本发明涉及一种生物灶具清洗剂的配制方法,本发明是以汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、广藿香油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它具有强力高效的油污清洁,渗透力强、能快速乳化溶解油渍、油垢、水垢等,对人体皮肤及灶具无任何伤害和腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种生物灶具清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
灶具的保养常常为人们所忽视,从而导致其内部零件老化、锈死,故障连连,煤气灶具、液化灶具上很容易沾上油污,我们用水擦灶台时,因为油和水不相容,总是擦不干净,炖煮东西时一不小心常会溢出锅外弄脏灶台,若用碱水洗,宜洗掉油漆,若用清水洗又洗不干净,这时,有必要选用生物灶具清洗剂用于灶台保养。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有强力高效的油污清洁,渗透力强、能快速乳化溶解油渍、油垢、水垢等,对人体皮肤及灶具无任何伤害和腐蚀的生物灶具清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的生物灶具清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、广藿香油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.5-0.6% 甘草酸二钾0.4-0.7% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.5-0.7%
茶皂素 1.6-2.1% 神经酰胺1.4-1.7% 小麦胚芽 1.3-1.4%
广藿香油 1-1.1% 绿茶香精 0.9-1% AES 6.3-7.1%
益生菌群 3.2-4.3% 甲基乙基酯0.8-0.9% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.1-1.3%
柠檬酸 1.5-1.6% 海藻糖0.8-0.9% 磷酸氢二钠 1.6-1.7%
多库酯钠 1.1-1.4% 酵素 2.3-3% 醋酸 1.8-1.9%
香 2.3-2.6% 水64-69.6%
b、配制工艺
本发明生物灶具清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入水中搅拌25分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽高速搅拌21分钟,并配以广藿香油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,加热恒温在24.2°C均质搅拌105分种后,将容器恒温在29°C密封发酵20小时,再加入鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌36分钟,它具有强力高效的油污清洁,渗透力强,然后恒温在29°C容器内静置36小时即为成品。
有益效果:
具有强力高效的油污清洁,渗透力强、能快速乳化溶解油渍、油垢、水垢等,对人体皮肤及灶具无任何伤害和腐蚀。
具体实施方式
本发明的生物灶具清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
汉防己提取物 0.5-0.6%、甘草酸二钾0.4-0.7%、纳豆发酵提取物 0.5-0.7%、 茶皂素1.6-2.1%、神经酰胺1.4-1.7%、小麦胚芽 1.3-1.4%、广藿香油 1-1.1%、绿茶香精 0.9-1%、AES 6.3-7.1%、益生菌群 3.2-4.3%、甲基乙基酯0.8-0.9%、鱼胶原蛋白 1.1-1.3%、柠檬酸1.5-1.6%、海藻糖0.8-0.9%、磷酸氢二钠 1.6-1.7%、多库酯钠 1.1-1.4%、酵素 2.3-3%、醋酸 1.8-1.9%、香 2.3-2.6%、水64-69.6%,将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入水中搅拌25分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽高速搅拌21分钟,并配以广藿香油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,加热恒温在24.2°C均质搅拌105分种后,将容器恒温在29°C密封发酵20小时,再加入鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌36分钟,它具有强力高效的油污清洁,渗透力强,然后恒温在29°C容器内静置36小时即为成品。

1.一种生物灶具清洗剂的配制方法,它是汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、广藿香油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.5-0.6% 甘草酸二钾0.4-0.7% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.5-0.7%
茶皂素 1.6-2.1% 神经酰胺1.4-1.7% 小麦胚芽 1.3-1.4%
广藿香油 1-1.1% 绿茶香精 0.9-1% AES 6.3-7.1%
