本发明的酵素重油污强力清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、D‑生物素、孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌、艾叶油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香、水混合配制而成。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种酵素重油污强力清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
厨房向来是油烟重地,面对油腻腻的厨房,想必很多主妇都很头痛。油垢发生的原因,主要是烹饪过程中所产生的油烟或油渍遇热产生氧化,而氧化后的油分子会产生黏性,如果在此阶段没有实时清除,冷却后就会变成油垢,日积月累下来,清除的困难度渐增,就成了令人伤脑筋的顽垢。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,使其从物体表面脱落并乳化且不伤害物体表面,无毒无害,不腐蚀金属等其他物品的酵素重油污强力清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的酵素重油污强力清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、D-生物素、孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌、艾叶油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1% 甘草酸二钾1.1% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.9%
D-生物素 1.6% 孤独腐质霉1.1% 嗜热链球菌 1.3%
艾叶油 1.1% 绿茶香精 0.8% AES 2.8%
益生菌群 2% 甲基乙基酯 1.9% 鱼胶原蛋白 2.1%
TX10乳化剂 1.5% 海藻糖 1.8% 卡松2 1.2%
多库酯钠 1.3% 酵素 2% 醋酸 1.9%
苹果香 2.2% 水70.4%
配制工艺
本发明酵素重油污强力清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入恒温30.8°C的水中搅拌112分钟,再加入D-生物素、孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌、艾叶油高速搅拌113分钟,并配以绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2恒温在32.8°C均质搅拌116分种,将容器恒温在36.8°C密封发酵23.8小时,再加入多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌118分钟,它能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,然后恒温在33.8°C容器内静置29.8小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,使其从物体表面脱落并乳化且不伤害物体表面,无毒无害,不腐蚀金属、塑料、橡胶、玻璃、皮革等其他物品。
具体实施方式
本发明的酵素重油污强力清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,汉防己提取物1%、甘草酸二钾1.1%、纳豆发酵提取物 0.9%、D-生物素 1.6%、孤独腐质霉1.1%、嗜热链球菌1.3%、艾叶油 1.1%、绿茶香精 0.8%、AES 2.8%、 益生菌群 2%、甲基乙基酯 1.9%、鱼胶原蛋白 2.1%、TX10乳化剂 1.5%、海藻糖 1.8%、卡松2 1.2%、 多库酯钠 1.3%、酵素 2%、醋酸1.9%、苹果香 2.2%、水70.4%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入恒温30.8°C的水中搅拌112分钟,再加入D-生物素、孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌、艾叶油高速搅拌113分钟,并配以绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2恒温在32.8°C均质搅拌116分种,将容器恒温在36.8°C密封发酵23.8小时,再加入多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌118分钟,它能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,然后恒温在33.8°C容器内静置29.8小时即为成品。
