本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种酵素灶具清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
灶具是厨房中必不可少的电器之一,而现在人们对灶具的要求已经不仅仅局限在火力和耐用上,外观、安全、清洁等方面也被人们所关注,烹饪的时候把很多的油渍彭溅到炉灶上,如果不及时的擦拭,久而久之就会很难清除。若用碱水洗,宜洗掉油漆,若用清水洗又洗不干净,这时,有必要选用酵素灶具清洗剂用于灶台保养。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有强力高效的油污清洁,渗透力强、能快速乳化溶解油渍、油垢、水垢等,对人体皮肤及灶具无任何伤害和腐蚀的酵素灶具清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的酵素灶具清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由烟酰胺、果胶酶、产朊假丝酵母、茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、广藿香油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
烟酰胺 0.2% 果胶酶0.5% 产朊假丝酵母 0.3%
茶皂素 0.7% 神经酰胺0.8% 小麦胚芽 0.6%
广藿香油 0.9% 绿茶香精 1% AES 2.2%
益生菌群 3.1% 甲基乙基酯1.8% 鱼胶原蛋白 2.1%
柠檬酸 1.9% 海藻糖 1.8% 磷酸氢二钠 1.6%
多库酯钠 1.8% 酵素 2.2% 醋酸 1.7%
苹果香2.5% 水72.3%
配制工艺
本发明酵素灶具清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的烟酰胺与果胶酶、产朊假丝酵母加入恒温29.2°C的水中搅拌95分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、广藿香油、绿茶香精 、AES高速搅拌96分钟,并配以益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠恒温在31.2°C均质搅拌98分种,将容器恒温在35.2°C密封发酵22.2小时,再加入酵素、醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌100分钟,它具有强力高效的油污清洁,渗透力强,然后恒温在32.2°C容器内静置28.2小时即为成品。
有益效果:

具体实施方式
本发明的酵素灶具清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
烟酰胺 0.2%、果胶酶0.5%、产朊假丝酵母 0.3%、茶皂素 0.7%、神经酰胺0.8%、小麦胚芽 0.6%、广藿香油 0.9%、绿茶香精 1%、AES 2.2%、益生菌群 3.1%、甲基乙基酯1.8%、鱼胶原蛋白 2.1%、 柠檬酸 1.9%、海藻糖 1.8%、磷酸氢二钠 1.6%、多库酯钠 1.8%、酵素 2.2%、醋酸 1.7%、苹果香2.5%、水72.3%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的烟酰胺与果胶酶、产朊假丝酵母加入恒温29.2°C的水中搅拌95分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、广藿香油、绿茶香精 、AES高速搅拌96分钟,并配以益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠恒温在31.2°C均质搅拌98分种,将容器恒温在35.2°C密封发酵22.2小时,再加入酵素、醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌100分钟,它具有强力高效的油污清洁,渗透力强,然后恒温在32.2°C容器内静置28.2小时即为成品。
