本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种酵素抽油烟机清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
抽油烟机可以说是现代家庭厨房必备的家用电器之一,民以食为天,吃饱吃好才能更好的投入到工作学习,所以一个好用的厨房显得至关重要。而抽油烟机是整个厨房的心脏,抽油烟机的好坏直接影响到烹饪时的舒适度,抽油烟机的性能好坏、使用方便与否很大程度上决定了家中空气的质量以及主妇们的健康,所以绝对不能忽视。抽油烟机长期使用,表面和内腔会充满油污,影响其正常排烟效果,所以定时的正确清洗油烟机是保障油烟机正常工作的前提条件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种专为抽油烟机顽固油污而设计,顽固油污轻松去除,清洗油烟机无须拆卸,油污自动溶解滴入油盒,一抹即净,无须过水的酵素抽油烟机清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的酵素抽油烟机清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、缬草油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、卡松2 、 L-抗坏血酸、角蛋白酶、长双歧杆菌、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1.6% 甘草酸二钾1.3% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.1%
茶皂素 1.8% 神经酰胺1.5% 小麦胚芽 1%
缬草油 1.2% 绿茶香精 1.3% AES 2.8%
益生菌群 1.9% 甲基乙基酯1.3% 鱼胶原蛋白 0.9%
柠檬酸 1.1% 海藻糖1.5% 卡松2 1%
L-抗坏血酸 1.7% 角蛋白酶 1.9% 长双歧杆菌 1.5%
香 2.1% 水71.5%
配制工艺
本发明酵素抽油烟机清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾加入恒温28.5°C的水中搅拌87分钟,再加入纳豆发酵提取物、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、缬草油、绿茶香精高速搅拌88分钟,并配以AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖恒温在30.5°C均质搅拌91分种,将容器恒温在34.5°C密封发酵21.5小时,再加入卡松2 、 L-抗坏血酸、角蛋白酶、长双歧杆菌、香高速搅拌92分钟,它具有顽固油污轻松去除,清洗油烟机无须拆卸,然后恒温在31.5°C容器内静置27.5小时即为成品。
有益效果:

具体实施方式
