺
本发明重油污强力清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入水中搅拌27分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽高速搅拌23分钟,并配以艾叶油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,加热恒温在24.6°C均质搅拌107分种后,将容器恒温在29.5°C密封发酵22小时,再加入鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌38分钟,它能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,然后恒温在29.5°C容器内静置38小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,使其从物体表面脱落并乳化且不伤害物体表面,无毒无害,不腐蚀金属、塑料、橡胶、玻璃、皮革等其他物品。
具体实施方式
本发明的重油污强力清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
汉防己提取物 0.7-0.8%、甘草酸二钾0.6-0.9%、纳豆发酵提取物 0.7-0.9%、 茶皂素1.8-2.3%、神经酰胺1.6-1.9%、小麦胚芽 1.5-1.6%、艾叶油 0.8-0.9%、绿茶香精 1.1-1.2%、AES 6.5-7.3%、 益生菌群 3.5-4.6%、甲基乙基酯 1-1.1%、鱼胶原蛋白 1.3-1.5%、TX10乳化剂 0.5-0.7%、海藻糖 1-1.1%、卡松2 0.5-0.7%、多库酯钠 1.3-1.6%、酵素 2.5-3.2%、醋酸 2-2.1%、香 1.5-1.7%、水63.9-69.6%,将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入水中搅拌27分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽高速搅拌23分钟,并配以艾叶油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,加热恒温在24.6°C均质搅拌107分种后,将容器恒温在29.5°C密封发酵22小时,再加入鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌38分钟,它能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,然后恒温在29.5°C容器内静置38小时即为成品。

1.一种重油污强力清洗剂的配制方法,它是以汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、艾叶油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.7-0.8% 甘草酸二钾0.6-0.9% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.7-0.9%
茶皂素 1.8-2.3% 神经酰胺1.6-1.9% 小麦胚芽 1.5-1.6%
艾叶油 0.8-0.9% 绿茶香精 1.1-1.2% AES 6.5-7.3%
益生菌群 3.5-4.6% 甲基乙基酯 1-1.1% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.3-1.5%

b、配制工艺
