本发明涉及一种生物抽油烟机清洗剂的配制方法,本发明是以汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、缬草油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、卡松2、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它是专为抽油烟机顽固油污而设计,顽固油污轻松去除,清洗油烟机无须拆卸,油污自动溶解滴入油盒,一抹即净,无须过水。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种生物抽油烟机清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
抽油烟机已成为现代家庭必不可少的厨房工具,不过,再好的工具也要时常清理清理,要不然,时间久了不仅会形成油垢影响厨房的环境卫生,而且还会影响油烟机的使用,使油烟不易排除,长期使用的油烟机罩,风机,空气净化器,烟道不经常清洗,会有很多油渍残留在烟机上和烟道表面,时间久了会形成油垢,简单清洗是处理不掉的,要选用专业的抽油烟机清洗剂进行清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种专为抽油烟机顽固油污而设计,顽固油污轻松去除,清洗油烟机无须拆卸,油污自动溶解滴入油盒,一抹即净,无须过水的生物抽油烟机清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的生物抽油烟机清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、缬草油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.6-0.7% 甘草酸二钾0.5-0.8% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.6-0.8%
茶皂素 1.7-2.2% 神经酰胺1.5-1.8% 小麦胚芽 1.4-1.5%
缬草油 0.6-0.7% 绿茶香精 1-1.1% AES 6.4-7.2%
益生菌群 3.4-4.5% 甲基乙基酯0.9-1% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.2-1.4%
柠檬酸 1.6-1.7% 海藻糖0.9-1% 卡松2 0.4-0.6%
多库酯钠 1.2-1.5% 酵素 2.4-3.1% 醋酸 1.9-2%
香 2.4-2.7% 水63.7-69.4%
b、配制工艺
本发明生物抽油烟机清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入水中搅拌26分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽高速搅拌22分钟,并配以缬草油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,加热恒温在24.5°C均质搅拌106分种后,将容器恒温在29.2°C密封发酵21小时,再加入鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌37分钟,它具有顽固油污轻松去除,清洗油烟机无须拆卸,然后恒温在29.2°C容器内静置37小时即为成品。
有益效果:

具体实施方式

1.一种生物抽油烟机清洗剂的配制方法,它是汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、缬草油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

汉防己提取物 0.6-0.7% 甘草酸二钾0.5-0.8% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.6-0.8%
茶皂素 1.7-2.2% 神经酰胺1.5-1.8% 小麦胚芽 1.4-1.5%
缬草油 0.6-0.7% 绿茶香精 1-1.1% AES 6.4-7.2%
益生菌群 3.4-4.5% 甲基乙基酯0.9-1% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.2-1.4%
